Description
Claims (11)
- 入口及び出口を有し、縦軸が貫通するハウジングと、
出口近くにあり、密封表面が該密封表面と縦軸に斜めに延びる第1のチャンネル表面の間で縦軸に沿って位置する弁座オリフィスを取り囲む弁座と、
ハウジング内にあり、密封表面から離脱して弁座オリフィスを介する燃料の流れを許容する第1の位置と、密封表面に接触して燃料の流れを遮断する第2の位置の間で縦軸に沿って往復運動する閉鎖部材と、
縦軸に沿って貫通する複数の計量オリフィスを有する計量ディスクであって、計量オリフィスが計量ディスク上の仮想頂点に収束する密封表面の投射により画定される第2の仮想円より大きい第1の仮想円上に縦軸を中心として位置し、第1のチャンネル表面と対向する計量ディスクの第2のチャンネル表面が縦軸に対して斜めの少なくとも第1の表面と縦軸に対して湾曲した少なくとも第2の表面とを有する計量ディスクと、
第1のチャンネル表面と第2のチャンネル表面の間に形成され、複数の計量オリフィスを取り囲む位置へ縦軸に沿って外方へ延びるにつれて断面積が変化する第1の部分を有し、複数の計量オリフィスの各々を出る燃料流に縦軸に対して斜めの流路を形成させる制御速度チャンネルとより成り、
第2のチャンネル表面は第2及び第3の表面部分を取り囲む第1の平坦な表面部分を有し、
第2及び第3の表面部分は第1の平坦な表面部分に隣接する平面から突出し、
第2の表面部分は少なくとも1つの平坦な表面を構成し、
第3の表面部分は縦軸に交差し、更に
第3の表面部分は、閉鎖部材が弁座の密封表面と接触する時閉鎖部材と計量ディスクの間に形成される体積空間を減少するように弁座オリフィスの方へ突出している
燃料噴射器。 - 制御速度チャンネルは第1の端部と第2の端部の間を延び、第1の端部は縦軸から第1の半径方向距離の所に位置して第1と第2のチャンネル表面は縦軸に沿って第1の距離だけ離隔し、第2の端部は複数の計量オリフィスに隣接する所で縦軸から第2の半径方向距離の所に位置して第1と第2のチャンネル表面は縦軸に沿って第2の距離だけ離隔するため、第1の半径距離と第1の距離に三角定数πと2を乗算した積が第2の半径方向距離と第2の距離に三角定数πと2を乗算した積に等しい請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 複数の計量オリフィスは、第1の仮想円上に直径方向に位置する少なくとも2つの計量オリフィスを含む請求項2の燃料噴射器。
- 複数の計量オリフィスは少なくとも2つの計量オリフィスを含み、各計量オリフィスはそのオリフィス直径に対する貫通長さの比率が増加すると縦軸に対するスプレー角度が減少するように構成されている請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 複数の計量オリフィスは少なくとも2つの計量オリフィスを含み、各計量オリフィスはそのオリフィス直径に対する貫通長さの比率が増加すると各計量オリフィスにより形成される円錐スプレーの夾角が減少するように構成されている請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 第3の表面部分は、第2の表面部分と交差して、弁座オリフィスの領域に等しい領域を縦軸に対して垂直方向に画定する円形の周囲部を画定する請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 円形の周囲部の領域は弁座オリフィスの領域より小さい請求項6の燃料噴射器。
- 複数の計量オリフィスは、第2の表面部分の少なくとも1つの平坦な表面上に位置する請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 第1のチャンネル表面は、縦軸に対してテイパー角度で延びる少なくとも1つの部分を含む請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- テイパー角度は縦軸を横切る平面に関して約10°のテイパー角度である請求項6の燃料噴射器。
- 第1のチャンネル表面は、第1のチャンネル表面の少なくとも一部に関して湾曲した部分を有する請求項7の燃料噴射器。
