Description
また、本発明の冷蔵庫によれば、外箱と内箱の間で外箱または内箱に直接もしくはスペーサを介して固定された真空断熱材と、外箱に取り付けられた冷媒回路の放熱パイプと、外箱と内箱の間に充填されるウレタンフォームと、から形成され、当該冷蔵庫の背面に位置する断熱壁にあって、冷蔵室および野菜室の背面に位置する断熱壁の厚さが、製氷室および冷凍室の背面に位置する断熱壁の厚さより20〜40%薄く形成されるとともに、冷蔵室および野菜室の背面に位置する断熱壁に真空断熱材が搭載され、製氷室および冷凍室の背面に位置する断熱壁には放熱パイプが真空断熱材に接触しない経路をとって集約されて設置されることにより、冷蔵室などの冷蔵スペースを有効に活用できるとともに、断熱効率を確保した上で真空断熱材の被覆率を少なくし、かつ放熱パイプも短くできる経済的な冷蔵庫が得られ、また、断熱壁の厚さが厚く断熱能力の高い製氷室および冷凍室の背面に位置する断熱壁に放熱パイプが集約されて設置されるので、庫内への熱侵入を防ぐことができる。
以下、図面を参照してこの発明実施の形態1を説明する。図1、図2にウレタンフォーム発泡の形態説明図を示す。鉄などの金属製の冷蔵庫外箱1とABSなどの樹脂製の内箱2を一体にした冷蔵庫本体を扉側を下にして据付ける。外箱1は側板12で側部を形成し、後板13で背面を形成し、底板15で底面を形成している。この外箱を背面を上にして冷蔵庫製品前面即ち扉側が下向きの状態で冷蔵庫背面を上面にして背面と側面の間に設けた注入口16よりウレタンフォームの原液を注入する。
Claims (5)
- 外箱と内箱の間に前記外箱に固定されたスペーサに支持され、前記外箱および前記内箱に接しないように真空断熱材が配置されるとともに、前記外箱と前記内箱の間に注入発泡され、前記真空断熱材を埋設するように前記外箱と前記真空断熱材との隙間および前記内箱と前記真空断熱材との隙間に硬質ウレタンフォームが充填された箱体を有する冷蔵庫であって、
前記スペーサが、
前記硬質ウレタンフォームの発泡方向に並列され、前記真空断熱材と接着する薄板状の底部の面と、
前記並列された底部の面と底部の面の間に前記外箱の方向に前記底部の面とは隙間を介して並列され、前記外箱と接着する薄板状の頂部の面と、
前記頂部の面と前記真空断熱材の間および前記底部の面と前記外箱の間を、前記硬質ウレタンフォームの発泡方向および前記硬質ウレタンフォームの発泡方向と交差する方向それぞれに前記硬質ウレタンフォームが通過できる流路を設けるようにして、前記頂部の面と前記底部の面を接続する薄板状の柱と、を備え、
冷媒回路の放熱パイプが、前記外箱に接着され、前記硬質ウレタンフォームの発泡方向と交差する方向に前記流路を通って、前記並列された頂部の面と頂部の面の間を前記底部の面とは隙間を設けて通過するとともに、前記硬質ウレタンフォームが、前記流路を通過して、前記真空断熱材と前記頂部の面の間、前記外箱と前記底部の面の間および前記放熱パイプと前記底部の面の隙間に充填されることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記柱が、前記頂部の面の四隅をそれぞれ前記底部の面から支える構造であって、隣り合う柱と柱の間が前記流路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記真空断熱材が位置する前記外箱と前記内箱の間が最も薄い部位にて、前記真空断熱材と前記外箱のクリアランスd1が、前記真空断熱材と前記内箱のクリアランスd2と略等しくなるように前記真空断熱材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記硬質ウレタンフォームを前記外箱と前記内箱の間に注入する注入口が前記外箱の背面側に設けられ、この注入口から注入された前記硬質ウレタンフォームが発泡する際、前記真空断熱体の前記外箱側と前記内箱側の両側を通過できる低い粘度が確保されるように、前記箱体の前面端部と前記真空断熱材のクリアランスd3が50〜80mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 外箱と内箱の間で前記外箱または前記内箱に直接もしくはスペーサを介して固定された真空断熱材と、前記外箱に取り付けられた冷媒回路の放熱パイプと、前記外箱と前記内箱の間に充填されるウレタンフォームと、から形成され、当該冷蔵庫の背面に位置する断熱壁にあって、
冷蔵室および野菜室の背面に位置する断熱壁の厚さが、製氷室および冷凍室の背面に位置する断熱壁の厚さより20〜40%薄く形成されるとともに、前記冷蔵室および野菜室の背面に位置する断熱壁に前記真空断熱材が搭載され、前記製氷室および冷凍室の背面に位置する断熱壁には前記放熱パイプが前記真空断熱材に接触しない経路をとって集約されて設置されることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
