Description
該恒温槽に水を戻す戻し配管と、前記吸引配管と戻し配管の間に設けられ水を循環するポンプと、該ポンプにより循環される恒温槽水を加熱するヒータと、前記吸引配管と前記戻し配管の間に設けられ、水密構造で内部に前記恒温槽水を保持し、水と気泡の比重差により気泡を除去する気泡除去槽と、を備えた自動分析装置。
(気泡除去槽)、6…循環ポンプ、7…脱気装置、8…給水ポンプ、9…排水電磁弁、
10…給水電磁弁、11…反応テーブル、12…反応容器、13…給水タンク。
Claims (8)
- 検体と試薬を混合する反応容器と、
該反応容器中の検体と試薬の混合物に光を照射するランプと、
該混合物を透過した光を測定する光度計と、
該反応容器を浸漬するための水を保持する恒温槽と、
該恒温槽の水を吸引する吸引配管と、該恒温槽に水を戻す戻し配管と、前記吸引配管と戻し配管の間に設けられ水を循環するポンプと、循環水の温度が上がりすぎた場合に冷却するための試薬保冷ユニットと、該ポンプにより循環される恒温槽水を加熱するヒータと、を接続する主流路と、
前記吸引配管と、前記ランプを冷却するランプ冷却管と、前記戻し配管の間を、前記主流路に並列に接続する副流路と、
前記副流路に設けられ、水密構造で内部に前記恒温槽水を保持し、水と気泡の比重差により気泡を除去する気泡除去槽と、
を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の気泡除去槽の前記吸引配管に接続される側の配管取付位置は、該気泡除去槽の前記戻し配管に接続される側の配管取付位置より高いことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の気泡除去槽は、該気泡除去槽内に溜まった気泡を槽外に出すエア抜きバルブを備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の気泡除去槽は、上方が大気に開放された構造を備えていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項3の自動分析装置において、
前記恒温槽内の水を槽外に排出するバルブと前記気泡除去槽のエア抜きバルブが同一であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項5記載の自動分析装置において、
前記吸引配管と前記戻し配管の間に前記恒温槽に水を注入する恒温槽水注入バルブを設けたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項6記載の自動分析装置において、
前記恒温槽水注入バルブを開いて恒温槽水を前記恒温槽に注入する際に、前記気泡除去槽のバルブも開いて恒温槽水を排出しながら恒温槽水を注入するようにバルブの開閉を制御する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項7記載の自動分析装置において、
前記制御機構が予め定められたスケジュールに基づいて自動的に作動するようプログラムされていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
