Description
【0001】

図1に示すように、この電気自動車の駆動系統の制御ブロックは、HV−ECU(Hybrid Vehicle−Electronic Control Unit)100とインバータ400とモータ700とを含む。
【0056】
このとき、ΔId=Idcom-Id、ΔIq=Iqcom−Iqと算出される。
【0069】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control technology for a drive motor mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and more particularly to a control technology that can continue traveling of a vehicle even if a trouble occurs in a feedback control system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, electric vehicles have been produced for the purpose of preserving the global environment. An electric vehicle often uses a multi-phase AC motor such as a three-phase AC motor for driving, and uses an inverter circuit for its control.
[0003]
The load on the drive motor of the electric vehicle varies greatly depending on the running conditions. Following the change in the running condition, feedback control is performed to generate a predetermined torque in the drive motor. Furthermore, an excessive load occurs and the drive motor becomes overloaded, and the output of the inverter circuit exceeds the set current value (current safety upper limit) determined by the thermal limit of the switching element of the inverter circuit. In some cases, current flows and the inverter circuit enters an overcurrent state. In such an overcurrent state, switching is immediately turned off by the overcurrent prevention device incorporated in the inverter circuit. As a result, the output current of the switching element of the inverter circuit becomes zero, which prevents the switching element from being destroyed by overcurrent or overheating.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-313592 discloses a control device incorporating feedback control and control for avoiding an overcurrent state in this way. The control device disclosed in this publication is attached to the power line to the multiphase AC motor, detects the current flowing through the power line, and detects the overcurrent to the multiphase AC motor to limit the output current. An overcurrent limiting circuit that drives the multiphase AC motor, a current control microcomputer that controls the output voltage and output current of the inverter circuit by supplying a drive signal to the inverter circuit, and a current sensor A feedback signal line that feeds back the motor drive current signal to the current control microcomputer, and a control that reduces the feedback gain of the feedback signal line when an overcurrent is detected, and a control that disconnects the feedback signal line. Control means for executing any one of them.
[0005]
According to the control device disclosed in this publication, in order to reduce or eliminate the influence of the feedback signal line, the interference between the overcurrent limiting function and the feedback function is prevented, and the control is not lost. As a result, proper inverter output control can be continued even when an overcurrent is detected.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the control device disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, even if the interference between the feedback control system and the overcurrent control system can be prevented, it corresponds to the case where the current sensor fails or the arithmetic circuit of the feedback control system fails. Can not. That is, if the current sensor fails while the electric vehicle is running, the feedback function does not work because the deviation between the actual current and the target current cannot be calculated correctly in the feedback control system. Moreover, since it cannot detect even if an overcurrent flows, an overcurrent limiting function does not act.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and can drive a vehicle such as an electric vehicle even if a trouble occurs in a feedback control system. A drive control method and a recording medium on which a program for realizing the method is recorded are provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A drive control device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a feedback voltage command means for calculating a feedback voltage command value based on an inverse vector voltage command value for generating a predetermined torque in a multiphase motor mounted on a vehicle; A feedforward voltage command means for calculating a feedforward voltage command value based on a current command value resulting from a vehicle driver's request, and a feedback connected to the feedback voltage command means and calculated by the feedback voltage command means A feedback voltage command correction means for correcting the feedback voltage command value so as to satisfy a predetermined second condition when the voltage command value satisfies a predetermined first condition, and a feedback voltage command correction; Is connected to the feedforward voltage command means and the feedforward voltage command means Tsu based on click voltage command value and the feed-and-forward voltage command value, and a calculation means for calculating a voltage command value for controlling a multi-phase motor.
[0009]
According to the first invention, for example, when a current sensor of the feedback control system fails, the current value actually input to the multiphase motor cannot be measured, and the feedback voltage command means cannot calculate a correct feedback voltage command value. In such a case, the current deviation (deviation between the target value and the erroneous current value) becomes larger than the actual value, and the absolute value of the feedback voltage command value becomes large. When the feedback voltage command value satisfies the first condition (for example, when the feedback voltage command value falls outside the predetermined range), the feedback voltage command correction means satisfies the predetermined second condition. The feedback voltage command value is corrected (for example, so that the feedback voltage command value falls within a predetermined upper and lower limit value). The calculation means adds the feedforward voltage command value calculated based on the driver's request such as the accelerator opening and the corrected feedback voltage command value to the voltage to the inverter circuit that controls the multiphase motor. Calculate the command value. Thereby, when the feedback control system does not function correctly, the feedback voltage command value is lowered and added to the feedforward voltage command value. As a result, even if a trouble occurs in the feedback control system, it is possible to provide a motor drive control device capable of continuing stable running of a vehicle such as an electric vehicle without causing a sudden change in torque. .
[0010]
In addition to the configuration of the first invention, the drive control apparatus according to the second invention is connected to the feedback voltage command means, and the feedback voltage command value calculated by the feedback voltage command means is a first value determined in advance. If the above state continues for a predetermined time or more, it further includes failure determination means for determining that the feedback control system has failed.
[0011]
According to the second invention, for example, when the current sensor of the feedback control system fails, the current value actually input to the multiphase motor cannot be measured, and the feedback voltage command means cannot calculate the correct feedback voltage command value, and the feedback The absolute value of the voltage command value increases. The failure determination means determines that the feedback control system has failed if the state where the feedback voltage command value is equal to or greater than a predetermined first value continues. Thereby, a failure of the feedback control system can be detected.
[0012]
In addition to the configuration of the second invention, the drive control device according to the third invention includes means for determining that the current detection sensor connected to the feedback control system has failed.
[0013]
According to the third invention, the failure determination means can detect a failure of the current detection sensor.
[0014]
In the drive control device according to the fourth invention, in addition to the configuration of the first invention, the feedback voltage command correction means includes a feedback voltage command value calculated by the feedback voltage command means equal to or greater than a predetermined first value. If it is, it includes means for correcting the feedback voltage command value so as to be equal to or less than a predetermined second value.
[0015]
According to the fourth invention, for example, when a current sensor of the feedback control system fails, the current value actually input to the multiphase motor cannot be measured, and the feedback voltage command means cannot calculate a correct feedback voltage command value, and feedback The absolute value of the voltage command value increases. When the feedback voltage command value is equal to or greater than a predetermined first value, the feedback voltage command correction means is configured to be equal to or less than a predetermined second value (for example, the feedback voltage command value is determined in advance). Correct the feedback voltage command value so that it is within the upper and lower limits. Thereby, when the feedback control system does not function correctly, the feedback voltage command value is lowered and added to the feedforward voltage command value. As a result, even if a trouble occurs in the feedback control system, it is possible to provide a motor drive control device capable of continuing stable running of a vehicle such as an electric vehicle without causing a sudden change in torque. .
[0016]
In addition to the configuration of the fourth invention, the drive control device according to the fifth invention is connected to the feedback voltage command means, and the feedback voltage command value calculated by the feedback voltage command means is a first value determined in advance. When the state described above continues for a predetermined time or longer, it further includes voltage command correcting means for increasing the influence of the feedforward voltage command value on the voltage command value calculated by the calculating means.
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, if the state where the feedback voltage command value is equal to or greater than the predetermined first value continues, it is determined that the feedback control system has failed, and the voltage command value to the multiphase motor is Increase the influence of the feedforward voltage command value. Thus, when the feedback control system fails, the multiphase motor is controlled by the feedforward control system.
[0018]
In the drive control device according to the sixth invention, in addition to the configuration of the fifth invention, the voltage command correction means includes means for gradually decreasing the second value.
[0019]
According to the sixth aspect, when it is determined that the feedback control system is out of order, the feedback voltage command value is gradually decreased by gradually decreasing the second value. Thereby, the influence of the feedforward voltage command value on the voltage command value to the multiphase motor gradually increases. Thereby, when the feedback control system fails, the feedback control system is shifted to the feedforward control system, and the multiphase motor is controlled.
[0020]
In addition to the configurations of the first to fourth aspects of the invention, the drive control apparatus according to the seventh aspect of the invention further includes an inverter circuit connected to the multiphase motor and the calculating means for controlling the multiphase motor.
[0021]
According to the seventh invention, the voltage command value calculated by the calculating means is sent from the inverter circuit, the multi-phase motor is controlled by the inverter circuit, a predetermined torque is generated, and a sudden change in torque does not occur.
[0022]
In addition to the configuration of the fifth or sixth invention, the drive control device according to the eighth invention is connected to the multiphase motor and the calculating means, and is an inverter circuit for controlling the multiphase motor, and a voltage command correcting means. When the influence of the feedforward voltage command value is increased by the above, a reduction means for reducing the influence of the dead time in the inverter circuit is further included.
[0023]
According to the eighth invention, when the influence of the feedforward control is increased, the influence of the dead time in the inverter circuit becomes relatively large. The reduction means reduces the influence of dead time by, for example, lowering the carrier frequency or lowering the input voltage to the inverter circuit (when using a DC-DC converter).
[0024]
In the drive control device according to the ninth invention, in addition to the configuration of any one of the first to eighth inventions, the feedforward voltage command means calculates a feedforward voltage command value based on a map prepared in advance. Including means.
[0025]
According to the ninth aspect, the torque command value is obtained from the accelerator operation amount or the brake operation amount that is requested by the driver, and the feedforward current command value and the feedforward voltage command are calculated from the torque command value and a map prepared in advance. Calculate the value.
[0026]

A description will be given of a case where the current sensor 800 fails and the current value actually flowing cannot be measured when such an operation is performed. Since the current sensor 800 cannot measure the actual current, a large deviation from the input current command value (Idcom, Iqcom) is calculated (S102). Since the calculated difference is larger than the actual difference, the feedback voltage command value is also calculated larger than the actual difference (S104). Therefore, the calculated feedback voltage command value is not within the range of the feedback voltage command upper and lower limit values (NO in S108), and the accumulated time T when the feedback voltage command value is outside the range of the feedback voltage command upper and lower limit values is measured. (S110). A feedback voltage command limiting process is executed, and a new feedback voltage command value is calculated that decreases as the integration time T increases (S112).
[0088]
In this state, the feedforward voltage command value and the new feedback voltage command value are combined (S114), the dq-axis voltage command value is converted into a three-phase voltage command value (S116), and further PWM output (S118). , And input to the
[0089]
When the current sensor 800 is out of order, the accumulated time T measured in S110 always increases, and therefore the feedback voltage command limiting process is always executed. Therefore, in S112, the feedback voltage command limiting process is executed, and the new feedback voltage command value is calculated to become smaller as the integration time T becomes longer, and the transition is gradually made from the feedback control system to the feedforward control system. As a result, when the current sensor 800 fails and a correct current value cannot be measured, the feedback control system is shifted to the feedforward control system.

[0091]
As described above, according to the drive control apparatus according to the present embodiment, when the current sensor that detects the current input to the motor fails or the feedback arithmetic circuit fails, the feedback voltage command value is If it is not within the predetermined range, the feedback voltage command value is corrected so as to become smaller according to the time not within the range. As a result, in the drive control device composed of the feedforward control system and the feedback control system, the influence of the feedback control system is gradually reduced, and the process proceeds to the feedforward control system. As a result, it is possible to realize a motor drive control device that can continue traveling of a vehicle such as an electric vehicle even if a trouble occurs in the feedback control system.
