前記第2部材に取り付けられた前記キーシリンダの小径部が前記環状カバー部材のキーシリンダ挿入口に挿入されており、
前記環状カバー部材は、前記第1部材の表側からその開口部周縁を覆うカバー本体部の裏側に、その開口部に遊嵌され且つ前記キーシリンダの小径部を外嵌合状態で保持する円筒部が形成されていて、この円筒部の先端には、径方向外方に突出して前記第1部材の裏面においてその開口部周縁と係合する複数の突出片が周方向に略等間隔を空けて形成されており、且つ該各突出片には、爪部が前記キーシリンダの大径部を挿入可能に前記カバー本体部と反対の面から突出して一体成形されており、
一方、前記第1部材の開口部周縁には、前記環状カバー部材における各突出片の爪部を各々挿入可能な複数の切欠部が形成されているとともに、この複数の切欠部のうち、少なくとも1つの切欠部における周方向の少なくとも一方の側には、当該第1部材の裏面から膨出して前記突出片の周方向への移動を規制するストッパ部が形成されており、且つ該ストッパ部は、前記少なくとも1つの切欠部から周方向に離れるに連れて大きく膨出する楔状とされており、
