【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a communication control apparatus, for example, a communication control apparatus suitable for a monitoring control system that monitors or controls a device to be controlled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The communication control device includes an input device that captures device data of a device to be controlled, and a plurality of information processing devices that monitor or control the device based on the device data. For example, monitoring control of a power plant Used in the system. The power plant monitoring and control system detects events that occur in controlled devices, such as changes in the open / closed state of valves, counts the occurrence time of the event using a time counter, and adds the event occurrence time to the event content. The data is temporarily stored in the input device as status data (hereinafter referred to as SOE data: Sequence Of Event Data). Then, based on the SOE data from the input device, the monitoring control device including the information processing device is configured to perform operation monitoring of the power plant, cause analysis at the time of failure occurrence, or device operation.
[0003]
In such a supervisory control system, in order to accurately measure the event occurrence time, a reference pulse generator, for example, a GPS receiver is installed for each input device, and each reference device from the GPS receiver is used. The time counter of the input device is synchronized with a reference time, for example, the world standard time.

In this case, since the number of installed GPS receivers increases according to the number of installed input devices, a single GPS receiver is monitored over a plurality of communication lines in order to suppress an increase in the number of installed GPS receivers. It is connected to a control device, and the event occurrence time of SOE data is synchronized with the reference time using the reference pulse of the GPS receiver (for example, Patent Document 1).

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in order to suppress the increase in the number of installed GPS receivers and further reduce the number of communication lines between the monitoring control device and the input device, a single monitoring control device among a plurality of monitoring control devices is provided. It is conceivable to connect the GPS receiving device and connect each monitoring control device and each input device to a single communication line (hereinafter referred to as multi-drop connection).
[0007]
In the case of this multi-drop connection, in general, in order to avoid that frame data from each supervisory control device collides in the communication line and is discarded, a transmission right that permits communication between the supervisory control device and the input device. The reliability of communication is ensured by allowing the frame data to be transmitted to the input device only by the supervisory control device that has acquired this transmission right.
[0008]
In a monitoring control system employing such a multi-drop connection, when a time counter of each input device is synchronized with a reference time using a single GPS receiver, it is transmitted when a reference pulse is generated by the GPS receiver. Without permission, the supervisory control device cannot adjust the time counter of the input device to the reference time. As a result, there is a possibility that a time difference from the reference time occurs in the time counter and it is not possible to measure the exact event occurrence time.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to set a time counter of an input device as a reference time using a single reference pulse generator in an environment in which an input device that captures device data and a plurality of information processing devices are connected to a single line. It is to synchronize.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the communication control device of the present invention measures time.pluralClock counterAnd relay counterAn input device that takes in the status information of the device to be controlled, adds the time measured by the time counter, and temporarily stores it as status data, and a plurality of information processing that takes in the status data of the input device and monitors or controls the device A plurality of information processing devices connected to a single communication line, and the plurality of information processing devices acquire a preset transmission right and communicate with the input device. One of the information processing devices has a synchronous counter that is reset by the reference pulse from the reference pulse generation unit and counts the time and acquires the transmission right when the reference pulse is output from the reference pulse generation unit If it cannot, the contents of the synchronization counter will beWrite to the relay counter, and the input deviceIt is characterized by writing in the time counter. Also,Instead of providing the input device with a zero determination unit that determines that the content of the relay counter has become zero and sequentially writing the content of the relay counter to a plurality of time counters, the content of the relay counter is zeroed by the zero determination unit. If it is determined that the timer has been detected, a reset pulse is output to reset a plurality of time counters.
[0011]
In other words, since the synchronization counter of the information processing apparatus is always synchronized with the reference time according to the reference pulse, the time measured while the transmission right cannot be acquired is also synchronized with the reference time. Therefore, the contents of the synchronization counterIf you write the contents of the relay counter that is written to the relay counter as it is and write it sequentially to multiple time counters, you can make the contents of the multiple time counters the same as the contents of the synchronous counter, Result, multipleThe time counter can be synchronized with the reference time.Similarly, when it is determined that the contents of the relay counter have become zero, the contents of the plurality of time counters are set to be the same as the contents of the synchronous counter even when a plurality of time counters are reset by outputting a reset pulse. Therefore, a plurality of time counters can be synchronized with the reference time.
[0012]
In this case, it is desirable to store, in the input device, state data, that is, SOE data, that associates the content of an event that has occurred in the control target device (for example, a change in the open / close state of the valve) with the occurrence time of the event. . Thus, if the state data is analyzed, it is possible to grasp the occurrence of the event in time series. For example, even when a failure occurs in the device, the cause of the failure can be accurately grasped.
[0013]
The communication control device of the present invention includes a plurality of monitoring control devices that acquire device data of a device such as a power plant (for example, a valve, a temperature sensor, and a pressure sensor) by an input device and monitor and control the device based on the device data And a monitoring control system in which a plurality of monitoring control devices and input devices are connected to a single communication line. In this case, a monitoring control system is configured using the information processing apparatus as a monitoring control measure.
