BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a small diaphragm pump, and more particularly to a series diaphragm pump including two or more pump chambers and connecting them in series.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional diaphragm pump, a series type pump is known for the reason of supplying a fluid at a relatively high pressure when supplying a fluid from the discharge port to the outside. (For example, see

[0007]
In order to eliminate the above-described drawbacks, the conventional series diaphragm pump shown in FIG. 7 and the like has a configuration in which a
[0008]
Therefore, there is a drawback that the number of valves becomes large. In particular, an in-line diaphragm pump having three or more diaphragm parts further increases the number of valves. As a result, the pump becomes large, and in the case of a small pump, it becomes difficult to take up a space for providing a valve.
[0009]
The present invention provides a diaphragm pump that is of the series type and can increase a desired pressure even if the number of valves is smaller than that of a conventional pump.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The diaphragm pump of the present invention is a diaphragm body having a plurality of diaphragm parts forming a pump chamber, an inlet port that communicates with one of the diaphragm parts, and a discharge port that communicates with one of the other diaphragm parts, Each of the flow paths sequentially communicates from the diaphragm portion communicating with the suction port to the diaphragm portion communicating with the discharge port, and is sucked from the suction port by the reciprocating motion of the driving portions respectively provided in the respective diaphragm portions, A serial type pump that sequentially feeds each diaphragm portion from the diaphragm portion that communicates with the suction port to each diaphragm portion through the flow channel, and supplies the fluid to the outside through the discharge port from the diaphragm portion that communicates with the discharge port. By increasing the pressure, the pressure is increased by providing a check valve on the suction port, the discharge port, and the side of the fluid flow to each diaphragm portion. It is characterized in that to enable the supply of fluid Te.
[0011]
In the diaphragm pump of the present invention, by narrowing the flow path connecting the diaphragm portions, the suction side vent hole (the vent hole into which the fluid flows into the flow path) or the discharge side of the flow path (where the fluid flows) Any one of the vent holes on the side that flows out from the flow path to the diaphragm portion is less likely to decrease the pressure in the flow path without providing a check valve, and the pressure of the fluid supplied from the pump to the outside can be increased. As a result, the number of valves can be reduced.
[0012]
In addition, the degree of freedom in designing the pump is increased, and a more compact serial diaphragm pump can be realized.
[0013]
In particular, in the case of a diaphragm pump having a large number of diaphragm portions, that is, a large number of pump chambers, a reduction in the number of valves is large, and a diaphragm pump having a small size and a larger pressure of fluid to be discharged can be realized.
[0014]
Further, the diaphragm pump of the present invention has a configuration in which a valve housing holding a valve and a lid having an inlet on the opposite side of the diaphragm housing (pump chamber) side of the valve housing are attached to the valve housing. A concave portion is formed at a position corresponding to each diaphragm portion on the lid side, and a convex portion is formed on the lid body to be fitted with the concave portion on the valve housing side. By forming a narrow space between each part, this is used as a flow path connecting the diaphragm parts.
[0015]
As a result, the diaphragm portion of the present invention is easy to manufacture, and the flow path can be formed with a simple configuration.
[0016]
Furthermore, a narrower channel can be formed by forming a narrow groove in the convex portion of the lid.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the diaphragm pump of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
FIGS. 1 and 2 are views showing the configuration of the first embodiment of the diaphragm pump of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows the suction port as a center, and FIG. 2 shows the discharge port as a center. That is, in FIG. 1, the fluid flowing in from the intake port passes through the flow path from the first diaphragm portion (the left diaphragm portion in FIG. 1) to the second diaphragm portion (the right diaphragm portion in FIG. 1). FIG. 2 is a diagram in which the flow of fluid from the second diaphragm portion through the discharge valve to the discharge port is clarified.

The diaphragm pump according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a concave portion formed at a position between the diaphragm portion and the diaphragm portion of the valve housing, and a convex portion that fits the concave portion is fitted to the lid body. And the flow path was comprised by forming a groove | channel in the surface (bottom surface) which contact | connects the recessed part among this convex part. Thereby, a narrow flow path can be formed easily. In addition, an extremely narrow flow path can be formed. Therefore, even if the valve on the inlet side of the flow path is not used, the influence of the pressure in the flow path is extremely small and the increased fluid can be supplied.

The diaphragm pump of the second embodiment is also capable of supplying a fluid at a high pressure, which is the purpose of a series pump, with fewer valves than the conventional pump and almost no pressure reduction.
[0050]
In addition, the second embodiment can also be a series diaphragm pump having three or more pump chambers with the same configuration in addition to the pumps of two pump chambers.
[0051]
The embodiment described above is an in-line diaphragm pump having two diaphragm portions. However, the present invention can also be applied to a series-type diaphragm pump having three or more diaphragm portions. That is, from the first diaphragm section to the last diaphragm section between the first diaphragm section on the suction port side and the next diaphragm section, and the position between the second diaphragm section and the diaphragm section on the last discharge port side. The diaphragm of the valve housing is provided at a position between the diaphragms of the diaphragm part, and a convex part is provided on the corresponding lid (in the case of three diaphragm parts, two concave parts and a convex part are provided). The series diaphragm pump of the present invention can be configured by providing a groove for forming a flow path in each convex portion.
