BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cold storage type vehicle air conditioner that is applied to a vehicle that temporarily stops a vehicle engine that is a drive source of a compressor when the vehicle is stopped.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, vehicles (eco-run vehicles such as hybrid vehicles) that automatically stop the engine when stopping, such as waiting for traffic lights, have been put into practical use for the purpose of environmental protection and improved fuel efficiency of the vehicle engine. There is a tendency for vehicles to stop running to increase.
[0003]
By the way, in the vehicle air conditioner, since the compressor of the refrigeration cycle is driven by the vehicle engine, the eco-run vehicle stops at a signal or the like, and the compressor stops whenever the engine is stopped. As a result, the temperature of the cooling evaporator rises and the temperature of the air blown into the passenger compartment rises, resulting in a problem of impairing the cooling feeling of the passenger.
[0004]
In view of this, a cold storage means for storing cold when the vehicle engine (compressor) is operated is provided, and when the vehicle engine (compressor) is stopped and the cooling action of the evaporator is stopped, the cold storage amount of the cold storage means is used to enter the vehicle interior. There is an increasing need for a regenerative vehicle air conditioner that can cool the blown air.
[0005]
As this type of regenerative vehicle air conditioner, one described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-313226 has been known. In this prior art, in the air-conditioning refrigeration cycle, a cold storage tank containing a cold storage material is provided in parallel with an evaporator for cooling the air blown into the passenger compartment, and the pressure is reduced by the pressure reducing means when the vehicle engine (compressor) is operated. A low-pressure refrigerant is allowed to flow in parallel to the evaporator and the cold storage tank to cool the cold storage material, and cold storage to the cold storage material is performed.
[0006]
When the compressor is stopped due to the stop of the vehicle engine, the liquid refrigerant in the cold storage tank is circulated to the evaporator, so that the cooling operation of the evaporator is continued even when the compressor is stopped and the cooling function of the vehicle interior is performed. I am trying to demonstrate it.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, although the above-mentioned prior art achieves the original purpose of ensuring the cooling function in the passenger compartment even when the vehicle engine is stopped (stopped), the following problems occur in practice. That is, since the cold storage tank containing the cold storage material is provided in parallel with the cooling evaporator in the air-conditioning refrigeration cycle, the low-pressure refrigerant decompressed by the decompression means such as the expansion valve is divided into the cold storage tank and the cooling evaporator. Flowing. Therefore, under conditions where the cooling heat load is high as in summer, the flow rate of the circulating refrigerant to the cooling evaporator is insufficient and the cooling capacity is insufficient.
[0008]
In addition, when solidification of the cold storage material is completed and the cold storage is completed, the heat absorption to the cold storage material disappears, so the low pressure refrigerant flowing through the cold storage tank side passage hardly evaporates (the dryness of the low pressure refrigerant remains small). Passes through the refrigerant and merges with the evaporator outlet refrigerant, and the merged refrigerant is sucked into the compressor.
[0009]
Here, the expansion valve controls the degree of superheat of the refrigerant after the cold storage tank outlet refrigerant and the evaporator outlet refrigerant have joined together, so that the evaporator outlet refrigerant is affected by the low dryness refrigerant on the cold storage tank side. In view of the degree of superheat, the valve opening is reduced to an excessively small opening. For this reason, the flow rate of the refrigerant is excessively small for the evaporator as viewed from the cooling heat load, and the cooling performance of the evaporator cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
[0010]
Therefore, in the above prior art, an electromagnetic valve is installed in the refrigerant passage of the cold storage tank, and when the cooling capacity is insufficient during operation of the vehicle engine (compressor), the electromagnetic valve is closed and the refrigerant circulation to the cold storage tank is stopped. Only when there is a margin in cooling capacity, the solenoid valve is opened and low-pressure refrigerant is circulated to the cold storage tank side to cool the cold storage material.
[0011]
Therefore, according to the prior art, an electromagnetic valve for opening and closing the refrigerant passage of the cold storage tank is essential. In addition to this, a control mechanism that opens and closes the electromagnetic valve by determining whether the cooling capacity is insufficient, a marginal state, or the like is also essential. As a result, there is a problem that the product cost increases significantly due to the addition of the cold storage function.
[0012]
In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to provide a cooling storage vehicle air conditioner that can satisfactorily exhibit cooling capacity and a cold storage function without requiring an opening / closing function of a refrigerant passage by an electromagnetic valve. To do.
[0013]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a refrigeration cycle apparatus that can satisfactorily exhibit the cooling capacity and the cold storage function without requiring the function of opening and closing the refrigerant passage by the electromagnetic valve.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the compressor (1) driven by the vehicle engine (4) and the high-pressure side heat that radiates the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor (1). A pressure reducing means (6) and a pressure reducing means for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant that has passed through the high pressure side heat exchanger (6).7) And decompression means (7An evaporator (8) for evaporating the low-pressure refrigerant depressurized by (2) to cool the air blown into the passenger compartment,On the refrigerant inlet side of the evaporator (8)A regenerator heat exchanger (11) provided in series with the evaporator (8) and having a regenerator material (11a), and a liquid refrigerant circulating in the evaporator (8) liquid refrigerant generated in the regenerator heat exchanger (11) A circulation means (15),
The decompression means is composed of an expansion valve (7) that adjusts the valve opening so as to adjust the degree of superheat of the outlet refrigerant of the evaporator (8),
The cold storage material (11a) is made of a material that is cooled by a low-pressure refrigerant and solidifies from a liquid phase state to store solidification latent heat.
The freezing point of the regenerator material (11a) is a temperature lower than the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant flowing into the regenerator heat exchanger (11) when the valve opening of the expansion valve (7) is fully opened, and The expansion valve (7) is set to have a temperature higher than the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant flowing into the regenerative heat exchanger (11) when the valve opening degree of the expansion valve (7) decreases from the fully open state to the predetermined opening degree.
When the compressor (1) is in operationWhen the valve opening degree of the expansion valve (7) is fully opened, the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant flowing into the cold storage heat exchanger (11) becomes higher than the freezing point of the cold storage material (11a). (11a) maintains the liquid phase state,
When the compressor (1) is in operationWhen the valve opening degree of the expansion valve (7) is reduced from the fully open state to the predetermined opening degree, the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant flowing into the cold storage heat exchanger (11) is lower than the freezing point of the cold storage material (11a). When the cold storage material (11a) solidifies, the cold storage material (11a) stores the solidification latent heat,
On the other hand, when the condition that requires cooling by the regenerator heat of the regenerator material (11a) is determined, the liquid refrigerant circulation means (15) is operated to circulate the liquid refrigerant to the evaporator (8). The gas-phase refrigerant evaporated in (8) is cooled and liquefied by the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a).
[0015]
According to this, since the cold storage heat exchanger (11) is provided in series with the evaporator (8) that cools the air blown into the vehicle interior, the compressor (1) is activated by the operation of the compressor (1). The refrigerant is caused to flow through the serial passage of the cold storage heat exchanger (11) and the evaporator (8), so that the cooling performance by the evaporator (8) and the cold storage material (11a) of the cold storage heat exchanger (11) are displayed. Cold storage can be performed.
[0016]
Therefore, in the cold storage type vehicle air conditioner, the cooling capacity and the cold storage function can be satisfactorily exhibited without requiring the function of opening and closing the refrigerant passage by the electromagnetic valve. Moreover, when the conditions which require the cooling by the cool storage heat of the cool storage material (11a) are determined, the gas phase refrigerant can be cooled and liquefied using the cool storage heat of the cool storage material (11a), so the cool storage heat exchanger The liquid refrigerant can be supplied from (11) to the evaporator (8) to exhibit the cooling function.
In particular, in the first aspect of the present invention, the decompression means is configured by the expansion valve (7) that adjusts the valve opening so as to adjust the degree of superheat of the outlet refrigerant of the evaporator (8), and the low-pressure refrigerant The freezing point of the regenerator material (11a) that is cooled and solidified is lower than the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant that flows into the regenerator heat exchanger (11) when the valve opening of the expansion valve (7) is fully opened. And the temperature of the expansion valve (7) is set to be higher than the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant flowing into the regenerative heat exchanger (11) when the valve opening of the expansion valve (7) is reduced from the fully open state to the predetermined opening. Therefore, when the valve opening degree of the expansion valve (7) is fully opened at the time of cooling high load, the temperature of the low-pressure refrigerant becomes higher than the freezing point of the cold storage material (11a) and the cold storage material (11a) Maintain liquid phase.
For this reason, the low-pressure refrigerant only absorbs sensible heat from the regenerator material (11a) at the time of cooling high load, and the endothermic heat from the regenerator material (11a) becomes very small. ) Maximum cooling capacity can be satisfactorily exhibited.
On the other hand, when the cooling heat load is reduced, the valve opening degree of the expansion valve (7) is reduced, so that the low pressure of the refrigeration cycle is lowered and the low pressure refrigerant temperature is lowered. When the low-pressure refrigerant temperature falls below the freezing point of the cold storage material (11a), the solidification of the cold storage material (11a) is started, and the cold storage material (11a) can cool the solidification latent heat.
[0017]
As in the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the condition requiring the cooling and cooling is, specifically, when the vehicle engine (4) is stopped and the compressor (1) is stopped. It is. According to this, when the compressor (1) is forcibly stopped along with the stop of the vehicle engine (4), the cooling function can be continuously exerted by the cool-down cooling action by the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a).
[0018]
As in claim 3, in
[0019]
As in the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect, the vehicle-side traveling condition is a high-load traveling condition of the vehicle.
[0020]
According to
[0021]
Since the auxiliary drive load of the vehicle engine (4) can be reduced by forcibly stopping the compressor (1) under the high load running condition of the vehicle as in
[0022]
As in the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the number of rotations of the compressor (1) decreases to a predetermined number of rotations or less in the first aspect, it may be determined as a condition that requires cooling.
[0023]
According to this, the number of rotations of the vehicle engine (4) decreases as the vehicle stops, and the number of rotations of the compressor (1) decreases, thereby reducing the cooling performance. By cold storage heatRBy supplying the cooled and liquefied liquid refrigerant to the evaporator (8), it is possible to mitigate a decrease in cooling performance.
[0024]
That is, the present invention can be effectively used to improve the cooling capacity when the vehicle is stopped even in a normal vehicle (non-eco-run vehicle) that does not stop the vehicle engine (4) when the vehicle is stopped.
[0025]
Next, in the invention described in
The decompression means is composed of an expansion valve (7) that adjusts the valve opening so as to adjust the degree of superheat of the outlet refrigerant of the evaporator (8),
The cold storage material (11a) is made of a material that is cooled by a low-pressure refrigerant and solidifies from a liquid phase state to store solidification latent heat.
When the cold storage material (11a) solidifies, the cold storage material (11a) stores the solidification latent heat,
When the compressor (1) is stopped, the refrigerant is circulated between the evaporator (8) and the cold storage heat exchanger (11), and the vapor-phase refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator (8) is converted into the cold storage material (11a). It is characterized by cooling with cold storage heat.
[0026]
According to this, since the cold storage heat exchanger (11) is provided in series with the evaporator (8) that cools the air blown into the vehicle interior, similarly to claim 1, in the cold storage type vehicle air conditioner, The cooling capacity and the cold storage function can be satisfactorily exhibited without requiring the opening / closing function of the refrigerant passage by the electromagnetic valve.
Further, in the invention described in
On the other hand, when the cooling heat load is reduced, the low-pressure refrigerant temperature is lowered from the freezing point of the cold storage material (11a) and the solidification of the cold storage material (11a) is started, so that the cold storage material (11a) can store the solidification latent heat.
[0027]
Further, when the compressor (1) is stopped, the gas-phase refrigerant can be cooled and liquefied by using the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a), so that the supply of the liquid refrigerant to the evaporator (8) is continued and the cooling function is continued. You can continue to demonstrate.
[0029]
By the way, when the cold storage to the cold storage material (11a) is completed in the cold storage heat exchanger (11), the low pressure refrigerant passes through the cold storage heat exchanger (11) with little heat absorption. If the evaporator (11) is provided on the refrigerant outlet side of the evaporator (8), the evaporator outlet refrigerant is cooled by the cold storage material (11a) that has completed cold storage, and the refrigerant flow rate adjustment by the expansion valve (7) is appropriately performed. The situation that cannot be done occurs.
[0030]
But,Invention of
[0031]
Claim7In the invention described in claim6In the above, the liquid refrigerant in the low-pressure refrigerant is stored when the compressor (1) is in operation, and the liquid refrigerant is stored by being cooled by the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a) when the compressor (1) is stopped. When the compressor (1) stops, the tank (10a) and the electric pump (15) which is disposed in the liquid refrigerant tank (10a) and is activated when the compressor (1) is stopped In addition, the liquid refrigerant in the liquid refrigerant tank section (10a) is circulated to the evaporator (8) by the operation of the electric pump (15).
[0032]
Thereby, when the cool-down cooling mode is executed using the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a) when the compressor (1) is stopped, the liquid refrigerant is supplied to the evaporator (8) by the operation of the electric pump (15). It can circulate and exhibit the cooling effect of the evaporator (8) well.

An evaporator (8) for evaporating the low-pressure refrigerant decompressed by the decompression means (70) and cooling the air blown into the vehicle interior;
A tank member (10) which is disposed on the refrigerant outlet side of the evaporator (8), separates the gas-liquid of the low-pressure refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator (8), and guides the gas-phase refrigerant to the suction side of the compressor (1); ,
The tank member (10) is disposed at the upper part inside, and includes a cold storage heat exchanger (11) having a cold storage material (11a),
The regenerator material (11a) is cooled and solidified by the low-pressure refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator (8),
Of the tank member (10), a liquid refrigerant tank section (10a) for storing liquid refrigerant below the cold storage heat exchanger (11) is configured,
The liquid refrigerant tank section (10a) stores the liquid refrigerant in the low-pressure refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator (8) when the compressor (1) is in operation, and the cold refrigerant (11a) when the compressor (1) is stopped. It is designed to store liquid refrigerant that has been cooled and liquefied by cold storage heat,
In the liquid refrigerant tank section (10a), an electric pump (15) is activated when the compressor (1) is stopped and circulates the liquid refrigerant in the liquid refrigerant tank section (10a) to the evaporator (8). ) Is placed,
During operation of the compressor (1), the low pressure refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator (8) flows into the tank member (10) and passes through the cold storage heat exchanger (11) to cool the cold storage material (11a), The cold storage material (11a) solidifies the solidification latent heat by solidifying the cold storage material (11a),

[0034]
Claim8The tank member (10) in FIG. 1 exhibits the function of a refrigerant gas-liquid separator generally called an accumulator, so that the compressor (1) can be used without using the expansion valve (7) as a decompression means. It is possible to prevent the liquid refrigerant from returning to) and thus liquid compression. Thus, when the expansion valve (7) is not used as the pressure reducing means, even if the cold storage heat exchanger (11) is provided on the refrigerant outlet side of the evaporator (8), there is no problem in the refrigerant flow rate adjusting operation of the cycle.
[0035]
Further, since the low-pressure refrigerant that has passed through the cold storage heat exchanger (11) passes through the tank member (10) and is sucked into the compressor (1), the low-pressure refrigerant is cooled by the cooling operation in the cold storage heat exchanger (11). Even if the liquid is liquefied, the liquid refrigerant remains in the tank member (10).Liquid refrigerant tank section (10a) configured in the lower partCan be stored inside.
[0036]
Since the low pressure refrigerant temperature on the refrigerant outlet side of the evaporator (8) is lower than the refrigerant inlet side by the amount of pressure loss in the refrigerant flow path of the evaporator (8), the low pressure refrigerant temperature and the cold storage material ( The temperature difference with 11a) expands and the cool storage material (11a) can be cooled efficiently. Therefore, solidification of the cold storage material (11a) can be completed in a shorter time.

[0042]
Thereby, when a vehicle engine (4) stops and a compressor (1) stops at the time of a stop, cool-down cooling mode can be performed using the cool storage heat of a cool storage material (11a).

[0044]
Here, the upper limit temperature of the blowout temperature in the passenger compartment during cooling is normally a temperature in the vicinity of 12 ° C. to 15 ° C. in order to ensure cooling feeling, and the freezing point of the regenerator material (11a) is lower than this upper limit temperature. By setting it to (for example, about 6 ° C. to 8 ° C.), when the cool-down cooling mode using the cold storage heat of the cold storage material (11a) is executed when the compressor (1) is stopped, By maintaining the temperature lower than the upper limit temperature, it is possible to satisfactorily ensure the cooling feeling in the cool-down cooling mode.

When the cold storage material (11a) solidifies, the cold storage material (11a) stores the solidification latent heat,
When the compressor (1) is stopped, the refrigerant is circulated between the evaporator (8) and the cold storage heat exchanger (11), and the vapor-phase refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator (8) is converted into the cold storage material (11a).
