Px=(P2 A−P1 A)+(P2 B−P1 B)が計算され(S303)Pxが求められる。
Px=(P2 A−P1 A)+(P2 B−P1 B)が計算されて(S313)Pxが求められる。
Px=(P2 A−P1 A)+(P2 B−P1 B)が計算されて(S323)Pxが求められる。
(P2 A−P1 A)×(Pset/Px),(P2 B−P1 B)×(Pset/Px)倍する方法がある(S325)。

It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a crane having a plurality of winches, a plurality of winches may be operated in a coordinated manner such as co-suspending or bucket work. In this case, there is a demand to operate each winch independently so that the winch operations are not affected. As a hydraulic circuit capable of satisfying such a requirement, as shown in FIG. 4, a series circuit (hereinafter referred to as the first prior art) in which a plurality of

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to use a hydraulic circuit with less pressure loss by using an independent circuit, while maintaining a balance between the load required for actual work and the cost required to achieve mechanical strength. It is to obtain a crane that can easily set the upper limit.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1DifferentWinch drumEachIn a crane thrust limiting device, wherein a plurality of hydraulic motors for driving the motor are respectively connected to a plurality of independent hydraulic circuits connected to a hydraulic pump for driving the hydraulic motor,The pressure difference before and after each hydraulic motor in each hydraulic circuitMeasured by the pressure measuring means to measure and the pressure measuring meansThe total effective pressure, which is the sum of the pressure differences before and after each of the hydraulic motors, is calculated, and the calculated total effective pressure is compared with a preset allowable value of the total effective pressure. When the total effective pressure is larger than the allowable value, the total effective pressure of the plurality of hydraulic motors is limited to the allowable value.And a thrust control means for suppressing the total thrust of the plurality of hydraulic motors within a predetermined thrust.
0009]
Claims2The invention according to claim 1 is the crane thrust limiting device according to claim 1, wherein the thrust control means controls the flow rate of the hydraulic pump for driving the hydraulic motor, whereby the total thrust of the plurality of hydraulic motors is controlled. The gist of this is to suppress the torque within a predetermined thrust.
0010]
Claims3The invention according to claim 1 is the crane thrust limiting device according to claim 1, wherein the thrust control means opens the directional flow control valve for controlling the flow rate of the fluid flowing into the hydraulic circuit for driving the hydraulic motor. The gist is that by controlling the degree, the total thrust of the plurality of hydraulic motors is suppressed within a predetermined thrust.
0011]
Claims4According to the present invention, in the thrust limiting device for a crane according to claim 1, the thrust control means controls a set pressure of a variable relief valve for releasing fluid flowing into a hydraulic circuit for driving the hydraulic motor. Thus, the gist is to suppress the total thrust of the plurality of hydraulic motors within a predetermined thrust.
0012]
Claims 1, 2, 3,4According to the thrust control device for the crane, the total thrust of the multiple hydraulic motors is arbitrarily controlled while taking the form of an independent circuit. The above load is not applied to the crane. Therefore, it is not necessary to give the crane excessive design strength because of the excessive load that occurs rarely, which greatly contributes to cost reduction.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding of the present invention. The following embodiment is an example embodying the present invention, and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram showing an outline of a crane thrust limiting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a hydraulic circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a hydraulic circuit according to the first prior art, and FIG. 5 is a schematic hydraulic circuit diagram according to the second prior art.

In the second prior art, an independent circuit system in which each hydraulic motor is driven independently is adopted, and the total output is not limited. Therefore, when two hydraulic motors are driven simultaneously, it is designed according to the thrust. There was a possibility that the crane was subjected to a load exceeding the crane strength of the time. However, since the allowable value of the total effective pressure can be arbitrarily set in the present embodiment, for example, the allowable value of the total effective pressure is set to, for example, 1 or 1.2 times the thrust in the case of driving the hydraulic motor alone. When the pressure is set to achieve an arbitrary thrust such as the above, an arbitrary thrust such as 1 or 1.2 times can be obtained regardless of whether the hydraulic motors are individually or simultaneously driven. Therefore, if the crane is given a design strength that matches the set thrust such as 1 and 1.2 times, even if both hydraulic motors are driven simultaneously, the crane will not be exposed to a thrust exceeding that strength. Therefore, since it is sufficient to design the crane with a strength corresponding to the set thrust, an unnecessary design margin is not required and an economical design is possible. The above values such as 1 times and 1.2 times are examples, and can be arbitrarily set within a range of 2 times or more, and a mechanical strength design corresponding to the set thrust is made.

Next, an embodiment (hereinafter referred to as Embodiment 2) that controls the opening area of the directional

In the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the allowable value of the total effective pressure can be arbitrarily set. Therefore, if the crane is given a design strength that matches the allowable value, both hydraulic motors can be driven simultaneously. However, the crane is not exposed to thrust exceeding that strength. Therefore, since it is sufficient to design the crane with a strength corresponding to the above-described allowable value, there is no need for an unnecessary strength margin, and an economical design is possible.
0024]
Next, with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 c), an embodiment (hereinafter referred to as Embodiment 3) for suppressing the total thrust by controlling the set pressure of the electromagnetic

0026]
In the third embodiment, as in the first and second embodiments, the allowable value of the total effective pressure can be arbitrarily set. Therefore, if the crane is given a design strength that matches the allowable value, both hydraulic motors can be driven simultaneously. Even in this case, the crane is not exposed to thrust exceeding its strength. Therefore, since it is sufficient to design the crane with a strength corresponding to the above-described allowable value, there is no need for an unnecessary strength margin, and an economical design is possible.

【Example】
The present invention may be implemented with various improvements, and each of the above-described hydraulic pump discharge flow limit, directional flow control valve bleed-off opening area limit, and electromagnetic proportional relief valve set pressure adjustment is used individually. Or may be used in combination.
In addition, the allowable value of the total effective pressure of the hydraulic motor may be set in advance, but it detects necessary state quantities such as crane attitude, winch motor capacity, gear ratio, drum PDC, multiplier, etc. The allowable value in the state may be calculated and set.
0028]
Moreover, when using only Example 1, only Example 2, or the combination of Example 1 and 2, you may substitute an electromagnetic proportional relief valve with another relief valve.
Furthermore, although the crane thrust limiting device is realized by hardware and software, the above-mentioned function may be realized by changing only the software when an existing control means is provided.
0029]
【The invention's effect】
Claims 1, 2, 3,4According to the thrust control device for the crane, the total thrust of the multiple hydraulic motors is arbitrarily controlled while taking the form of an independent circuit. The above load is not applied to the crane. Therefore, it is not necessary to give the crane excessive design strength because of the excessive load that occurs rarely, which greatly contributes to cost reduction.
