Claims (6)
- 可変容量圧縮機に装着され、吸入圧力をダイヤフラムにより感知して気密に形成されたクランク室内の圧力を制御する可変容量圧縮機用制御弁において、
ソレノイドのコアおよび前記コアから離れる方向に付勢されたプランジャを有底スリーブに収容し、前記有底スリーブの中を気密状態に保つように開口端を前記ダイヤフラムで封止するように構成されていることを特徴とする可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記コアは、前記有底スリーブへ圧入されており、前記プランジャとの磁気ギャップを前記有底スリーブへの圧入量で調整していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記有底スリーブは、その底部側の径を小さく形成して前記コアの圧入部としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記コアを貫通して軸線方向に延びていて一端が前記プランジャに固定されたシャフトと、前記有底スリーブの底部と接触するよう配置されて前記シャフトの他端を支持している軸受部と、一端が前記シャフトに係止され他端が前記軸受部に当接されて前記シャフトを介して前記プランジャを前記コアから離れる方向に付勢するスプリングとを備え、前記有底スリーブの底部を外部から凹むよう変形させて前記スプリングを受けている前記軸受部の位置を変えることで前記スプリングの荷重を調整していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記有底スリーブは、その開口端にフランジ部を有し、前記フランジ部に前記ダイヤフラムを円周方向に全周溶着することによって封止するとともに、前記ダイヤフラムが前記吸入圧力を受圧する空間と大気との間でシールを行うシール部材を、溶着位置よりも内側に配置してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、中央に孔が開けられていて前記有底スリーブの開口端に設けられたフランジ部に溶着される基部と、内周部が前記基部の内周部と溶着された漏斗形状を有する中間接続部と、外周部が前記中間接続部の外周部と溶着されたディスクとによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
