Claims (2)
- アルミ合金材料よりなる冷媒の流路をなす管形状の冷却チューブと、電力変換回路を構成する半導体モジュールとを交互に積層してなる半導体積層ユニットを有してなり、
上記半導体積層ユニットは、隣り合う冷却チューブの間に2つの半導体モジュールを並列配置していると共に、積層方向の一方の端面から上記冷却チューブの長手方向中央部に1つのばね材の押圧力が付与されるものであって、上記半導体積層ユニットと上記ばね材との間に鉄鋼材料よりなる挟圧プレートを上記2つの半導体モジュールに対向するように介設することにより上記ばね材の押圧力を均等に分配していることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1において、上記ばね材は、その端部が上記半導体積層ユニットが固定されるフレームに設けられた一対の固定ピンに係止していることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
