Claims (18)
- 構成部品(1)のフランジングウェブ(2)のフランジング縁(3)の周囲をビード出しするためのフランジ成形加工装置であって、
a)ツールヘッド(5)と、
b)ツールヘッド(5)によって支承され、加工位置に同時に配置され、一方が加工方向(L)で他方に追従して配置される第1フランジ型(11;14)及び第2フランジ型(12;13)と、
c)第1フランジ型(11;14)が取り付けられ、加工方向(L)に対して横断方向(P;Q)に移動できるようにツールヘッド(5)に取り付けられている軸受ユニット(9)と、
d)ツールヘッド(5)によって支承された動作手段(6、9a;6、9a、10)であって、軸受ユニット(9)に横断方向(P;Q)において作用する力をかけることができる動作手段(6、9a;6、9a、10)とを備え、
e)第1フランジ型(11;14)が、動作手段(6、9a;6、9a、10)によって、フランジングウェブ(2)に向かって、横断方向(P;Q)において、第2フランジ型(12;13)を超えて張り出すまで十分遠くに前進することができ、また、横断方向(P;Q)において、第2フランジ型(12;13)に届かないようにフランジングウエブ(2)から十分遠くに後退することができるようにした
ことを特徴とするフランジ成形加工装置。 - ツールヘッド(5)に取り付けられた軸受ユニット(9)を横断方向(P;Q)で案内するガイド(8)を有する、請求項1記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 動作手段(6、9a;6、9a、10)によって軸受ユニット(9)に作用する前記の力が一定であるか又は調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 追従して配置されるフランジ型(12;14)がフランジングウェブ(2)を完全にビード出しするための仕上げフランジ型である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- フランジ型(11、12;13、14)が複数の動きの自由度に関してツールヘッド上で互いに対して固定され、又は固定でき、好ましくは少なくともフランジ成形加工中は不変の傾斜で互いに対して固定され、又は固定できる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 第2フランジ型(12;13)が力測定手段(16)を介してツールヘッド(5)に支持される、請求項1〜5に記載の装置。
- 第1フランジ型(11;14)が、フランジング縁(3)の輪郭をなぞりながら、フランジング縁(3)を横断する方向に、第2フランジ型(12;13)に対して移動可能であるように、軸受ユニット(9)がツールヘッド(5)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 案内曲線(4a)と案内接触するために、案内部材(10)が軸受ユニット(9)に設けられて、案内部材(10)の案内接触時に、軸受ユニット(9)がフランジング縁(3)の輪郭をなぞりながら横断方向(Q)に移動し、軸受ユニット(9)が、第1フランジ型(11)を、案内部材(10)と一緒に横方向に移動できるように取り付けている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- ツールヘッド(5)が、軸受ユニット(9)を、復元力に抗して横断方向に移動できるように取り付けた、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 軸受ユニット(9)がツールヘッド(5)に空気圧で支えられている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- ツールヘッド(5)が、ビード出し中に第1フランジ型(11)がフランジングウェブ(2)にかける圧力に平行に、又は圧力と角度を成して移動できるように軸受ユニット(9)を取り付けた、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- フランジ型(11、12;13、14)のうち少なくとも1つがフランジ成形加工ローラーである、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 横断方向(P;Q)が、フランジ成形加工ローラーとして構成される少なくとも1つのフランジ型(11;14)の回転軸、又は回転軸に対して直角に向く軸と共通の少なくとも1つの方向成分をもつ、請求項12記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 自動車の部品(1)、例えば自動車のドアをヘミング加工するために使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のフランジ成形加工装置。
- 構成部品(1)のフランジングウェブ(2)をフランジング縁(3)の周囲にビード出しするための方法であって、
a)主フランジ型(13)と従フランジ型(14)を支承するツールヘッド(5)が、加工行程でフランジング縁(3)に沿って動く工程で、ツールヘッド(5)が他のフランジ型に対してフランジング縁(3)を横断する方向に移動できるようにフランジ型の1つ(14)を支承し;
b)主フランジ型(13)がフランジングウェブ(2)をビード出しし;そして
c)主フランジ型(13)がフランジングウェブ(2)に作用する一方、従フランジ型(14)が同じ加工行程でさらにフランジングウェブ(2)をビード出しし;
d)加工方向(L)を逆にすることによって、フランジング縁(3)のコーナー領域を繰返し通過し、1回目の通過では、従フランジ型(14)がフランジングウェブ(2)から持ち上げられ、その後の2回目の通過では、主フランジ型(13)がフランジングウェブ(2)から持ち上げられ、各通過時に、各場合に他方のフランジ型がフランジングウェブ(2)をビード出しする方法。 - ビード出し中、フランジ型(13、14)のうち少なくとも1つが、他の型に対して、フランジング縁(3)を横断する方向(P;Q)において、及びビード出し中スプリング偏倚するフランジ型(14)がフランジングウェブ(2)にかける圧力に角度をなして、もしくは該圧力と少なくとも実質的に平行な方向において、スプリング偏倚する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 構成部品(1)が、フランジ型(13、14)がかける圧力を吸収する構成部品受け(4)に収容されている、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- フランジ型(11、12;13、14)のうち少なくとも1つが一定の圧力でフランジングウェブ(2)に作用する、請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
