【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
In an engine heat pump apparatus that performs cooling and heating with a refrigerant pressurized by a compressor (7) driven by an engine (3), an oil pan (5) that stores lubricating oil of the engine (3), And an oil tank (10) provided separately from the oil pan (5), and a pump for a lubricating oil supply device for replenishing the oil pan (5) with the lubricating oil in the oil tank (10) (18), the pump (18) is disposed above the upper end surfaces of the oil pan (5) and the oil tank (10), and the check valve (31) is disposed on the discharge side (18a) of the pump (18). in the oil pan (5) and provided above the upper end face of the oil tank (10), check valve (31) downstream of the lubricating oil supply pipe (41) at above the upper limit oil level of the oil pan (5) open, the check When the discharge pressure of the pump (18) is not applied by the valve (31), the communication state between the oil pan (5) and the oil tank (10) is blocked to prevent the siphon phenomenon from occurring. The lubricating oil inside is sucked by the pump and supplied to the auxiliary oil pan. Not only when the oil tank and the oil pan are arranged at substantially the same height, the oil tank is arranged above the oil pan. In both cases, and when the oil tank is disposed below the oil pan, the lubricating oil can be supplied from the oil tank to the auxiliary oil pan.
Thus, there is no restriction | limiting in the arrangement | positioning location of an oil tank, and it can arrange | position in arbitrary places. Further, since the pump is disposed above the upper end surface of the oil tank, the lubricating oil is sucked upward from the oil tank by the pump only when the lubricating oil is supplied. When the pump is stopped, the seal portion of the pump Even when the oil is deteriorated or damaged, the lubricating oil in the oil tank can be prevented from flowing out.
[0037]
Further, since a check valve is provided on the discharge side of the pump, when the pump is stopped, the communication state between the oil pan and the oil tank is closed by the check valve, and the lubricating oil in the oil tank is Lubricating oil into the oil pan by preventing suction from the oil pan due to negative pressure in the oil pan and preventing the occurrence of lubricating oil suction due to siphoning between the oil tank and the oil pan. Oil oversupply can be prevented .
[0038]
As described in
[0039]
Since the three-way valve is provided on the discharge side and the suction side of the pump as in
[0040]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the pump is disposed above the upper end surface of the oil tank, and is disposed in the vicinity of the ceiling surface in the substantially sealed engine room where the engine is installed. This prevents the pump from being subjected to drip-proofing / waterproofing, and the cost of the pump can be reduced.
