Description

Novel engine pre-lubrication system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel engine pre-lubrication system, and belongs to the technical field of engine pre-lubrication.
Background
Research shows that the current engine technology and lubricating oil technology can provide good protection for the engine, an effective oil film can be formed at each lubricating point under the normal running condition of the engine, and moving parts are in a sliding friction state protected by the oil film, so that the abrasion among the moving parts is very small. However, during the very short time of engine cold start, since the oil flows into the sump substantially, little oil is present at the lubrication point, or is squeezed out of the lubrication point, dry friction is formed for a while before the oil flows to this location, and this dry friction causes wear that accounts for more than 50% of the engine wear.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:
the utility model provides a novel engine lubricates system in advance, is including lubricating oil tank in advance, lubricated oil pump and low level oil tank in advance, connects gradually through the pipeline between lubricating oil tank in advance, lubricated oil pump in advance and the low level oil tank, and the system of lubricating in advance provides lubricated oil in advance for the engine through lubricated oil tank in advance.
Further, the pre-lubricating oil pump is of a rotor type or a gear type.
Furthermore, the top of the pre-lubricating oil tank is provided with a ventilation one-way valve, and when the air in the pre-lubricating oil tank is reduced, the air can be automatically sucked through the ventilation one-way valve to supplement air.
Further, the stop valve is controlled electrically or manually.
Furthermore, the pre-lubricating oil pump only works when lubricating oil needs to be pumped into the pre-lubricating oil tank, and stops working when the pre-lubricating oil tank reaches the required pressure or lubricating oil amount.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention utilizes the principle similar to an air pressure closestool to pump lubricating oil into a pre-lubricating oil tank, the lubricating oil is pumped into and flows out from the bottommost part of the pre-lubricating oil tank and is controlled by a stop valve, and the pre-lubrication is performed by supplying the pre-lubricating oil to an engine through the pre-lubricating oil tank instead of directly performing through a pre-lubricating oil pump.
The pre-lubrication system is used in combination with an engine system, the engine system comprises an engine, a lubricating oil filter, a machine-mounted lubricating oil pump and an oil pan, lubricating points of the engine are connected with the lubricating oil filter through pipelines, the lubricating oil filter, the machine-mounted lubricating oil pump and the oil pan are sequentially connected through pipelines, a low-level oil tank of the pre-lubrication system is connected with the oil pan through a pipeline, the pre-lubricating oil tank is connected with the lubricating oil filter through a pipeline, and a stop valve is arranged on the pipeline between the pre-lubricating oil tank and the lubricating oil filter.
Except for a normal engine oil bottom shell, a low-level oil tank is additionally arranged and used for containing lubricating oil used for pre-lubricating the volume, and an overflow port is arranged at the highest point of the liquid level of the oil bottom shell to enable redundant lubricating oil to flow into the low-level oil tank.

The working principle of the pre-lubricating system of the engine is as follows:
(1) the interface locations from the pre-lube oil tank to the engine are: a stop valve is arranged on a pipeline between a pre-lubricating oil tank and the engine, and the stop valve is opened during pre-lubricating to enable lubricating oil to flow into the engine from the pre-lubricating oil tank; a typical onboard lubricant pump is of the rotor and gear type, from which lubricant cannot flow into the sump, but rather through a lubricant filter into the lubrication points within the body; once the engine is started, an oil film can be immediately established at the lubricating points, and then the lubricating oil pumped by the oil pump is continuously lubricated at each lubricating point, so that the abrasion caused by dry friction of the engine in a cold starting state is avoided.
An overpressure protection mechanism, i.e. a pressure relief valve, is usually provided on the lubricant filter, i.e. after the pressure exceeds the pressure allowed by the lubricant filter, the lubricant will bypass into the oil pan, so that there is no fear that the pre-lubrication system will destroy the normal operation of the lubrication system of the engine.
(2) After the pre-lubricated lubricating oil flows into the oil pan, the oil level of the oil pan rises, and once the oil level exceeds the overflow port, the oil flows into the low-level oil tank from the overflow port; a low liquid level alarm sensor is arranged in the low-level oil tank, a pressure sensor is arranged in the pre-lubricating oil tank, and once the liquid level in the pre-lubricating oil tank is reduced, the pre-lubricating oil tank is arranged.
(3) A pipeline is arranged between the low-level oil tank and the pre-lubricating oil tank, a pre-lubricating oil pump is arranged, and after the engine is successfully started each time, a period of time can be delayed so that the lubricating oil can flow into the low-level oil tank; or a high-level sensor is arranged on a low-level oil tank, the pre-lubricating oil pump works when a set liquid level is reached, lubricating oil is pumped into the pre-lubricating oil tank, and when the pre-lubricating oil tank reaches a set pressure or liquid level, the pre-lubricating oil pump stops working.
(4) Before the engine is started every time or the engine stops for more than a period of time, a starting button is pressed, a stop valve between a pre-lubricating oil tank and the engine is opened, lubricating oil in the pre-lubricating oil tank flows into an engine lubricating oil channel to pre-lubricate the engine, and the engine enters a starting program.
(5) The lubricating oil in the low-level oil tank and the pre-lubricating oil tank needs to be replaced together every time the lubricating oil is replaced.
The traditional pre-lubricating oil pump works intermittently when the engine is stopped, directly lubricates a lubricating point of the engine, has no function when the engine is not started, works on the pre-lubricating oil only within 1 hour before starting, has small discharge capacity and can establish required pre-lubricating oil pressure for a long time.
The pre-lubricating oil pump of the system is used for conveying lubricating oil to a pre-lubricating oil tank and enabling the lubricating oil to reach proper pressure, the pre-lubricating system is sealed and can keep pressure for a long time, once an engine starting button is pressed, a pre-lubricating stop valve is opened immediately, the pre-lubricating oil can quickly flow to the lubricating point at high pressure and flow to complete pre-lubricating action, the engine can be started quickly at the moment, and therefore a timely pre-lubricating effect is achieved, and the effect is obvious.
