図2(a)、(b)、(c)は、それぞれ図1におけるA−A断面図、B−B断面図、C−C断面図である。
【0014】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tunnel branch construction method using a parent-child shield machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, construction by the open-cut method of providing a vertical shaft from the ground has been widely performed at the branching part or the joining part of the shield tunnel.
As a construction method that does not depend on the open-cut method, for example, in

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional tunnel branch construction method as described above has the following problems.
In the open-cut method, construction space is required on the ground, and environmental problems such as discharged soil and noise during construction also occur. Especially in urban areas, it is becoming more difficult to obtain the understanding of the surrounding residents due to such problems, and construction is extremely difficult. Even if the construction is approved, there is a problem that the construction cost becomes enormous because the construction time is limited and a large amount of money is required for environmental measures.
According to the technique described in
According to the technique described in
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and extends a shield tunnel having a smaller excavation cross section while extending an existing shield tunnel with the same excavation cross section. To construct a tunnel branch construction method using a parent-child shield machine that can be constructed without affecting the ground when building a tunnel branch part that branches from the middle, and that can improve construction efficiency and safety With the goal.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention according to
According to the present invention, the shield tunnel before branching constructed by attaching the child shield machine to the shield machine body can be extended by the parent shield machine. Then, by covering the shield tunnel excavated by the child shield machine having a smaller cross section than the excavation diameter of the main shield machine while communicating at the partition-like connection portion, the shield tunnel having the small cross section branches relatively apart. A tunnel branch can be constructed. At that time, it is constructed so that the trailing shield tunnel overlaps the excavation section of the preceding shield tunnel, that is, a part of the tunnel section of the subsequent shield tunnel bites into the excavation section of the preceding shield tunnel, The process of making each communicate can be performed as construction inside the tunnel. For this reason, it is possible to save time and trouble such as ground improvement on the outside of the tunnel, and it is possible to communicate quickly and safely.
Since the partition wall-shaped connection portion can be formed by simply cutting the filling material disposed in the branch connection portion by the child shield machine, the partition wall-shaped connection portion can be formed quickly and safely. Moreover, since the branch connection part for that purpose can arrange | position and form a filling material from the inside of a shield, when constructing | leading-out a shield tunnel, it can construct easily and safely. Since there is no need for ground improvement on the outer periphery of any shield tunnel, construction costs can be reduced.
[0008]
Claim2In the invention described in claim1In the tunnel branch construction method using the parent-child shield machine described in 1., the filling material is supported by a temporary support member that can be removed from the inside of the preceding shield tunnel.
According to this invention, the filling materialChildshieldIn machineWhen cutting further, the preceding shield tunnel can be supported by the temporary support member, and can be easily removed when communicating with the partition-like connection portion, so that safety and construction efficiency can be improved.
In addition, if the preceding shield tunnel is provided in the form of a partition wall in the tunnel width direction with the temporary support member, partial passage of the preceding shield tunnel is possible until it is communicated with the partition-like connection portion. Even in this case, the road closure period can be shortened.
[0011]
Claim3In the invention described in claim1 or 2In the tunnel branch construction method using the parent-child shield machine described inReportershieldMachineThe diameter can be increased in the tunnel width direction, and when the partition-shaped connection portion is formed, the diameter is expanded toward the preceding shield tunnel side to dig.
According to this invention,ChildshieldMachineSince the partition wall-shaped connection portion is formed by expanding the diameter toward the preceding shield tunnel side, a tunnel branch portion having a relatively wide tunnel width direction can be formed. Moreover, since the cross-sectional area of the trailing shield tunnel can be enlarged, a work space for communicating the partition wall-like connection portion can be widened.
[0012]
Claim4In the invention described in
According to the present invention, after the child shield machine is started, the cutter member is provided by mounting the child shield machine having the same structure on the shield machine body, so that the entire excavation is possible. In addition, it is possible to branch off another shield tunnel by starting a new child shield machine.
In addition, the same shielded machine may be remounted by, for example, recovering the shielded machine having the same structure after completing the preceding shielded tunnel with the started shielded machine.
