【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shaft shaft mounting hole for a lock operating member of a lock mounted on a door, and a handle shaft rattling prevention device for preventing the shaft shaft inserted and mounted in the shaft mounting hole of the handle. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
The handle shaft is mounted by inserting it into the shaft mounting hole of the lock lock actuating member of the lock, and the shaft mounting hole of the handle. By rotating the handle shaft with the handle, the lock actuating member rotates and the lock rod enters and exits Then it is locked and unlocked.
The handle shaft described above may rattle in the shaft mounting hole, and various devices for preventing the rattling have been proposed.
For example, a rattling prevention device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-13859 has been proposed.
In this device, a leaf spring is attached to the handle shaft, and the leaf spring is pressed against the inner surface of the shaft attachment hole so that the handle shaft does not rattle against the shaft attachment hole.
[0003]
Further, a rattling prevention device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-120306 has been proposed.
This device forms a groove in the handle shaft, attaches an elastic member to the groove, and inserts the handle shaft into the shaft mounting hole, so that the elastic member presses one inner surface of the shaft mounting hole and repels it. By pressing the handle shaft against the other inner surface of the shaft mounting hole with force, the handle shaft is prevented from rattling against the shaft mounting hole.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former handle shaft rattling prevention device, the leaf spring is in contact with the inner surface of the shaft mounting hole to prevent rattling, so the leaf spring is easily displaced by the rotational force of the handle shaft. In addition, the plate spring is unstable with respect to the rotational operation force, and since the leaf spring sags at an early stage, rattling of the handle shaft with respect to the shaft mounting hole cannot be reliably prevented over a long period of time.
Further, since the work of fixing the leaf spring to the handle shaft by screws, screws, welding or the like is necessary, the production cost is high.
[0005]
The latter handle shaft rattling prevention device uses an elastic member made of urethane or rubber, and when the handle shaft is inserted into the shaft mounting hole, the elastic member is greatly compressed and deformed, and its repulsive force is used. Since the rattling is prevented, the elastic member is easily deformed by the rotational operation force of the handle shaft and is unstable.
Therefore, as in the former device, rattling of the handle shaft with respect to the shaft mounting hole cannot be reliably prevented.
In addition, since the elastic member is attached to the groove continuous in the axial direction of the handle shaft, the elastic member may move in the axial direction when the handle shaft is inserted into the shaft mounting hole. It is difficult to insert it into the box.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a handle shaft rattling prevention device that satisfies the following.
First, it is possible to reliably prevent rattling of the handle shaft with respect to the shaft mounting hole over a long period of time.
Second, production costs are low.

[0012]
[Action]
According to the first invention, the surface of the shaft portion for preventing the backlash of the backlash preventing member 40 attached to the mounting portion 30 of the handle shaft 4.And the surface of the mounting shaftIs in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, so that rattling of the handle shaft 4 with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be prevented.
Further, since the backlash preventing member 40 is made of hard resin, it is difficult for the backlash preventing member 40 to be displaced by the handle operating force connected to the handle shaft 4. Moreover, the backlash preventing member 40 has excellent durability and does not deteriorate early.
Together, these can reliably prevent rattling of the handle shaft 4 with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 over a long period of time.
[0013]
Further, the backlash prevention member 40 is made of hard resin, and the shaft portion for attachment is fitted and attached to the attachment hole of the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 so as not to move in the axial direction of the handle shaft 4. Therefore, when the handle shaft 4 is inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, the backlash preventing member 40 does not move in the axial direction.
Therefore, the handle shaft 4 can be easily inserted and attached to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13.
Further, means for fixing the backlash preventing member 40, for example, screws, pins, welding, and the like are unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost is low.
Further, by fitting the shaft portion for mounting the backlash preventing member 40 into the mounting hole for the handle shaft 4, the backlash preventing member 40 is firmly attached to the handle shaft 4,The area in the cross section parallel to the first and second surfaces 20 and 21 is in the cross section of the mounting hole.areathanSince the surface of the shaft portion for preventing large play comes into contact with the inner surfaces of the mounting holes 8 and 13, the area in contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 of the play preventing member 40 can be increased.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent rattling of the handle shaft 4 more stably, and reduce the strength reduction of the handle shaft 4 as compared with the case where only the large-diameter hole is formed.
[0014]
According to the second invention, the end surface 41a of the large-diameter portion 41 of the backlash prevention member 40 attached to the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 is provided. And the end face 42c of the small diameter portion 42Is in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, so that rattling of the handle shaft 4 with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be prevented.
Further, the backlash prevention member 40 is made of hard resin, and its small diameter portion 42 is fitted and attached to the small diameter portion 32 of the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 so as not to move in the axial direction of the handle shaft 4. When the handle shaft 4 is inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, the backlash preventing member 40 does not move in the axial direction.
Therefore, the handle shaft 4 can be easily inserted and attached to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13.
Further, means for fixing the backlash preventing member 40, for example, screws, pins, welding, and the like are unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost is low.
Further, the backlash preventing member 40 is firmly attached to the handle shaft 4 by fitting the small diameter portion 42 of the backlash preventing member 40 into the small diameter hole 32 of the handle shaft 4, and the large diameter portion 41 of the backlash preventing member 40 is attached to the handle shaft 4. The area in contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be made substantially the same.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent rattling of the handle shaft 4 more stably, and the strength reduction of the handle shaft 4 is reduced as compared with the case where only the large-diameter hole is formed.
[0015]
According to the third invention,Anti-rattle member 40The end surface 41 a of the large-diameter portion 41 protrudes from the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4 and the end surface 42 c of the small-diameter portion 42 extends from the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4. Projects from the two surfaces 21.
Therefore, the rattle prevention member 40 can be correctly attached by fitting it to the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 until the step portion 43 contacts the step portion 33, and the attachment of the rattle prevention member 40 to the handle shaft 4 is easy. It is.
[0016]
According to the fourth invention,The large diameter portion 41 and the small diameter portion 42 can be smoothly inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 using the guide surface as a guide.
Further, even if there is a slight error in the overall length of the backlash prevention member 40 and the dimensions of the first surface 20 and the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4, the guide surfaces are the first surface 20 and the second surface of the handle shaft 4. The large-diameter portion 41 and the small-diameter portion 42 can be smoothly inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 as described above.
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, at least the end face of the head portion 45 of the backlash prevention member 40 attached to the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 is in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft attachment holes 8 and 13. Shaking with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be prevented.
Further, the backlash prevention member 40 is made of hard resin, and its shaft-like portion 44 is fitted and attached to the hole 35 of the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 so as not to move in the axial direction of the handle shaft 4. When the shaft 4 is inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, the backlash preventing member 40 does not move in the axial direction.
Therefore, the handle shaft 4 can be easily inserted and attached to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13.
Further, means for fixing the backlash preventing member 40, for example, screws, pins, welding, and the like are unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost is low.

A stopper 15 and a cylindrical body 16 are inserted into the hole 14 and are prevented from being detached by a retaining means, for example, a pin 3c. The stopper 15 has a circular plate shape and is formed with a handle shaft insertion hole 17. The handle shaft insertion hole 17 is rectangular and has a pair of opening edges and a locking piece 18 provided integrally therewith. .
A shaft mounting hole 13 is formed in the cylindrical body 16.
The reason for this is that, as will be described later, the other axial end of the handle shaft 4 is detachably attached to the other handle 3 so as not to come out, and the shaft mounting hole 13 is provided in the protrusion 3a. It may be formed.
[0021]
The handle shaft 4 has a quadrangular cross-sectional shape, and has a first surface 20 and a second surface 21 that face each other, and a third surface 22 and a fourth surface 23 that face each other.
The shaft mounting hole 8, the hole 12, and the shaft mounting hole 13 are rectangular holes. The shaft mounting hole 8 and the shaft mounting hole 13 are slightly larger than the handle shaft 4, and the handle shaft 4 has a gap in each shaft mounting hole 8 and 13 and is inserted so as not to rotate.
Locking grooves 24 are formed on the third surface 22 and the fourth surface 23 of the handle shaft 4 near the other axial ends.
A pair of attachment portions 30 are formed on the handle shaft 4 at intervals in the axial direction. A backlash prevention member 40 is attached to each attachment portion 30.
[0022]
The handle shaft 4 is inserted from one side of the door 9 through the hole 11 of the door 9 and the shaft mounting hole 8 of the hub 7 of the lock 1, and the other end projects from the other side of the door 9. The other end portion of the handle shaft 4 is inserted into the shaft mounting hole 13 of the cylindrical body 16, and further inserted into the handle shaft insertion hole 17 of the stopper 15 and inserted into the small-diameter hole of the hole 14, whereby the other end of the handle shaft 4 is inserted into the handle shaft 4. The handle 3 is connected.
Since the locking groove 24 of the handle shaft 4 engages with the locking piece 18 of the stopper 15, the handle shaft 4 is prevented from coming off.
Also, one backlash preventing member 40 is in pressure contact with the inner surface of the shaft mounting hole 8 of the hub 7, the other backlash preventing member 40 is in pressure contact with the inner surface of the shaft mounting hole 13 in the cylinder 16, and the handle shaft 4 is Shaking with respect to the mounting holes 8 and 13 is prevented.
[0023]
Next, specific shapes of the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 and the backlash preventing member 40 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The attachment portion 30 is a round hole penetrating the first surface 20 and the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4. The hole is a large-diameter hole 31 opened in the first surface 20 and a small-diameter hole opened in the second surface 21. 32 is a stepped hole having a stepped portion 33.
Diameter D of the large diameter hole 311Is substantially the same as the width H of the first surface 20, and the length a of the large-diameter hole 31 (the dimension from the first surface 20 to the stepped portion 33) is the dimension between the first surface 20 and the second surface 21. Smaller than b. For example, about 1/8. The length a of the large diameter hole 31 is smaller than the length (b−a) of the small diameter hole 32.
The handle shaft 4 is made of metal.
[0024]
The backlash prevention member 40 has a circular section with a stepped portion 43 having a large diameter portion 41 and a small diameter portion 42 and a stepped shaft shape.
The total length c of the rattle prevention member 40 is equal to or greater than the dimension (hole size) between the opposed inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, and both end surfaces thereof are opposed inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13. Press contact.
The total length c of the rattle prevention member 40 is longer than the dimension b of the handle shaft 4 (the total length of the stepped hole).
Diameter d of the large diameter portion 411Is the diameter D of the large-diameter hole 311The length (the dimension between the end surface 41 a and the stepped portion 43) d of the large-diameter portion 41 is smaller than the length a of the large-diameter hole 31. The difference (da) between the length d of the large-diameter portion 41 and the length a of the large-diameter hole 31 is approximately half of the difference (c-b) between the total length c of the backlash prevention member 40 and the dimension b. is there.
The peripheral edge of the large-diameter portion 41 on the end surface 41a side is chamfered to form a guide surface for insertion guide, for example, a tapered surface 41b. The guide surface may be an inclined surface or an arc surface (R surface).
[0025]
Diameter d of the small diameter portion 422Is the diameter D of the small-diameter hole 322The small-diameter portion 42 is fitted in the small-diameter hole 32.
[0026]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the small-diameter portion 42 has a shaft-shaped portion 42a and a plurality of protruding portions 42b provided integrally on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and a virtual circle formed by connecting the plurality of protruding portions 42b has a diameter d.2It is.
By forming the small-diameter portion 42 in the above-described shape, the plurality of protruding portions 42b of the small-diameter portion 42 and the inner surface of the small-diameter hole 32 come into contact with each other, and thus the small-diameter portion 42 is firmly attached in the axial direction of the handle shaft 4 In addition, the contact area is small, and the small diameter portion 42 can be press-fitted into the small diameter hole 32 with a small force.
[0027]
The peripheral portion of the small diameter portion 42 on the end surface 42c side is chamfered to form a guide surface for insertion guide, for example, a tapered surface 42d. The guide surface may be an inclined surface or an arc surface (R surface).
The length e of the tapered surface 42d and the portion of the large diameter portion 41 where the tapered surface 41b is formed is half the difference (c−b) between the overall length c of the backlash preventing member 40 and the dimension b of the handle shaft 4. That is, it is longer than the projecting dimensions of the large-diameter portion 41 and the small-diameter portion 42 from the first surface 20 and the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4.
Thus, when the backlash preventing member 40 is press-fitted into the stepped hole (attachment portion 30) of the handle shaft 4 and the stepped portion 43 and the stepped portion 33 are brought into contact as shown in FIG. The end surface 41 a protrudes from the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4, and the end surface 42 c of the small diameter portion 42 protrudes from the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4.
The first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4 faces the tapered surface 41b, and the second surface 21 faces the tapered surface 42d.
In addition, since the length e of the tapered surfaces 41b and 42d is longer than the projecting dimension of the large diameter portion 41 and the small diameter portion 42 from the first surface 20 and the second surface 21, the length of the stepped hole, Even if there is a slight dimensional error in the total length c of the prevention member 40 and the dimension b of the handle shaft 4, all of the tapered surfaces 41 b and 42 d do not protrude from the first surface 20 and the second surface 21. That is, the surfaces of the large diameter portion 41 and the small diameter portion 42 that are perpendicular to the handle shaft 4 do not protrude from the first surface 20 and the second surface 21.
[0028]
The rattle prevention member 40 is tested under a certain condition, and has a tensile elastic modulus or bending elastic modulus of 100,000 psi (7,000 kgf / cm2) Above (ISOR291) hard resin, for example, polyacetal resin, polyamide 6 resin, polyamide 66 resin, acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene resin, acrylic resin, acrylonitrile / ethylene propylene rubber / styrene resin, acrylic / acrylonitrile / styrene resin, polypropylene resin Polyethylene resin, polycarbonate resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polystyrene resin and the like.
[0029]
Next, attachment of the handle shaft 4 will be described.
The backlash preventing member 40 is attached to the stepped hole (attachment portion 30) of the handle shaft 4 as described above.
By inserting the handle shaft 4 into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, the backlash preventing member 40 is slightly compressed using the tapered surface 41 b of the large diameter portion 41 and the tapered surface 42 d of the small diameter portion 42 as guides. , 13.
[0030]
As a result, the end surface 41 a of the large-diameter portion 41 and the end surface 42 c of the small-diameter portion 42 are strongly pressed against the opposed inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8, 13, so that the handle shaft 4 rattles against the shaft mounting holes 8, 13. It is prevented.
Further, since the stepped hole having the large diameter hole 31 and the small diameter hole 32 is formed in the handle shaft 4 and the backlash preventing member 40 has the stepped shaft shape having the large diameter part 41 and the small diameter part 42, The large-diameter portion 41 of the prevention member 40 can be made substantially the same as the width H of the handle shaft 4 to increase the area in contact with the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13.
Moreover, the backlash preventing member 40 is positioned by contacting the stepped portion 33 and the stepped portion 43, and the amount of protrusion of the backlash preventing member 40 from the first surface 20 and the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4 is set easily and correctly. Can be a value.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 5, the length “a” of the large-diameter hole 31 may be increased so that a gap is formed between the stepped portion 33 and the stepped portion 43 of the play preventing member 40.
[0032]
The aforementioned backlash preventing member 40 may have a large-diameter portion 41 having a substantially oval shape as shown in FIG. 6 (a) and a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 6 (b).
Further, a plurality of small diameter portions 42 may be provided as shown in FIG. In this shape, a plurality of small-diameter holes 32 are formed in the bottom surface of the large-diameter hole 31 formed in the handle shaft 4 (stepped portion 33) so as to form the attachment portion 30.
[0033]
In this way, the large-diameter portion 41 has a large area and a large area in contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, so that the handle shaft 4 is further free from rattling with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13. It can be surely prevented.
[0034]
As a reference exampleAs shown in FIG. 7, the mounting portion 30 is a circular hole having the same diameter from the first surface 20 to the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4, and the backlash preventing member 40 is a shaft having the same diameter and a circular section in the longitudinal direction. It is good also as a shape.
[0035]
Although not shown, the mounting portion 30 is a quadrangular hole, a triangular hole, a conical hole, a quadrangular pyramid hole, a triangular shape penetrating from the first surface 20 to the second surface 21 of the handle shaft 4. It may be a cone-shaped hole.
In this case, the backlash preventing member 40 has a square cross-sectional shape, a triangular cross-sectional shape, a conical shape, a quadrangular pyramid shape, and a triangular pyramid shape.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the mounting shaft 30 is formed by penetrating holes in two opposite corners of the handle shaft 4, and the backlash preventing member 40 is adjacent to the corners as two boundaries. It is good also as a shaft shape which protrudes from.
For example, the recessed part 34 formed in the 1st corner | angular part 25 of the 1st surface 20 and the 3rd surface 22 of the handle shaft 4, the 2nd corner | angular part 26 of the 2nd surface 21 and the 4th surface 23, and the said recessed part A stepped hole having a hole 35 penetrating through the bottom surface 34 a of 34 is defined as the attachment portion 30.
The backlash prevention member 40 has a shape in which a head 45 is integrally provided at one end of the shaft-shaped portion 44, and the shaft-shaped portion 44 fits into the hole 35 and the head 45 fits into the recessed portion 34. Like that.
The head 45 is positioned by contacting the bottom surface 34 a of the recessed portion 34.
[0037]
The other end surface 44 a of the shaft-shaped portion 44 has a mountain shape with the same angle as the second corner portion 26 and protrudes from the second surface 21 and the fourth surface 23 of the handle shaft 4. Two corners near the other end surface 44a of the shaft-like portion 44 are chamfered to form a slope 44b and have the above-described guide surface. An arc surface may be used.
An end surface 45 a of the head 45 has a mountain shape with the same angle as the first corner portion 25, and protrudes from the first surface 20 and the third surface 22 of the handle shaft 4. Two corners near the end face 45a of the head 45 are chamfered to form a slope 45b, which has the above-described guide surface. An arc surface may be used.
[0038]
As a reference example,As shown in FIG. 10, the first corner 25 and the second corner 26 of the handle shaft 4 are formed by penetrating holes of the same size in the longitudinal direction, thereby forming the mounting portion 30 and preventing backlash. The member 40 may have a shaft shape having the same size in the longitudinal direction and a shape having a chevron-shaped other end surface 44a and a chevron-shaped end surface 45a.
[0039]
As shown in FIG.In the embodiment, the backlash preventing member 40 has a rectangular cross section, but may have a circular cross section, a triangular cross section, or the like.
In addition, FIG.5 and 9Although the backlash prevention member 40 is one, the backlash prevention member 40 may be attached to the handle shaft 4 while being separated from each other in the axial direction and 90 degrees out of phase.
[0040]
As a reference example,As shown in FIG. 11, a step having a step portion 33 with a large diameter hole 31 opened in the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4 and a small diameter hole 32 continuous with the large diameter hole 31 and not opened in the second surface 21. The attached hole is referred to as an attachment portion 30.
The backlash preventing member 40 has a stepped shaft shape having a step portion 43 with a large diameter portion 41 and a small diameter portion 42. The large diameter portion 41 is fitted into the large diameter hole 31, the small diameter portion 42 is fitted into the small diameter hole 32, and the step portion 43 is in contact with the step portion 33. The small diameter portion 42 is slightly shorter than the small diameter hole 32. The length e of the portion where the tapered surface 41b is formed is longer than the difference (da) between the length a of the large diameter hole 31 and the length d of the large diameter portion 41.
[0041]
In this case, the large-diameter portion 41 may have a substantially oval shape as shown in FIG. 12A and a rectangular shape as shown in FIG.
Further, a plurality of small diameter portions 42 may be provided as shown in FIG. In this shape, a plurality of small-diameter holes 32 are formed on the bottom surface (step 33) of the large-diameter hole 31 formed in the handle shaft 4 to form the attachment portion 30.
[0042]
As a reference example,As shown in FIG. 13, a hole having the same diameter is formed in the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4 so as not to be opened in the second surface 21 along the longitudinal direction.
The backlash preventing member 40 has a shaft shape with the same diameter in the longitudinal direction.
[0043]
Reference examples shown in FIGS. 11 and 13In this case, the attachment portion 30 (a stepped hole or hole) may be formed on a surface other than the first surface 20.
Further, the mounting portion 30 may be formed on each of the two surfaces, the three surfaces, and the four surfaces, and the backlash preventing member 40 may be mounted on each of the two surfaces, the three surfaces, and the four surfaces.
[0044]
The aboveAs shown in FIG.In the embodiment, the mounting portion 30 is formed by a stepped hole or hole penetrating the two opposite corners of the handle shaft 4, but the step is opened at one corner and not opened at the other corner. It is good also as the attachment part 30 with a hole of a shape and a hole.
For example, as shown in FIG. 14, a recess 34 that opens to the first corner 25 of the handle shaft 4 and a hole 35 that opens to the bottom surface 34 a of the recess 34 and does not open to the second corner 26. A stepped hole having a stepped portion (bottom surface 34a) is used.
The backlash preventing member 40 has a shaft-like portion 44 that fits into the hole 35 and a head portion 45 that fits into the recessed portion 34. The end surface 45 a of the head 45 is formed in a mountain shape so as to protrude from the first surface 20 and the third surface 22 of the handle shaft 4.
The shaft attachment portion 44 is shorter than the hole 35.
[0046]
As shown in FIG.In the case of the embodiment, the attachment portion 30 (stepped hole, hole) is formed by the second corner portion 26, the third corner portion 27 of the first surface 20 and the fourth surface 23, and the second surface 21. And the third surface 22 may be formed at any one of the fourth corners 28, and the backlash prevention member 40 may be attached to each attachment part 30.
In addition, the first corner 25, the second corner 26, the third corner 27, the fourth corner 28, any two corners or three corners, or mounting portions on all corners. 30 may be formed, and a plurality of rattle prevention members 40 may be attached.
[0047]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the handle shaft 4 has a square cross-sectional shape and the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 have a square hole. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, the handle shaft 4 may have a square cross-sectional shape such as a pentagonal cross-sectional shape or a hexagonal cross-sectional shape or a circular cross-sectional shape, and the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 may be square holes such as pentagonal holes or hexagonal holes or circular holes.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the surface of the shaft portion for preventing backlash of the backlash preventing member 40 attached to the mounting portion 30 of the handle shaft 4.And the surface of the mounting shaftIs in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, so that rattling of the handle shaft 4 with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be prevented.
[0050]
Therefore, it is possible to prevent rattling of the handle shaft 4 more stably, and the strength reduction of the handle shaft 4 is reduced as compared with the case where only the large-diameter hole is formed.
[0051]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the end face 41 a of the large-diameter portion 41 of the backlash prevention member 40 attached to the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4.And the end face 42c of the small diameter portion 42Is in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13, so that rattling of the handle shaft 4 with respect to the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 can be prevented.
[0052]
According to the invention of claim 3,Anti-rattle member 40The end surface 41 a of the large-diameter portion 41 protrudes from the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4 and the end surface 42 c of the small-diameter portion 42 extends from the first surface 20 of the handle shaft 4.
It is.
[0053]
According to the invention of claim 4,The large diameter portion 41 and the small diameter portion 42 can be smoothly inserted into the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13 using the guide surface as a guide.
[0054]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since at least the end face of the head portion 45 of the backlash preventing member 40 attached to the attachment portion 30 of the handle shaft 4 is in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the shaft attachment holes 8 and 13, the handle shaft 4 can be prevented from rattling against the shaft mounting holes 8 and 13.
