Description
本発明は、舗装体に関する。更に詳しくは、路面温度の上昇を抑制するために使用される、多孔質コンクリート成形体の空隙にセメント、多孔質鉱物および粘土質鉱物が混合されるセメントスラリーを充填させた舗装体に関する。 The present invention relates to a pavement. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pavement that is used to suppress an increase in road surface temperature and is filled with a cement slurry in which a void of a porous concrete molded body is mixed with cement, porous mineral, and clay mineral.
近年、夏季に都市域の地上気温が周辺部より高くなるヒートアイランド現象が多く生じている。その原因は、路面上のコンクリート舗装等に蓄えられた熱が、夜間に放射され、気温が低下しないためであると言われている。このようなヒートアイランド現象が続くと、地球上の環境温度が上昇するだけでなく、人にとっては夜間に寝苦しくなるので問題となる。 In recent years, many heat island phenomena have occurred in the summer when the surface temperature of urban areas is higher than the surrounding area. The cause is said to be because the heat stored in the concrete pavement on the road surface is radiated at night and the temperature does not decrease. If such a heat island phenomenon continues, not only will the environmental temperature on the earth rise, but it will be a problem because it will be difficult for people to sleep at night.
On the other hand, in order to suppress the temperature on the road surface, a water-retaining pavement in which a porous pavement is filled with a cement slurry containing a water-retaining substance may be used. When the water-retaining pavement is sprinkled on the road surface due to rain or the like, water is retained in the pavement. And the water | moisture content kept water moved to the pavement surface by a capillary phenomenon, and the raise of surface temperature is suppressed by the evaporation latent heat of a water | moisture content. Therefore, the hardened pavement after slurry filling needs to be able to secure a large amount of water and to absorb (absorb water) quickly.
By the way, porous minerals such as silica gel and vermiculite are known as substances having high water retention, and it is said that there are many voids inside and the water absorption is 70% or more for silica gel and 300 to 450% for vermiculite. . Therefore, such a porous mineral can secure a large amount of water with a small amount of use. However, when these porous minerals are mixed in the slurry as a pavement filling material, if the particle size of the porous mineral is too large or the amount to be mixed is large, it separates immediately at the time of mixing and is efficient even if hardened. There is a problem that water cannot be secured well. For this reason, there is a problem that the temperature on the road surface cannot be continuously suppressed because the gap is biased above the pavement after curing and the water evaporates immediately.
上述した保水性舗装体に関する技術として、シルト系充填材を充填した舗装体の有孔表層が特開平10−46513号公報において開示されている(特許文献1)。しかし、当該技術では保水した水分が早く発散してしまうので、持続して温度を抑制できないという問題があった。 As a technique related to the water-retaining pavement described above, a perforated surface layer of a pavement filled with a silt filler is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-46513 (Patent Document 1). However, the technique has a problem that the temperature cannot be continuously suppressed because the retained water is quickly released.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a pavement capable of continuously suppressing the temperature on the road surface and having good water retention performance and water absorption performance. That is. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pavement that does not cause separation of the filling material.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention takes the following means.
1st invention of this application is the pavement which filled the cement slurry which mixed the cement, the porous mineral, and the clay mineral in the space | gap of the porous concrete molded object,
It is composed of a blending ratio of 10 to 100 parts by weight of a porous mineral and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a clay mineral with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement mixed with the cement slurry, and the fluidity of the cement slurry is P It is characterized by a down time of 8-14 seconds in the funnel test.
Here, the “porous concrete molded body” referred to in the present invention means asphalt concrete, cement concrete, resin concrete, blocks using these, and the like used for roadways and sidewalks. “Porous mineral” means a solid having a certain atomic arrangement and chemical composition composed of particles and capable of adsorbing moisture in voids in the particles. The “clay mineral” refers to a mineral mainly comprising clay.
In the first aspect of the invention, the weight ratio of the porous mineral is set to 10 to 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement to be mixed. This is because moisture cannot be secured, and when the amount exceeds 100 parts by weight, the void portion increases, and the strength of the pavement decreases. In addition, the weight ratio of the clay mineral was set to 1 to 20 parts by weight. If it is less than 1 part by weight, the filler does not disperse as the viscosity of the cement slurry decreases, and if it exceeds 20 parts by weight, the viscosity increases. This is because it becomes too difficult to fill the pavement.
In addition, the “P funnel test” in the present invention means a test performed in accordance with “Method by P funnel” of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE-F 521-1999).
If the flow time is set to 8 to 14 seconds, if it is less than 8 seconds, separation of the filling material becomes remarkable, and if it exceeds 14 seconds, it is difficult to inject and fill the porous concrete molded body. It is.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to realize a pavement that can continuously suppress the temperature on the road surface and has good water retention performance and water absorption performance. In addition, it is possible to realize a pavement that does not cause separation of the filling material.
Moreover, 1st invention of this application is a pavement characterized by the particle diameter of a porous mineral being 38-300 micrometers and a water absorption rate being 70% or more.
Here, “the particle size is 38 to 300 μm” in the present invention means that when a standard sieve defined in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Z 8801 is used, a sieve having a nominal opening of 300 μm passes, but the nominal opening is A 38 μm sieve means a particle size that does not pass. In addition, “the water absorption rate is 70% or more” means that the water absorption rate is 70% or more when a test is performed according to the water absorption rate test of fine aggregate defined in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS A 1109.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, by setting the particle size and water absorption rate of the porous mineral appropriately, it is possible to realize a pavement that ensures sufficient water retention performance and does not separate the filling material after curing.
According to a second invention of the present application, in the first invention, the cement filled in the pavement is at least selected from the group consisting of Portland cement, blast furnace cement, silica cement, fly ash cement, eco cement, and super-hard cement. A pavement characterized by being filled with one kind of cement.
Here, “Portland cement” as used in the present invention refers to ordinary Portland cement, early-strength Portland cement, ultra-high-strength Portland cement, moderately hot Portland cement, low heat Portland cement, and sulfate-resistant Portland cement described in JIS R 5210. Means. These cements can also be used as a low alkali type.
Therefore, according to this 2nd invention, a filling material can be selected and constructed according to the construction environment and the use which are paved.
According to a third invention of the present application, in the first invention or the second invention, the porous mineral is filled with at least one porous mineral selected from the group consisting of silica gel or vermiculite. It is a paving body.
According to the third aspect of the invention, a pavement having not only good water retention performance and water absorption performance but also moisture absorption performance can be realized. Therefore, even in a state where moisture is not retained in the voids existing in the pavement, moisture in the atmosphere can be taken into the pavement by itself, and an increase in the surface temperature on the road surface can be suppressed by the latent heat of evaporation of moisture. Moreover, it can be set as a more comfortable environment by reducing the humidity around a paved road surface.
According to a fourth invention of the present application, in any one of the first to third inventions,
The pavement is characterized in that the particle size of the clay mineral is 1.5 to 5.0 μm.
A fifth invention of the present application is the pavement according to any one of the first to fourth inventions, wherein the clay mineral is an ultrafine particle having a fiber structure.
Here, “particle size is 1.5 to 5.0 μm” in the present invention means that the particle size measured by a laser diffraction particle size analyzer or the like is 1.5 to 5.0 μm. ing. More specifically, when the dispersed particles are irradiated with laser and the particle size is calculated from the diffraction line diameter and the intensity of the diffracted light, the particle size is 1.5 to 5.0 μm. I mean.
The “ultrafine particles having a fiber structure” referred to in the present invention has a diameter (cross-sectional diameter) as viewed in a cross-section of particles having a fine structure that is oriented and crystallized, such as fibers and stretched rubber. Means fine particles of ˜100 nm.
According to these 4th and 5th invention, since the material with which a cement slurry is filled is disperse | distributed efficiently, the space | gap in a pavement becomes uniform and sufficient water | moisture content can be ensured. Further, if the clay mineral is an ultrafine particle having a fiber structure, the clay mineral and the porous mineral form a regular three-dimensional lattice arrangement structure, so that the separation of the filling material can be further reduced. .
本願の第6の発明は、前記第1〜第5の発明のいずれかの発明において、
セメントスラリーにシルト質鉱物を混入したことを特徴とする舗装体である。
ここで、本発明にいう「シルト質鉱物」とは砂と粘土との中間の細かさの粒からなる鉱物を意味する。
この第6の発明によれば、シルト質鉱物により舗装体中の水分が強力に保持されるので、より持続的に路面上の温度を抑制することができる。
According to a sixth invention of the present application, in any one of the first to fifth inventions,
It is a pavement characterized by mixing silty minerals in cement slurry.
Here, the “silty mineral” referred to in the present invention means a mineral composed of fine particles between sand and clay.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.
The pavement according to the present invention is a pavement in which a void in a porous concrete molded body is filled with a cement slurry in which cement, a porous mineral, and a clay mineral are mixed.
The cement slurry is kneaded with a filling material containing cement, porous mineral and clay mineral with water and an admixture, and then filled into a pavement. The method for filling the pavement can be performed by a method that can sufficiently fill the pavement lower surface, such as a method in which slurry is applied to the surface and shaken, or a method using a press-fitting device. The amount of water is adjusted so that the P funnel time of the cement slurry is 8 to 14 seconds, and the admixture is a commonly used water reducing agent, AE agent, AE water reducing agent, high performance water reducing agent, high performance AE water reducing agent, foaming. An agent or the like can be used. In order to improve the workability of the cement slurry, it is preferable to use a high performance water reducing agent or a high performance AE water reducing agent. Moreover, in order to fully exhibit the effect of a porous mineral and a clay mineral, it is preferable to mix 1-3 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of cement.
上述したように本発明で言う多孔質コンクリート成形体とはアスファルトコンクリート等を意味するが、十分な充填スペースと硬化後の舗装体の構造強度を確保するためには、空隙率が15〜30%であることが望ましい。空隙率が15%以下であると充填材料の注入が困難となり、30%以上となると十分な構造強度が確保できないからである。 As described above, the porous concrete molded body referred to in the present invention means asphalt concrete or the like, but in order to ensure sufficient filling space and structural strength of the paved body after curing, the porosity is 15 to 30%. It is desirable that This is because when the porosity is 15% or less, it becomes difficult to inject the filling material, and when it is 30% or more, sufficient structural strength cannot be secured.
また、本発明で言うセメントとは、ポルトランドセメント、高炉セメント等の各種セメントであるが、施工環境に応じて石膏を加えたものを用いることもできる。また、これらのセメントは低アルカリ形として使用することもできる。舗装体の強度を増進し、舗装工事を早期に終了して、交通を開放するためにも超速硬セメントを用いることが好ましい。また、超速硬セメントを用いる場合には施工環境や可使時間に応じて適宜遅延剤を混入することもできる。 Moreover, although the cement said by this invention is various cements, such as a Portland cement and a blast furnace cement, what added gypsum according to construction environment can also be used. These cements can also be used as a low alkali type. It is preferable to use super fast cement to increase the strength of the pavement, to finish the pavement work early and to release traffic. Moreover, when using a super-hard cement, a retarder can be appropriately mixed according to the construction environment and pot life.
The porous mineral used in the present invention preferably has a particle size of 38 to 300 μm and a water absorption of 70% or more. Here, vermiculite, silica gel, etc. are mentioned as a porous mineral which has a particle size of 38-300 micrometers. In order to further improve the water retention performance of the pavement, it is preferable to use vermiculite. Vermiculite is more efficient to improve the water retention performance, because when the raw stone is calcined at high temperature and dehydrated / foamed, an accordion-like texture layer is formed and many air layers and voids are formed between the layers. It becomes the target. Vermiculite has many voids inside, but it is very lightweight. Therefore, in order to prevent separation of the filling material, it is preferably used after being pulverized and adjusted to an appropriate particle size.
Moreover, in order to improve the moisture absorption performance of the pavement, it is preferable to use silica gel. Silica gel includes A-type spherical silica gel, B-type spherical silica gel, and the like, and the water absorption varies depending on the type and particle diameter, but the water absorption is preferably 70% or more in order to exhibit sufficient moisture absorption performance. . In order to maintain the strength of the pavement, the particle size of the silica gel is preferably 300 μm or less. Silica gel adsorbs moisture in the air to the pores present in the particles according to the surrounding environment of the pavement, and can suppress the temperature on the road surface by transpiration. Moreover, it can be set as a more comfortable environment by reducing the humidity around a paved road surface.
Moreover, it is preferable that the particle size of the clay mineral referred to in the present invention is 1.5 to 5.0 μm. Here, examples of the clay mineral having a particle size of 1.5 to 5.0 μm include sepiolite, attapulgite, bentonite and the like. In order to ensure the strength of the pavement, it is preferable to use fibrous ultrafine particles such as sepiolite and attapulgite whose volume does not increase during filling. Moreover, since these fibrous ultrafine particles have many voids inside, they have high water retention performance and can secure a large amount of moisture in the pavement.
The silty mineral referred to in the present invention has a particle size of about 5 to 75 μm, and is obtained by pulverizing commonly used stone powder (calcium carbonate powder) for paving, concrete blocks, clinker ash, etc. Can be used.
In addition, fine sand or fine powder can be mixed as other filling material. The fine sand has a particle size of about 75 to 150 μm, and generally used silica sand or the like can be used. As the fine powder, admixtures generally used in cement construction, blast furnace slag collecting powder, fly ash, silica fumes, silica stone powder and the like can be used. In consideration of ensuring the strength of the pavement and the viscosity of the cement slurry that can be filled into the pavement, the total amount of silty mineral, fine sand and fine powder mixed is 300 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. It is preferable.
Further, depending on the construction environment, inorganic and organic pigments generally used for cement can be mixed in the filler material. Furthermore, in order to prevent mold and moss from occurring on the pavement, the filling material is made of an inorganic or organic antifungal agent such as titanium oxide (photocatalytic type) or silver antibacterial agent. It can also be mixed. By mixing these into the filling material, the landscape of the pavement can be improved, and the slip resistance can be reduced. Moreover, malodor caused by mold and moss can be suppressed.
本発明の実施例について、以下詳細に説明する。ただし、本発明は、以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。 Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Various performance tests were performed on the cement slurry filled in the pavement.
Various filler materials were kneaded with tap water and a high-performance water reducing agent according to the composition of the filler materials, and cement slurries of Examples 1 to 8 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 were prepared by appropriately adding a retarder. The cement used was ultrafast cement and early-strength Portland cement, and the porous mineral used vermiculite and silica gel. Stone powder was used as the silty mineral. The properties of the porous mineral and clay mineral used are as shown in Table 1 below.
In order to confirm the material separation of the cement slurry, a P funnel test and a visual observation test were performed. The P funnel test was carried out in accordance with the Japan Society of Civil Engineers standard (JSCE-F 521-1999) “Testing method for fluidity of mortar of prepacked concrete (method using P funnel)”. Moreover, the visual observation test confirmed the presence or absence of remarkable material separation at the time of the mixing | blending of a cement slurry, and confirmed the presence or absence of formation of the layer of the surface vicinity after hardening. The test results are shown in Table 2 below. In the visual observation test, when there was no material separation at the time of mixing and no layer was formed even after curing, the material separation was evaluated as “none”. In addition, when material separation was remarkable at the time of mixing and formation of a layer was observed after curing, the material separation was evaluated as “Yes”. Material separation was evaluated as “some” if there was some material separation upon mixing or some layer formation after curing.
As shown in Table 2, Example 1 and Example 2 blended with clayey minerals did not separate materials, whereas Comparative Example 1 using only cement and porous minerals showed significant material separation and was porous. Quality minerals leaked out. This is presumably because, in Comparative Example 1, no clay mineral was blended, so that the filler material was not dispersed and a very lightweight porous mineral floated, separated and flowed out. That is, it was confirmed that the material separation of the cement slurry in which the filler material was dispersed was suppressed by blending the clay mineral as the filler material as in Example 1 and Example 2. Further, in Comparative Examples 2 and 3 in which no clay mineral was blended, even when silt was added, some material separation was observed before curing, and a weak layer was formed near the surface after curing. . In other words, it was confirmed that the material separation was suppressed to some extent when the silt was added as the filling material, but the material separation could not be sufficiently suppressed as compared with the case where the clay mineral was added. Further, even when the clay mineral was blended as in Comparative Example 4, when the P funnel flow-down time was less than 8 seconds, a slightly weak layer was confirmed after mixing and curing at the time of mixing. That is, it was confirmed that the setting of the P funnel flow time is an important factor for suppressing the separation of the filling material.
In order to confirm the filling state of the cement slurry, a filling test was performed. First, an asphalt concrete specimen having a length of 30 × width of 30 cm × thickness of 5 cm and a porosity of 20% was prepared. Next, the cement slurry was sprayed from the surface of the specimen, the specimen surface was vibrated with a flat vibrator for 5 seconds, and the filling state was evaluated by visually confirming whether the cement slurry was flowing to the back of the specimen. When the cement slurry was flowing down to the back of the specimen, it was judged as “good”, and when it was not flowing down, “bad”. These test results are shown in Table 3 below.
As shown in Table 3, while Examples 1 to 3 comprising a clay mineral at a blending ratio of 1 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement showed good filling properties, clay minerals In Comparative Example 5 in which the amount exceeds 20 parts by weight, the cement slurry did not flow down. That is, when the clay mineral exceeds 20 parts by weight, the viscosity of the cement slurry increases, so even if the P funnel flow time is within a predetermined range, the cement slurry does not flow down and the filling of the specimen may be poor. confirmed. Further, in Comparative Example 6, the cement slurry did not flow down, and the filling of the specimen was poor. That is, it was confirmed that the P funnel flow time was within 14 seconds as an essential requirement for good filling.
Next, in order to confirm the water absorption performance of the pavement, a water absorption performance test was performed. The water absorption performance test will be described below with reference to FIG. 1 showing the appearance of the water absorption performance test apparatus.
First, a
吸水高さでは、供試体への吸水質量(供試体に吸水された水の質量)および吸水高さを測定し、吸水高さが5cmとなる吸水時間(5cm吸水時間)を算出した。なお、吸水高さは以下の式により算出し、24時間以上吸水させた吸水質量を最大吸水質量とした。
吸水高さ= 供試体高さ ×( 各吸水時間の吸水質量 ÷ 最大吸水質量 )
For the water absorption height, the water absorption mass (mass of water absorbed by the test sample) and the water absorption height were measured, and the water absorption time (5 cm water absorption time) at which the water absorption height was 5 cm was calculated. The water absorption height was calculated by the following formula, and the water absorption mass that was absorbed for 24 hours or more was defined as the maximum water absorption mass.
Water absorption height = Specimen height × (Water absorption mass for each water absorption time ÷ Maximum water absorption mass)
最大吸水率(容積百分率)では、表乾状態おける供試体質量(表乾質量)、絶乾状態における供試体質量(絶乾質量)および供試体体積を測定し、以下の式により算出した。ここで、24時間以上吸水させた供試体を表乾状態とし、40℃の乾燥炉内にて24時間以上乾燥させた供試体を絶乾状態とした。
最大吸水率(%)=( 表乾質量 − 絶乾質量)÷ 供試体体積 )×100
In the maximum water absorption rate (volume percentage), the specimen mass in the surface dry state (surface dry mass), the specimen mass in the absolutely dry state (absolute dry mass), and the specimen volume were measured and calculated by the following formula. Here, the specimen absorbed for 24 hours or more was placed in a surface dry state, and the specimen dried in a drying furnace at 40 ° C. for 24 hours or more was kept in an absolutely dry state.
Maximum water absorption (%) = (surface dry mass-absolute dry mass) ÷ specimen volume) x 100
また、硬化後の舗装体の構造強度を確認するため、JIS R 5201「セメントの物理試験方法 」の「10.強さ試験」に準じて圧縮強度試験を行った。本実施例においては、型枠にセメントスラリーを流し込こんで供試体(4cm×4cm×16cm)を作製し、測定は室内(温度20℃、湿度約95%)で3日間の養生後に行った。これらの試験のまとめた結果を以下の表4に示す。
Further, in order to confirm the structural strength of the pavement after curing, a compressive strength test was performed according to “10. Strength test” of JIS R 5201 “Cement physical test method”. In this example, a specimen (4 cm × 4 cm × 16 cm) was prepared by pouring cement slurry into a mold, and the measurement was performed indoors (
表4に示すように、実施例3はセメント100重量部に対する鉱物(多孔質鉱物および粘土質鉱物)の重量部の合計値が40重量部で5cm吸水時間が15分であるのに対し、比較例2はセメント100重量部に対する鉱物(多孔質鉱物およびシルト質鉱物)の重量部の合計値が230重量部で5cm吸水時間が30分である。つまり、粘土質鉱物の配合により吸水能力が向上することが確認された。 As shown in Table 4, in Example 3, the total value of parts by weight of the mineral (porous mineral and clay mineral) with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement was 40 parts by weight, while the 5 cm water absorption time was 15 minutes. In Example 2, the total value of parts by weight of the mineral (porous mineral and silty mineral) with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement is 230 parts by weight, and the water absorption time of 5 cm is 30 minutes. In other words, it was confirmed that the water absorption ability was improved by blending clayey minerals.
Further, as shown in Table 4, in Example 1, the total value of the parts by weight of the mineral (porous mineral and clay mineral) with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement was 36.3 parts by weight, and the maximum water absorption was 58.7%. In contrast, in Comparative Example 7, the total value of the parts by weight of the mineral (silty mineral) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement is 300 parts by weight, and the maximum water absorption is 45.6%. In other words, it was confirmed that when a porous mineral and a clay mineral are used as the filling material, a high water retention capacity can be obtained with a small mass. Further, in Example 2 in which 10 parts by weight of the porous mineral and 1 part by weight of the clay mineral were blended in the blending ratio of Comparative Example 7, the maximum water absorption was 50.0%. That is, it was confirmed that porous minerals and clay minerals are largely attributed to the improvement of water retention capacity. Moreover, as for Example 1-6 comprised by the mixture ratio of 10-100 weight part porous mineral and 1-20 weight part clay mineral with respect to 100 weight part of cement, all have the
また、表4に示すように、粘土質鉱物を配合した実施例2は圧縮強度が4.42N/mm2であるのに対し、粘土質鉱物を配合しない比較例2は圧縮強度が2.50N/mm2であった。つまり、充填材料として粘土質鉱物を配合すると構造強度が高い舗装体が得られることが確認された。 Further, as shown in Table 4, Example 2 containing a clay mineral has a compressive strength of 4.42 N / mm 2 whereas Comparative Example 2 not containing a clay mineral has a compressive strength of 2.50 N. / Mm 2 . That is, it was confirmed that a pavement having a high structural strength can be obtained when a clay mineral is blended as a filling material.
In order to confirm the temperature suppression effect on the surface of the pavement, a pavement temperature confirmation test was conducted. The pavement temperature confirmation test consists of a pavement (test pavement) composed of a porous concrete compact with a porosity of 20.5% and a thickness of 5 cm and a pavement composed of dense asphalt concrete (dense grain pavement) ) Was carried out.
First, cement slurries prepared at the blending ratios of Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 shown in Table 2 were poured and filled into separate test pavements. Next, in each pavement, a thermocouple was installed at a depth of 5 mm from the surface, and the temperature was measured over a period of 48 hours (2 days) at intervals of 30 minutes. In addition, watering was performed in the early morning of the first day after about 6 hours from the start of the test, and thereafter, watering was not performed and measurement was continuously performed. In addition, when the test pavement of Example 1 was constructed, it was filled well without separation of the filling material, whereas when the test pavement of Comparative Example 2 was constructed, there was a slight outflow of porous minerals, and the surface after hardening A slightly low strength layer was confirmed in the vicinity. These test results are shown in FIG. 2 below.
As shown in FIG. 2, on the first day, no temperature difference is observed between the pavements, but on the second day, the test pavement of Example 1 is 17. The test pavement of Comparative Example 2 was 12.3 ° C. lower than the dense pavement, whereas it was 2 ° C. lower. In addition, the temperature of Example 1 remained low at any time point compared to Comparative Example 2 from the morning of the second day. That is, it was confirmed that when a porous mineral and a clay mineral were blended as the filler as in Example 1, the temperature suppression effect was high and the sustainability was also high.
Next, in order to confirm the hygroscopic performance of the cement slurry of the pavement, the following hygroscopic test was performed.
First, a specimen (4 cm × 4 cm × 16 cm) was prepared, and after curing for 7 days indoors (
Further, the moisture absorption amount was calculated from the following formula, where the mass of the specimen after drying for 24 hours was the dry mass, and the mass of the specimen after the test was the hygroscopic mass. The unit of moisture absorption is shown as the amount of moisture absorbed (kg) per 1 m 3 . The results of the wetness test are shown in Table 5 below.
Moisture absorption (kg / m 3 ) = (Hygroscopic mass-Dry mass) ÷ Specimen volume
As shown in FIG. 3, in Examples 7 and 8 in which the porous mineral and the clay mineral were blended, the humidity decreased well immediately after the start of the test. The humidity was reduced by 40% and in Example 8 by 50%. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 8 in which the porous mineral and the clay mineral were not blended, the humidity did not decrease immediately after the start of the test, and the humidity decreased only 3% 60 minutes after the start of the test. That is, it was confirmed that good moisture absorption performance is exhibited by blending a porous mineral and a clay mineral as a filling material.
As shown in Table 5, Example 7 and Example 8 in which porous mineral and clay mineral were blended had high moisture absorption (kg / m 3 ) of 1.17 and 1.60, respectively. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 8 in which the porous mineral and the clay mineral were not blended, the moisture absorption (kg / m 3 ) was as low as 0.12. That is, it was confirmed that good moisture absorption performance is exhibited by blending a porous mineral and a clay mineral as a filling material. Moreover, when silica gel (Example 8) was mix | blended among porous minerals, it was confirmed that moisture absorption performance is exhibited more.
