Claims (3)
- 樹脂板を加圧する樹脂板転写成形装置において、
樹脂板の表裏両面に当接される蓄熱板と、
前記蓄熱板の少なくとも一方に設けられ微細な凹凸を転写する転写面と、
前記蓄熱板を樹脂板に対して押圧保持する蓄熱板押圧機構と、
前記蓄熱板押圧機構による樹脂板に対する押圧力以下の力により蓄熱板に対して加熱板を当接させるか、または赤外線、加熱気体、通電のいずれかによる加熱により、樹脂板のガラス転移温度以上に蓄熱板を加熱する加熱機構と、
前記蓄熱板押圧機構により押圧保持された蓄熱板および樹脂板を次工程に向けて搬送する搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構により搬送され前記蓄熱板押圧機構により樹脂板に対して押圧保持され前記樹脂板のガラス転移温度以上に加熱された蓄熱板を前記樹脂板のガラス転移温度以下に冷却しつつ前記樹脂板を2MPaないし10MPaに加圧するプレス機構とが真空室の中に配設されていることを特徴とする樹脂板転写成形装置。 - 前記蓄熱板押圧機構は、前記蓄熱板に配設されたシリンダからなるクランプ機構である請求項1に記載の樹脂板転写成形装置。
- 前記蓄熱板は、本体部の板厚が3mmないし20mmの鉄、または鉄の熱伝導率よりも熱伝導率が高い金属板からなり、ニッケル製スタンパが配設された請求項1または請求項2に記載の樹脂板転写成形装置。
