Claims (9)
- 生産稼働時における型締力を補正するトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法において、金型の閉鎖に伴う可動盤又はトグル式型締装置におけるクロスヘッドの移動量、及び前記金型の閉鎖に伴う負荷トルクの変動量を順次検出するとともに、前記可動盤又は前記クロスヘッドの一定移動量に対する前記負荷トルクの変動率(変動量を含む)を求めることにより、この変動率が予め設定した設定率に達したときの位置を金型閉鎖位置として検出する閉鎖位置検出モードを設け、予め、閉鎖位置検出モードにより目標値の型締力を得る金型閉鎖位置を基準値として設定するとともに、生産稼働時に、前記閉鎖位置検出モードにより実際の金型閉鎖位置(検出値)を検出し、前記検出値と前記基準値の偏差に基づいて型締力を補正することを特徴とするトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記可動盤又は前記クロスヘッドの移動量は、型締用サーボモータの回転数を検出するロータリエンコーダのエンコーダパルスを用いて検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記検出値は前記閉鎖位置検出モードを複数回実行し、得られる複数の金型閉鎖位置の平均から求めることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差に対する許容範囲を設定し、前記偏差が前記許容範囲を越えたなら前記補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記偏差を複数回連続して求め、求めた偏差が連続して前記許容範囲を越えたなら前記補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項4記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記補正は、前記偏差が解消する方向に型厚調整モータを駆動制御することにより前記圧受盤を移動させるとともに、前記偏差が解消する目標位置まで前記圧受盤を移動させたなら前記型厚調整モータを停止制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記圧受盤の位置は、前記型厚調整モータの回転数を検出するロータリエンコーダのエンコーダパルスを用いて検出することを特徴とする請求項6記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 生産稼働時の成形サイクルを中断しない特定のタイミングにより型締力を補正する型締力補正モードを設け、この型締力補正モードにより型締力を補正することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
- 前記特定のタイミングは、型開期間,突出し期間,中間時間等の圧受盤に圧力が付加されない型締期間以外の期間を用いることを特徴とする請求項8記載のトグル式型締装置の型締力補正方法。
