【0001】
【0005】
Q= K×A×ΔT …… (1)
COP=冷凍能力/圧縮機動力

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner that performs air conditioning by exchanging heat between a refrigerant and air.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Air conditioners that perform air conditioning in an air-conditioned room using evaporation / condensation of refrigerant are widely used. A heat exchanger provided in this type of air conditioner includes a plurality of fins arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals, and a heat exchange pipe provided through the fins and communicating with the refrigerant pipe. A so-called finned tube type is often used.
[0003]
The refrigerant is conducted in the heat exchange pipe, and the heat exchange air is conducted between the outer periphery of the heat exchange pipe and the fins, and the heat exchange action between the refrigerant and the heat exchange air is performed.
[0004]
In general, when the amount of heat absorbed or radiated by the heat exchanger is Q, Equation 1 is established.
[0005]
Q = K × A × ΔT (1)
Here, A is an area of the heat exchanger, ΔT is a temperature difference between the air and the refrigerant, and K is a heat exchanger performance guideline called a heat passage rate.
[0006]
By the way, it is known that the COP (coefficient of performance) of the refrigeration cycle increases as ΔT decreases. Therefore, increasing the K or A means increasing the COP.
[0007]
Conventionally, as a method of increasing the heat exchanger area, which is A, in addition to reducing the fin pitch, in the field of home air conditioners, the heat exchanger is formed in a U shape or bent in an arc shape. A method is being implemented.
[0008]
On the other hand, as a method for increasing the heat transfer rate, which is K, a special groove such as a spiral groove is formed on the inner wall of the heat exchange pipe, or by reducing the ventilation resistance by reducing the diameter of the heat exchange pipe to reduce the air flow resistance. A method for obtaining an increase in the number of holes or a method for providing a slit in a fin is known.
[0009]
Further, in a ceiling-mounted air conditioner (also called a ceiling cassette type air conditioner), the fin pitch of the bent portion of the heat exchange pipe is increased as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-90215 or Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 5-90214. Thus, there is a method for reducing the draft resistance and increasing the air volume.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the combination of the above items not only increases the cost, but also reduces the fin pitch and increases the air volume, which may cause an increase in the input of the indoor fan and noise.
[0011]
However, recent advances in technology for reducing blowing noise and improving efficiency of blower motors make it easier to improve the refrigeration cycle COP, and combinations of the above items have been adopted in many actual machines. It was.
[0012]
As a result, in the indoor heat exchanger, the heat exchange air flow rate between the fins increases and the temperature efficiency reaches 90% or more, and in the outdoor heat exchanger, the temperature efficiency reaches 70% or more.
[0013]
Under such circumstances, it is conceivable to reduce the fin pitch of the indoor heat exchanger for the purpose of further improving the COP. However, this type of means has a small effect on the cyclic COP improvement.
[0014]
That is, fan input due to an increase in pressure loss is increased, and the actual COP is reduced, resulting in higher costs and increased noise.
[0015]
Note that what is generally called COP is a so-called theoretical COP obtained by calculation based on ideal conditions from the Mollier diagram shown in FIG.
COP = refrigeration capacity / compressor power
It can be obtained from the following formula.
[0016]
On the other hand, the actual COP is obtained by taking into account the fan input and other electric inputs in addition to the power of the compressor as an actual machine, and determining the ratio to the refrigerating capacity, and is described in the manufacturer's catalog. That is,
Actual COP = refrigeration capacity / blower fan motor input + compressor power + other electric input
Which changes as shown in the Mollier diagram shown in FIG.
[0017]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to obtain an increase in the amount of heat exchange air, particularly to the indoor heat exchanger, thereby further improving the heat exchange efficiency. An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that contributes to an improvement in actual COP and that does not adversely affect costs.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To satisfy the above purpose,The air conditioner of the present invention is a compressor.A refrigeration cycle circuit in which an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion mechanism, and an outdoor heat exchanger are sequentially communicated with each other through a refrigerant pipe, and are opposed to the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger, respectively. In the air conditioner having an indoor fan and an outdoor fan that are arranged and blown heat exchange air, each of the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger has a plurality of fins arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. The fins that are provided through the fins and that communicate with the refrigerant pipes, and at least a part of the fins constituting the indoor heat exchanger, have a fin pitch that is the fin pitch of the outdoor heat exchanger. Set to greater than,
The heat exchange pipe constituting the indoor heat exchanger is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view by alternately connecting straight portions and bent portions, The indoor blower that blows heat exchange air from the inner peripheral surface side to the outer peripheral surface side of the heat exchanger is arranged,
The end portion of the heat exchange air introduction side of the fin inserted into the bent portion of the heat exchange pipe constituting the indoor heat exchanger is processed,
The distance from the missing edge to the heat exchange pipe is shorter than the distance from the edge of the fin inserted into the heat exchange pipe straight portion to the heat exchange pipe.It is characterized by that.
[0026]
By adopting means for solving such a problem, an increase in the volume of heat exchange air, particularly with respect to the indoor heat exchanger, is obtained, further improving the heat exchange efficiency and thus improving the actual COP.
