Claims (12)
- 第1領域内の静止画と、第2領域内の静止画のいくつかに対応する付加オーディオデータと、静止画と対応する付加オーディオデータとの連結関係を示す連結情報と、静止画と対応する付加オーディオデータとの再生順序に関する再生情報とを有する記録媒体から静止画を再生する装置において、
第3領域内の連結情報に基づいて、第1領域内の静止画及び前記静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータのうちの希望の一つを再生するプレイバック処理器と、
希望の静止画及び対応する付加オーディオデータを信号処理する再生処理器と
を有していて、
前記第3領域内の連結情報は、前記静止画をグループレベルで管理するため、前記静止画をグループ化するための静止画グループ情報と、前記付加オーディオデータをグループレベルで管理するため、前記付加オーディオデータをグループ化するための付加オーディオグループ情報とを含み、
前記静止画グループ情報は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画グループの静止画それぞれに対する大きさ情報を含み、静止画の位置は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画の大きさ情報から計算される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記プレイバック処理器は、
希望の静止画を含む第3領域の静止画グループ情報内の静止画グループのうちの一つの開始位置と、前記一つの静止画グループ内の希望の静止画に先行するデータのサイズとを合計することによって決定される第1の位置にある希望の静止画と、
付加オーディオグループ情報内の付加オーディオグループのうちの一つの開始位置と、対応する付加オーディオデータに先行するデータのサイズとを合計することによって決定される第2の位置にある対応する付加オーディオデータと
を再生する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記記録媒体は、静止画のいくつかの後に続けて記録される元オーディオデータをさらに有し、前記プレイバック処理器は、希望の静止画及び対応する元オーディオデータを再生する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プレイバック処理器は、
希望の静止画を含む第3領域の静止画グループ情報内の静止画グループのうちの一つの開始位置と、希望の静止画に先行するデータのサイズとを合計することによって決定される第1の位置にある希望の静止画と、
希望の静止画の位置と、希望の静止画のビデオパートのサイズとを合計することによって決定される第2の位置にある元オーディオデータと
を再生する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 - 複数の静止画、複数の静止画をいくつかのグループに分けるための静止画グループ情報、第2領域内の静止画のいくつかに対応する付加オーディオデータ、複数の静止画をいくつかのグループに分けるための付加オーディオグループ情報、静止画と対応する付加オーディオデータとの連結関係を示す連結情報、静止画の再生順序に関する再生情報を有する記録媒体から静止画を再生する装置において、
再生情報に応じた静止画グループ情報と、連結情報に応じた付加オーディオグループ情報とを読出す光学ピックアップと、
読出された静止画グループ情報に応じて、静止画の希望の一つの第1の位置を計算し、計算された第1の位置にある静止画を再生し、かつ、読出された付加オーディオグループ情報に応じて、希望の静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータの第2の位置を計算し、計算された第2の位置にある付加オーディオデータを再生する再生器と
を有し、
前記静止画グループ情報は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画グループの静止画それぞれに対する大きさ情報を含み、静止画の位置は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画の大きさ情報から計算される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記記録媒体は、静止画のうちの対応するものの後に続けて記録される元オーディオデータをさらに有し、前記再生器は、読出された静止画グループ情報に応じて、希望の静止画に対応する元オーディオデータの第3の位置を計算し、計算された第3の位置にある元オーディオデータを再生する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記再生器は、
希望の静止画を含む読出された静止画グループ情報内の静止画グループのうちの一つの開始位置と、希望の静止画に先行するデータのサイズとを合計することによって希望の静止画の第1の位置を計算し、
かつ、計算された希望の静止画の第1の位置と、静止画のビデオパートのサイズとを合計することによって元オーディオデータの第2の位置を計算する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記再生情報は、再生しようとする静止画のグループを示すセル情報と、静止画の再生順序とを含み、前記光学ピックアップは、セル情報を読出し、前記再生器は、再生しようとする静止画の読出し及び復号化の後で、セル情報に応じて、静止画のうちの別の一つを再生すべきか否かを判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。 - 記録媒体上の静止画を再生する装置において、前記記録媒体は、複数の静止画を静止画グループに分けるための静止画グループ情報と、静止画のいくつかに対応しかつ前記静止画とは別の領域に貯蔵される付加オーディオデータと、前記付加オーディオデータを付加オーディオグループに分けるための付加オーディオグループ情報と、前記静止画の再生を示すためのセル情報とを含み、
光学ピックアップと、
再生処理器と
を有し、
前記光学ピックアップは、静止画のうちの一つのためのセル情報を読出し、読出されたセル情報に基づいて、一つの静止画の静止画グループ情報を読出し、読出された静止画グループ情報に基づいて、一つの静止画を読出し、
前記再生処理器は、記録媒体上に対応する一つの静止画のための付加オーディオデータが存在するかどうかを判断し、
前記光学ピックアップは、一つの静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータの付加オーディオグループの開始アドレスを決める付加オーディオグループ情報を読出し、読出された付加オーディオグループ情報に基づいて、一つの静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータを読出し、
前記静止画グループ情報は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画グループの静止画それぞれに対する大きさ情報を含み、静止画の位置は、前記静止画グループの開始位置情報及びそれぞれの静止画の大きさ情報から計算される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記記録媒体は、静止画のいくつかに続けて貯蔵された元オーディオデータを含み、
前記再生処理器は、一つの静止画のための付加オーディオデータが存在しないという決定がなされた場合にのみ、前記元オーディオデータを一つの静止画の後に続けて付加するかどうかを判断し、
前記光学ピックアップは、オーディオデータを一つの静止画の後に続けて付加するという決定がなされたら、一つの静止画に対応する元オーディオデータを読出す
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。 - 記録媒体上の静止画を再生する装置において、前記記録媒体は、複数の静止画を静止画グループに分けるための静止画グループ情報と、前記静止画グループの開始アドレスと、対応する静止画グループ内の静止画のサイズと、静止画のいくつかに対応しかつ前記静止画とは別の領域に貯蔵される付加オーディオデータと、前記付加オーディオデータを付加オーディオグループに分けるための付加オーディオグループ情報と、前記付加オーディオグループの開始アドレスと、対応する付加オーディオグループ内の付加オーディオデータのサイズと、前記静止画の再生を示すためのセル情報とを含み、

前記再生処理器は、対応する付加オーディオグループ内の前記一つの静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータより前の全ての付加オーディオデータの第2のサイズを決定し、
前記光学ピックアップは、付加オーディオグループの開始アドレスと、前記第2のサイズの合計とに基づいて、一つの静止画に対応する付加オーディオデータを読出す
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記記録媒体は、静止画のいくつかに続けて貯蔵された元オーディオデータを含み、
前記再生処理器は、一つの静止画のための付加オーディオデータが存在しないという決定がなされた場合にのみ、前記元オーディオデータを一つの静止画の後に続けて付加するかどうかを判断し、
前記光学ピックアップは、オーディオデータを一つの静止画の後に続けて付加するという決定がなされたら、一つの静止画に対応する元オーディオデータを読出す
