Description
〔アルカリ金属化合物水溶液の表面張力〕
ジュヌイ張力計を用いて、24℃における表面張力を測定した。
JIS L 1095に準じて糸摩擦試験機を用いて糸の状態で測定された摩擦係数値から、下記の式を用いて算出した。単位は%である。
〔綿繊維表面状態〕
電子顕微鏡で綿繊維表面の状態を観察し、ケンプの状態を相対的に評価した。

〔風合い〕
JIS L 1096 A法(45°カンチレバー法)により評価した。単位はmm。
肉眼判定により、光沢の有無を相対的に評価した。

〔染色性〕
染色した布帛の表面色濃度を分光光度計(グレタグマクベス社製、CE―3000)を使用して測定した。なお、表面濃度比は比較例1のK/S値を基準値(100%)とし、他の実施例、比較例のK/S値と比較した。単位は%。
実施例、比較例で処理した織物を用いて、JIS L 1096 D−3法に準じて測定した。

Claims (2)
- 24℃における表面張力が75dyn/cm2以下であるアルカリ金属化合物の10〜45重量%の水溶液であって、アルカリ金属化合物として、5重量%以下の水酸化ナトリウムを含みうる他は、実質上、水酸化カリウムのみを含むものを用い、綿繊維を含む糸もしくは布帛または原綿を、無張力下に、静摩擦係数が未加工品の50〜75%となるまで処理するか、または、張力下に、静摩擦係数が未加工品の40〜65%となるまで処理することを特徴とする加工綿繊維製品の製造方法。
- 界面活性剤を含まない状態で測定した場合の24℃における表面張力が75dyn/cm 2 以下であるアルカリ金属化合物の水溶液であって、水酸化カリウムの濃度が30〜45重量%のものを用い、綿繊維の表面のケンプを除去して綿繊維表面の平滑度を向上させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工綿繊維製品の製造方法。
