Description
開口の縁を規定しギアを有する2つの可動部材を備え、前記可動部材がそれぞれのギアによって直接連結されている構成とする。
第3の実施形態の絞り機構5を図5に示す。図5において、(a)および(c)はそれぞれ開口20が最小のときの正面図および側面図、(b)および(d)はそれぞれ開口20が最大のときの正面図および側面図である。本実施形態の絞り機構5は、第2の実施形態の絞り機構3に、絞りカバー57を加えたものである。

Claims (6)
- 光を通過させる開口を形成する絞り機構であって、開口の縁を規定する部材として開口
に略沿う方向に移動して位置を変える可動部材を備えて、開口の大きさ、形状および位置
の少なくとも1つを可変とするものにおいて、
開口の縁を規定しギアを有する2つの可動部材を備え、
前記可動部材の少なくとも一方が複数のギアを有し、前記複数のギアは同心でピッチ円
半径の異なる円弧状であり、前記複数のギアのうちピッチ円半径の小さなギアは他方の可
動部材のギアと直接連結されていることを特徴とする絞り機構。 - 前記可動部材の少なくとも一方の移動範囲の両端を規定する手段を備えることを特徴と
する請求項1に記載の絞り機構。 - 前記可動部材が板状であって、開口の縁を規定する部分と前記ギアとされている部分と
を縁に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り機構。 - 前記可動部材の少なくとも一方が、開口の縁を規定する第1の部材と前記ギアが設けら
れた第2の部材とを固定して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絞り機構
。 - 開口に対して垂直な方向への前記可動部材の移動を規制する手段を備えることを特徴と
する請求項1に記載の絞り機構。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の絞り機構を備えることを特徴とする
プロジェクタ。
