Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin sealing belt used for sealing doors and containers of containers and warehouses.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this kind of synthetic resin sealing belt used to prevent theft, unpacking, loss, etc. of products and luggage packed in containers, containers, etc., conventionally, a flexible belt-like body, A front end portion formed on one end side in the length direction of the band-shaped body and a hole formed on the other end side in the length direction of the band-shaped body so as to stand perpendicular to the band-shaped body and into which the front end portion is inserted. And a retaining protrusion is formed at the tip portion, while an engaging portion is formed on the inner wall of the hole of the head portion to engage the retaining protrusion in the non-insertion direction. Is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A conventional synthetic resin sealing belt configured as described above is formed by, for example, winding or passing a belt-like body around a sealed member such as a container door, and then inserting the leading end into a hole in the head portion. Then, the retaining protrusion is engaged with the engaging protrusion in the hole so as not to be pulled out, so that a predetermined sealing function is exhibited. However, simply inserting the tip part into the hole of the head part has no way of visually confirming whether the retaining protrusion and the engaging part are actually engaged so that they cannot be pulled out. If the operator is accustomed to the above work, it must be judged that the engagement state has been achieved so that the predetermined sealing function is exerted. In spite of a halfway state where the engagement is incomplete and the predetermined sealing function is not exhibited, there is a possibility of causing a determination error that the sealing work has been completed.
[0004]
In addition, this type of sealing belt has a flexible belt-like body wound around a member to be sealed in a clockwise direction, and the front end portion is inserted into the hole without being twisted. In the conventional general sealing belt, the insertion direction of the front end portion and the front and back of the belt are provided. Is not clearly shown, and it is necessary to judge the insertion direction and the front and back of the belt by visually confirming the presence or absence of the engagement protrusion. Therefore, the belt is wound counterclockwise and the tip is twisted. Without turning it back and inserting it into the hole from the opposite direction (hereinafter referred to as “reverse insertion”), or winding it in a clockwise direction and then twisting it into the hole and inserting it into the hole (Hereinafter referred to as “back-facing positive insertion”), due to an erroneous operation such as Even if it looks like it is actually, there is a possibility that the retaining protrusion is not engaged with the engaging portion, and the retaining action is not exhibited, and there is a possibility that it will be in an unsealed state. There was also the possibility of “tampering” by exploiting the
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can achieve a predetermined sealed state with good workability that eliminates imperfection of engagement due to insufficient insertion or the like and reliably exerts a retaining action. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a synthetic resin sealing belt capable of suppressing the occurrence of erroneous work operations such as “backward reverse insertion”.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a synthetic resin sealing belt according to the present invention comprises a flexible belt-like body, a tip formed on one end side in the length direction of the belt-like body, and the length of the belt-like body. And a head portion having a hole into which the tip portion is inserted, and a retaining projection is formed at an intermediate portion of the tip portion. And an inner wall of the hole is formed with an engaging portion that engages and holds the retaining protrusion in the non-insertion direction in a state where the tip is inserted into the hole. For belts,
The tip portion is provided with a portion that protrudes outward from the tip of the head portion in a predetermined insertion state in which the retaining protrusion is engaged with the engaging portion. The indicator part is attached and attached.
The rear end of the indicator portion for the insertion verifier is in said tip proper orientation into the bore of the head portion, from the first time, the tip of the head portion when it is inserted to a predetermined position in said bore Is also in a position protruding outward .
[0007]
According to the synthetic resin sealing belt having the above-described configuration, the outer end of the head portion is more outward than the tip portion of the head portion when the tip portion is inserted in a correct direction into the hole of the head portion and is inserted to a predetermined position in the hole. It is possible to visually check the rear end of the insertion confirmation indicator portion attached to the protruding part, so that the sealing work can be performed in a halfway state where the engagement is incomplete due to insufficient insertion of the tip portion, etc. It is possible to complete a predetermined sealed state with good workability, which eliminates an error in judging that it has been completed and ensures the removal action. Further, the presence of the insertion confirmation index portion can suppress the occurrence of erroneous operation operations such as “backward reverse insertion” and “backward normal insertion”, and the possibility of intentional tampering.
[0008]
[0009]
[0010]
The synthetic resin sealing belt according to the present invention includes a flexible strip, a tip formed on one end in the length direction of the strip, and the other end in the length direction of the strip. And a head portion having a hole into which the tip portion is inserted and formed at a right angle with respect to the belt-like body, and a retaining projection is formed at an intermediate portion of the tip portion. In the inner wall, a synthetic resin sealing belt in which an engagement portion that engages and holds the retaining protrusion in an anti-insertion direction so as not to be pulled out in a state where the distal end portion is inserted into the hole,
The tip portion is provided with a portion protruding outward from the tip of the head portion in a predetermined insertion state in which the retaining protrusion is engaged with the engaging portion. An indicator for confirming insertion, which is formed by coloring differently from the tip portion, may be provided.
Furthermore, as a different color to be an indicator for insertion confirmation, as described in claim 3 , it is possible to visually confirm the front and back of the tip by visualizing only on the surface side of the protruding portion of the tip. Thus, it is possible to ensure the prevention of erroneous operation operations such as “backward reverse insertion” and “backward normal insertion” described above.
Furthermore, in the synthetic resin sealing belt according to the present invention having the above-described configuration, as described in claim 4 , a protrusion that limits the insertion direction is formed at a location that is shifted to one side in the width direction of the tip portion. In addition, by adopting a configuration in which a concave strip allowing passage of the projection is formed at the same displacement location as the projection on the inner wall of the hole of the head portion, the insertion direction of the tip portion is changed to `` Since it can be limited to “front-facing positive insertion”, it is possible to reliably and easily obtain a predetermined sealed state without the occurrence of the erroneous operation described above.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a synthetic resin sealing belt, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a sealed state by the synthetic resin sealing belt. FIG.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the synthetic resin sealing belt 1 in this embodiment is a molded product made of a synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene as a whole. A front end portion 3 formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped body 2 and a vertical end on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped body 2 are erected at a right angle to the strip-shaped body 2. 3 and a prismatic head portion 5 formed so as to penetrate the hole 4 inserted from the direction of arrow B in the height direction.
[0013]
As clearly shown in FIG. 3, on the front and back sides of the intermediate portion of the distal end portion 3, there are a substantially right triangle-shaped retaining projection 6 </ b> A and a substantially trapezoidal retaining projection 6 </ b> B in the insertion direction of the distal end portion 3. It is formed with a step h in the front, and a narrow insertion direction is limited to a portion that is deviated to one side in the width direction on the surface of the tip portion 3 on the rear side in the insertion direction with respect to the retaining protrusions 6A and 6B. A projection 13 is formed. In addition, the tip 3 is inserted into the hole 4 at a position facing the inner wall of the hole 4 of the head portion 5 with the tip 3 a protruding outward from the tip of the head 5. Engaging portions 7 and 15 are formed in which the retaining protrusions 6A and 6B engage with each other so that they cannot be pulled out in the anti-insertion direction and the insertion direction, respectively, and the tip portion 3 is formed on the inner wall near the inlet portion of the hole 4. A concave line 14 that allows passage of the insertion direction limiting projection 13 is formed only when “front-facing normal insertion” is performed.
[0014]
A weak body portion 9 is formed on the rear side of the distal end portion 3 from both of the retaining protrusions 6A and 6B. As shown in FIG. 4, the weak body portion 9 is provided so as to be positioned in the hole 4 in a state in which the distal end portion 3 is inserted into the hole 4 to such a depth that it cannot be pulled out.
[0015]
A flange portion 10 for restricting the insertion depth is formed at a proximal end portion further rearward than the weak body portion 9 of the distal end portion 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the flange portion 10 is inserted into the hole 4 with the front end portion 3 in the “front-facing normal insertion” state, and the two retaining protrusions 6 A and 6 B cannot be pulled out into the engaging portions 7 and 15. In an engaged state, the opening end of the hole 4 is in contact with the opening end of the hole 4 so as to close the opening end. The belt-like body 2 portion further rearward than the collar portion 10 is formed with a non-slip grip portion 12 in which a plurality of protrusions 11 are arranged on both the front and back surfaces, and the tip portion 3 is formed in the hole 4. When inserting or tearing the weak body portion 9, the grip portion 12 is easily gripped so as not to slip with a finger.
[0016]
Further, the distal end portion 3 a of the distal end portion 3, that is, the both retaining projections 6 A and 6 B are engaged with the engaging portions 7 and 15, respectively, and in a predetermined insertion state, outward from the distal end of the head portion 5. The protruding tip portion 3a is formed with an arrow 16 as an example of an indicator portion for confirming insertion so as to penetrate the front and back, and it is visually confirmed that the tip portion 3 has been inserted into the hole 4 to a predetermined position. I can do it. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, an arrow 17 that clearly indicates the insertion direction of the distal end portion 3 into the hole 4 is formed on the other end in the longitudinal direction of the strip 2.
[0017]
Next, a method of using the synthetic resin sealing belt 1 having the above configuration will be described.
First, for example, after the belt-like body 2 is wound or passed through a sealed member P such as a container door, the grip portion 12 is gripped by a finger, and as shown in FIG. The tip part 3 is inserted into the hole 4 of the head part 5 from the direction of arrow B (see FIG. 3) until it abuts the opening end part on the insertion side of the hole 4 and closes the opening end.
[0018]
When inserting the tip 3, not only is the direction of insertion of the tip 3 into the hole 4 of the head 5 indicated by the arrow 17, but only when the tip 3 is “front-facing positive insertion”. The insertion direction limiting projection 13 is allowed to pass through the recess 14 formed on the inner wall of the hole 4, so that the belt-like body 2 is wound counterclockwise around the sealed member P and the tip portion 3 is turned backward without twisting and inserted into the hole 4 from the reverse direction, or the belt-like body 2 is wound around the sealed member P in a clockwise direction and twisted to the back. The tip portion 3 can be easily and reliably inserted into the hole 4 in the “front-facing positive insertion” state without causing an erroneous operation operation such as “backward-facing positive insertion” to be inserted into the hole 4 in the orientation.
[0019]
When the tip 3 is inserted into the hole 4 to a predetermined depth, the tip 3a protrudes outward from the tip of the head 5 as clearly shown in FIG. It is possible to visually confirm the arrow 16 formed in the two, and in this state, both the retaining projections 6A and 6B are engaged with the engaging portions 7 and 15 formed at the portion facing the inner wall of the hole 4, respectively. It is fixed and held so that it cannot be pulled out in both the anti-insertion direction and the insertion direction, eliminating the mistake of judging that the sealing operation has been completed in a halfway state where the engagement is incomplete due to insufficient insertion of the tip 3 or the like. A predetermined sealed state can be reliably obtained.
[0020]
Furthermore, in this sealed state, since the flange portion 10 abuts the insertion side opening end portion of the hole 4 and closes the opening end, for example, the tip of a minus driver or the like is inserted into the hole 4 to prevent it from being removed. It is also possible to restrict the intentional opening of the protrusions 6A, 6B and the engaging portions 7, 15 by releasing the retaining engagement. After intentionally opening, the tip 3 is inserted into the hole 4 again. Although it is apparently sealed, it is possible to prevent camouflaging as if it were sealed, or to reuse the belt 1 itself for another sealing.
[0021]
Further, when opening from the sealed state as shown in FIG. 4, it is necessary to use a cutting tool such as a scissors by tearing the weak body portion 9 by grasping the grip portion 12 of the strip 2 and pulling it in the anti-insertion direction. Can also be opened easily. After opening, as shown in FIG. 6, the tip 3 located in the hole 4 of the head portion 5 is provided with retaining protrusions 6A and 6B formed with a step h at the intermediate portion and the relationship between the head portion 5 side. Since the engagement with the mating portions 7 and 15 does not fall off in either the anti-insertion direction or the insertion direction, it is retained and retained in the hole 4, so that the belt ridge composed of only the torn end portion 3 is fine. It is possible to avoid the situation of being scattered as garbage.
[0022]
In the above-described embodiment, the arrow 16 penetrating the front and rear sides of the tip protruding portion 3a of the tip portion 3 is formed as the insertion confirmation index portion. However, the arrow 16 is used as a surface side of the tip protruding portion 3a. You may form a dent only in. In this case, the presence of the recessed arrow 16 makes it possible to clearly distinguish the front and back of the tip 3 by visual inspection, and the erroneous operations such as “backward reverse insertion” and “backward normal insertion” described above. Prevention of operation can be ensured.
[0023]
Further, instead of the arrow 16 serving as the insertion confirmation indicator portion, the entire tip protruding portion 3a may be conspicuously colored in a color different from other portions, for example, green or red. In this case, it is confirmed by color determination that the tip 3 has been inserted up to a predetermined position, and in the same way as in the case of the arrow, the predetermined sealing is performed without an error in determining that the sealing operation has been completed in a halfway state. The state can be obtained reliably. In the case of this coloring as well, it is desirable that coloring is performed only on the surface side of the tip protruding portion 3a so that the front and back of the tip portion 3 can be discriminated clearly.
[0024]
Furthermore, in the said Example, although the weak body part 9 was demonstrated about the front side of an insertion direction rather than the collar part 10, the weak body part 9 was formed in the back side of the insertion direction rather than the collar part 10. In addition, the weak body portion 9 may be omitted.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the correct orientation to the tip bore of the head portion and projecting into the first, outward from the distal end of the head portion when inserted to a predetermined position in the hole Since it is possible to visually check the rear end of the insertion confirmation indicator portion attached to the part, the sealing work has been completed in a halfway state where the engagement is incomplete due to insufficient insertion of the tip portion, etc. It is possible to obtain a predetermined sealed state with good workability that eliminates a determination error and reliably exerts a retaining action. Moreover, the presence of this indicator for confirming insertion can suppress the occurrence of erroneous work operations such as “backward reverse insertion” and “backward normal insertion”, and the possibility of intentional tampering. There is an effect.
[0026]
[0027]
Further, as described in claim 3, by subjecting the wearing color ing the insertion confirmation indicator portion only on the surface side of the protruding portion of the tip, it can be clearly determined visually the front and back of the tip portion Thus, it is possible to further ensure the prevention of erroneous operation operations such as “backward reverse insertion” and “backward normal insertion” described above.
