Claims (2)
- 吸気通路(16)を有する通路形成体(15)と、前記吸気通路(16)を横切って通路形成体(15)に回動可能に支承される弁軸(17)と、吸気通路(16)を開閉可能として前記弁軸(17)に固定されるスロットル弁(18)と、通路形成体(15)の外側方で前記弁軸(17)の一端に固定されるスロットルドラム(30)と、前記弁軸(17)の他端に連結される開度センサ(24)と、アイドリング時に吸気を導くことを可能として前記スロットル弁(18)の上流側および下流側間を結ぶバイパス通路(38)の開度を調節すべく作動方向を一直線とした弁体(46)および該弁体(46)と同軸に並ぶステップモータ(48)間が動力伝達手段(47)を介して連結されて成るステップモータ駆動式のアイドル調節弁(45)とを備えるスロットル装置(12)と;
前記ステップモータ(48)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(C)と;を含むエンジン用吸気量制御装置であって、
前記通路形成体(15)に形成した前記バイパス通路(38)の中間部で同じく通路形成体(15)に形成した弁座(41)に前記弁体(46)を着座させ得る前記アイドル調節弁(45)が、前記吸気通路(16)の中心および前記弁軸(17)の軸線を通る平面(43)から間隔をあけた位置で該平面(43)と平行な方向に前記弁体(46)を開閉作動させるようにして配置され、
前記開度センサ(24)と前記アイドル調節弁(45)とが、前記吸気通路(16)を挟んで前記スロットルドラム(30)とは反対側に配置されるものにおいて、
前記通路形成体(15)の外面に、前記平面(43)と直交するモータ取付面を有する取付フランジ部(15f)を一体に形成して、該モータ取付面に、前記ステップモータ(48)の、外部に露出したハウジング(55)のフランジ部(56)を取付け、
前記バイパス通路(38)の外側で前記通路形成体(15)の、前記平面(43)に沿う外側面には、前記取付フランジ部(15f)の背面に隣接配置されて前記平面(43)から離れる方向に膨出する膨出部(15b)を設けて、この膨出部(15b)に、吸気マニホールド(13)への取付けのためのボルト挿通孔を形成し、
該ボルト挿通孔は、前記平面(43)と直交する方向で前記ハウジング(55)のフランジ部(56)の領域内に位置していると共に、吸気マニホールド(13)への取付けのために前記通路形成体(15)に設けた複数のボルト挿通孔のうち最も前記平面(43)から離隔していることを特徴とする、エンジン用吸気量制御装置。 - 前記通路形成体(15)の外面に、前記吸気通路(16)の吸気圧を検出する吸気圧センサ(64)が、前記平面(43)に直交する方向で取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン用吸気量制御装置。
