Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathtub cleaning apparatus in which a cleaning liquid is sprayed from a cleaning nozzle into a bathtub to automatically clean dirt on the inner wall surface of the bathtub.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, dirt that has adhered to the bathtub is sprayed with various commercially available cleaning agents directly on the dirty part, rubbed thoroughly with a sponge, etc., and then removed by rinsing with tap water to wash away the cleaning agent. It was dropped by that.
The above-mentioned bathtub cleaning work was carried out by hand only, and it was quite a heavy labor, but nowadays, for example, by adding an automatic cleaning device to the bathtub, the cleaning work is sprayed and the water is rinsed with rinsing water. An automatic cleaning system that performs continuous work is also provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the automatic cleaning method using the automatic cleaning apparatus has the following problems. That is, the dirt in the bathtub varies depending on the number of bathers and the condition of the bather's body. Especially in recent bathtubs, there is an increasing tendency to be generally equipped with a jet function (so-called jet bath) that jets hot and cold water mixed with air into the bathtub. In contrast, when the jet function is used, dirt tends to adhere to the bathtub more easily. In addition, if the jet function is used frequently or if it is used for a long time, the degree of dirt adhering to the vicinity of the waterline tends to change greatly due to the ripple effect of hot water in the bathtub. With respect to dirt in a bathtub having such a jet function, it has not been possible to expect a cleaning effect corresponding to the degree of dirt by washing with an automatic washing apparatus so far.
[0004]
In particular, when using a circulation circuit that circulates bathtub water in a jet bath, etc., the silicon grease applied to the appliances and connecting piping dissolves and flows out during the bathtub water circulation, and the dissolved silicon grease It may combine with the dirt component of the human body or the hardness component of water to adhere to the bathtub. In such a case, cleaning with an automatic cleaning apparatus so far could not be expected to be very effective.
[0005]
Furthermore, since the user can only compare the degree of soiling in the bathtub after bathing with the degree of cleaning mode used only from the state of the inner wall of the bathtub after cleaning, the optimal cleaning mode in advance. However, there is a problem that a large amount of rinse water is required as a result of using excessive amount of detergent even if the dirt easily drops off, and a long washing time is required. It was.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the conventional bathtub cleaning device described above, and has a cleaning mode that can remove dirt most efficiently in accordance with the degree of dirt on the inner wall surface of the bathtub in a bathtub having a jet function. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bathtub cleaning device that can automatically clean the inside of the bathtub with the use of the minimum necessary detergent by automatically selecting in advance.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a bathtub cleaning apparatus of the present invention is attached to a bathtub having a jet function for jetting hot water mixed with air into the bathtub, and at the time of bathtub cleaning.WashA bathtub cleaning device configured to remove dirt adhered to the inner wall surface of the bathtub by cleaning with purified liquid or rinsing water,
A cleaning nozzle and a rinsing nozzle are respectively provided at the bottom of the bathtub, and the cleaning nozzle provided at the bottom of the bathtub is set so that the spray angle covers the vicinity of the top and bottom including the position of the peripheral wall of the bathtub where the cleaning liquid is in contact with the water line.
The cleaning mode using the cleaning liquid is based on the frequency of use of the jet function, and is a saving cleaning mode that uses less cleaning liquid and shortens the cleaning time, and uses more cleaning liquid and longer cleaning time than the saving cleaning mode. At least three types: the standard cleaning mode and the careful cleaning mode that uses a larger amount of cleaning liquid and longer cleaning time than the standard cleaning mode,
The rinsing operation with the rinsing water is a preliminary rinsing operation performed before the cleaning mode is started and a rinsing operation performed after the cleaning mode is completed,
Automatically select the cleaning mode according to the rank of usage frequency of the jet functionA first feature is that a controller for cleaning dirt on the inner wall surface of the bathtub is provided.
Moreover, the bathtub cleaning apparatus of the present invention has the above first feature,In the preliminary rinsing operation, the rinsing water is ejected from the cleaning nozzle that ejects the cleaning liquid used in the cleaning mode. This is the second feature.

[0040]
As apparent from the above description, according to the bathtub cleaning device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the degree of dirt in the bathtub is automatically grasped by the frequency of use of the jet function. , The degree of dirt can be determined with considerable accuracy, and as the frequency of use of the jet function increases, bath cleaning can be performed by selecting a cleaning mode with a high cleaning effect, so cleaning is extremely high and does not cause polishing. There is an effect that work can be performed.
Further, the degree of dirt in the bathtub is automatically detected as being proportional to the frequency of the jet function, and the most desirable cleaning mode is automatically selected for the detected number of times of use of the jet function, and cleaning is performed. That is, when the jet function is not used at all, bath cleaning is performed in a saving cleaning mode in which less cleaning liquid is used and cleaning time is shortened. When the number of times of use is less than a certain number of times, the bath is cleaned in the standard cleaning mode in which more cleaning liquid is used and the cleaning time is longer than in the above-described saving cleaning mode. Further, when the number of times of use is equal to or greater than a certain number of times, the bath is cleaned in a careful cleaning mode in which more cleaning liquid is used and the cleaning time is longer than in the standard cleaning mode. Therefore, there are no disadvantages that an excessive cleaning solution is used for light dirt that easily falls, and that it takes a long cleaning time and a long cleaning time, and the necessary amount of detergent is minimal. Furthermore, as the state of dirt increases, an effective cleaning state can be ensured with the necessary and sufficient detergent and cleaning time corresponding to the rank.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
This invention consists of the above structure, and according to the bathtub washing | cleaning apparatus of Claim 1, it was attached to the bathtub provided with the jet function which spouts the hot water mixed with air in the bathtub, and a washing liquid and rinse water at the time of bathtub washing A bathtub cleaning device configured to remove dirt adhered to the inner wall surface of the bathtub by cleaning withThe cleaning nozzle and the rinsing nozzle are respectively provided at the bottom of the bathtub, and the cleaning nozzle provided at the bottom of the bathtub sets the spray angle so as to cover the upper and lower vicinity including the position of the peripheral wall of the bathtub where the cleaning liquid is in contact with the water line. According to the frequency of use of the jet function, according to the usage frequency of the jet function, less cleaning liquid is used and the cleaning time is shortened, and the cleaning liquid is used more than the saving cleaning mode and the cleaning time is longer. There are at least three types of standard cleaning modes and a careful cleaning mode that uses a larger amount of cleaning liquid and longer cleaning time than the standard cleaning mode, and the rinsing operation with rinsing water is performed before the cleaning mode is started. The preliminary rinsing operation to be performed and the rinsing operation to be performed after the cleaning mode is completed. Dynamically selecting and providing the controller for cleaning stains bathtub wallSo
The dirt in the bathtubDepending on the rank, a saving cleaning mode, a standard cleaning mode, and a careful cleaning mode can be automatically selected. Therefore, excessive cleaning liquid is not used for easily removed dirt, and the cleaning liquid (that is, the detergent) and the rinse water are efficiently saved. The effect is extremely large. In addition, since the cleaning time and the rinsing time are not prolonged, it is possible to perform the cleaning quickly and efficiently because it is the minimum necessary.
Since the cleaning nozzle and the rinsing nozzle are respectively provided at the bottom of the bathtub, and the cleaning nozzle provided at the bottom of the bathtub is set so that the spray angle covers the vicinity of the upper and lower sides including the position of the peripheral wall of the bathtub in contact with the water line. The liquid from the washing nozzle can be surely applied from the bottom of the bathtub to the peripheral wall position of the bathtub covering the vicinity of the upper and lower sides including the water line where contamination easily occurs.
The rinsing operation with rinsing water is a preliminary rinsing operation that is performed before the cleaning mode is started and a rinsing operation that is performed after the cleaning mode is completed. Preliminarily washed. Moreover, since the inner wall surface of the bathtub is wetted by the preliminary rinsing operation, the detergent easily spreads over the entire surface when the cleaning liquid is sprayed thereafter, and the cleaning effect of the detergent can be improved.
Moreover, according to the bathtub cleaning apparatus of
Rinsing water for the preliminary rinsing operation can be applied in advance to the wall surface on which the cleaning liquid is applied.
