Dp = (Rd /Rt )− Int[Rd /Rt ] (1)
Nb = 1/Dp (Dp <0.5の場合) (2)
Nb = 1/(1−Dp ) (Dp ≧0.5の場合) (3)

However, in order to obtain a highly accurate and stable evaluation result, even if the average number is increased, the evaluation result may not be stable, and the evaluation result may not necessarily correspond to the evaluation result mounted on the vehicle and sensory evaluated by the driver. there were.
For example, in the sensory evaluation result, there is a case where the evaluation result obtained by the tire

[0006]
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a highly stable and accurate accuracy without performing complicated processing when a tire test such as a tire vibration test is performed by rolling the tire on a rotating drum. An object of the present invention is to provide a tire test apparatus and a tire test method capable of obtaining a result.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tire testing apparatus for testing a tire by rolling the tire on a rotating drum, and the characteristics of the rotating drum for rolling the tire and the rolling tire A data processing unit for averaging the data obtained by sampling the measurement signal output from the measurement unit in synchronization with the rotation of the rotary drum, and the data processing The section provides the tire testing apparatus characterized in that the averaging process is performed by setting an average number of times in the averaging process using a rolling radius of the tire to be tested.
[0008]
Here, the measurement unit is, for example, a force detection sensor that measures a tire axial force at which the rotating drum acts on a rotating shaft of a tire or a drum axial force at which the tire acts on a rotating shaft of the rotating drum.
Further, it is preferable that the data processing unit sets the average number of times every time any one of a tire load, a tire internal pressure, and a tire rolling speed is changed.
Further, the data processing unit is configured such that a corresponding portion on the circumference of the tire that comes to a reference position determined every time the rotating drum makes one rotation is unidirectionally on the circumference of the tire every time the rotating drum makes one revolution. It is preferable that the amount of movement when changing by moving is obtained using the rolling radius of the tire and the rotation radius of the rotating drum, and the average number of times is set using the obtained amount of movement. At this time, the data processing unit obtains a circumference of the circumference having the rolling radius as a radius, and a first product obtained by multiplying the movement amount by a natural number is a second product obtained by multiplying the circumference of the circumference by a natural number. And a natural number by which the amount of movement is multiplied such that the difference between the first product and the second product is equal to or less than a predetermined value is obtained, and a natural number obtained by subtracting 1 from the natural number is obtained. It is preferable to set the average number of times.
Alternatively, the data processing unit determines the rolling radius of the test tire as R t , R is the rotation radius of the rotating drum d , The value D in the following equation (1) p And this calculated value D p To the basic period N represented by the following formula (2) or (3) b And the determined basic period N b The minimum natural number n satisfying the following formula (4) is obtained from the natural number n and the basic period N b It is also preferable that the maximum natural number not exceeding the product of is set as the average number.
D p = (R d / R t )-Int [R d / R t ] (1)
N b = 1 / D p (D p <In the case of 0.5) (2)
N b = 1 / (1-D p (D p ≥0.5) (3)
(N · N b )-Int [n · N b ] <0.5 (4)
(N is a natural number)
Here, Int [n · N b ] Is n · N b The largest natural number that does not exceed.
[0009]
Furthermore, the present invention is to sample a measurement signal obtained by rolling a tire on a rotating drum and measuring characteristics of the rolling tire in synchronization with the rotating drum, and averaging the data obtained by sampling. When the tire test is performed by performing the averaging process, the rolling radius of the tire is obtained, and the averaging process is performed by setting the average number of times when the averaging process is performed using the calculated rolling radius of the tire. A tire test method is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the corresponding portion serving as the ground contact center position moves in the direction of the movement amount X by one every rotation of the

At this time, the reference corresponding part Q 0 When the test tire T becomes the center corresponding part when passing through the
[0023]
However, corresponding part Q i Is the standard corresponding part Q 0 In other words, if the averaging process includes a PP value fluctuation that cannot be ignored over one period, the reference corresponding part Q 0 Corresponding part that crosses the reference corresponding part Q 0 It is preferable to continue the averaging process so that the corresponding part that comes to the ground contact center position further moves on the circumference of the test tire T at least one more time until it comes to the vicinity of.
Corresponding site Q i Is the standard corresponding part Q 0 As shown in FIG. 2 (c), for example, the reference corresponding portion Q is 0 The corresponding site Q within the range of α · X (α is a constant) with the position of i Means entering. Here, as the constant α is reduced, the reference corresponding part Q is reduced. 0 However, in this case, since the accuracy of the P-P value subjected to the averaging process does not increase as the average number increases, the processing efficiency of the vibration test decreases. Preferably, the constant α is set to a value within the range of 0.5-2.
[0024]
Moreover, the example shown to Fig.2 (a) is the reference | standard corresponding | compatible site | part Q when the

In addition, as shown in FIG. j Is the standard corresponding part Q 0 For example, the reference corresponding part Q 0 The corresponding site Q within the range of α · Y (α is a constant) with the position of j You may increase the average number of times until. Even in this case, the smaller the constant α is, the more the average number is increased. However, since the accuracy of the PP value subjected to the averaging process does not increase as the average number increases, the processing efficiency of the vibration test decreases. Preferably, the constant α is set to a value within the range of 0.5-2.

Such setting of the average number of times is, for example, the circumference of the circumference having the radius of rolling of the test tire T (the circumference L 1 This circumference L 1 And the product (product V) obtained by multiplying the amount of movement X (or Y) obtained using the circumference of one revolution of the

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a flow of an example of a setting method for setting the average number of times using the above formulas (1) to (4). Such setting of the average number of times is performed by a computer constituting the
[0030]
First, the rolling radius R of the test tire T t Is calculated (step S10).
Rolling radius R t Is obtained from the test conditions of the test tire T using a reference table in which the relationship between the test conditions and the rolling radius is recorded and held in advance as described above. Alternatively, a test tire may be separately measured on a rotating drum without protrusions under the same test conditions.
Next, the determined rolling radius R t And the known radius of rotation R of the rotating drum d And the value D of the moving component using p Is calculated according to the above equation (1) (step S20).
Then the value D p Is determined to be 0.5 or less (step S14). If the result is affirmative, the basic cycle N is determined according to the above equation (2). b Is set (step S16). If negative in step S14, the basic period N according to the above equation (3) b Is set (step S18).
Thereafter, the natural number n is 1, and the value n · N b (= N r ) (Step S20), and this value n · N b Is satisfied whether or not the above equation (4) is satisfied (step S22). If affirmed, the value n · N b The maximum natural number Int [n · N within a range not exceeding b ] And the natural number is set as the average number (step S24). On the other hand, when the result in Step S22 is negative, the natural number n is increased by 1, and Steps S20 to S22 are repeated until the result is positive in Step S20.
In this way, the average number of times is set.
[0031]
More specifically, the test tire A and the test tire B (similar to the test tire shown in FIG. 9) in which the PP value shown in FIG. 5 changes at every sampling will be described as an example.
Each of the test tire A and the test tire B is a tire for a passenger car having a tire size of 205 / 65R15, and a rolling radius R under a predetermined test condition. t However, the test tire A is 320 mm (= R ta ), The test tire B is 323 mm (= R tb ). Rotational radius R of the
For example, in the processing method shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c) or FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (c), the corresponding portion at the ground contact center position of the test tire A is shown in FIG. Move as shown in (b). a Y a = 188.4 mm (4 × 2πR ta -2πR d ) The corresponding portion of the test tire B, which is at the center of contact with the ground, moves as shown in FIG. 3B every time the
[0032]
Here, in the case of the test tire A, the reference corresponding part Q is located at the ground contact center position. 0 The corresponding part that comes to the grounding center position from the time when the position is moved one round and the reference corresponding part Q 0 The number of revolutions of the
Thus, the average number of times in the averaging process is set to 21 times (= 22-1).
[0033]
Similarly, in the case of the test tire B, the reference corresponding part Q is located at the ground contact center position 0 The corresponding part that comes to the grounding center position from the time when the position is moved one round and the reference corresponding part Q 0 The number of laps of the
Thus, the average number in the averaging process is set to 15 (= 16-1).
[0034]
As described above, by setting the average number of times for the test tire A to 21 times and the average number of times for the test tire B to 15 times, and performing the averaging process, the stable PP value that equalizes the fluctuation cycle of the PP value, respectively. Can be requested.
[0035]
Furthermore, when the example using Formula (1)-(4) mentioned above is demonstrated using the test tire A and the test tire B, it can put together like the following Table 1. FIG.
From Table 1, results similar to those described above can be obtained.
[0036]
[Table 1]
[0037]
Therefore, when the vibration test is performed with the average number of times fixed uniformly regardless of the type and test conditions of the conventional tire, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the PP value of the test tire A is as follows. Although an evaluation result that is larger than the P-P value of the test tire B may be obtained, the P-P value of the test tire A is set as shown in FIG. An evaluation result different from the conventional result is obtained such that it becomes smaller than the P-P value of the test tire B. This result corresponds to the evaluation result of sensory evaluation by the driver mounted on the vehicle.
[0038]
Such an average number of times is preferably set every time the test tire T is changed, and further every time the test conditions are changed. This is because the rolling radius of the test tire T also changes as the test conditions change.
In this way, the measurement signal is sampled in advance according to the cycle of the rotating drum, and the averaging process is performed with the average number of times set by the above-described method. In addition, it is not necessary to set the average number of times by checking the fluctuation period of the PP value, and therefore it is possible to obtain an efficient and highly accurate evaluation result of the vibration characteristics without performing complicated processing. it can.
The tire test apparatus and the tire test method of the present invention are not only used for vibration tests using protrusions, but also any tire tests that sample measurement signals in synchronization with the rotation of the rotating drum. Also good.
[0039]
As described above, the tire test apparatus and the tire test method of the present invention have been described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Of course it is good.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the present invention obtains the rolling radius of the tire, calculates and sets the average number of times when the averaging process is performed using the rolling radius of the tire, and performs the averaging process. Thus, the evaluation result such as the PP value does not fluctuate as in the prior art, and it is not necessary to set the average number of times by checking the fluctuation period of the evaluation result such as the PP value. Efficiently stable and highly accurate evaluation results can be obtained without performing any processing.
