【0044】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an assembly jig such as a double stud for a steel house and a method for assembling a wall panel frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a house that uses a thin steel plate channel steel as a building frame material has been developed, called a steel house or a steel house.
[0003]
This grooved steel as a building frame is usually formed by bending a thin steel plate of 0.8 to 1.6 mm thickness by roll forming to reinforce its strength. Has a flange on both ends of the web and the web. In addition, the tip of the flange may be further bent inward at a right angle to form a lip.
[0004]
By the way, when constructing a steel house, when assembling directly at the site based on construction drawings or shaft drawings, and assembling every size part that can transport the structure in advance in the factory, large plates are cranes etc. at the site There is a case where it assembles at large. The latter is called the panel method, and the following explanation is about the panel method.
[0005]
The panel method is to make the floors, walls, huts, etc. of the building into panels, and among them, the wall panels are the main panel parts with many types. The structure of the wall panel is as follows. Stud materials (intermediate pillars) standing perpendicular to the wall are joined to horizontal frame members called upper and lower runner materials at intervals of 455 to 500 mm, and face materials (plywood etc.) are joined to the upper and lower runners and studs. One wall.
[0006]
In addition, there are various types of wall panels, such as a wall panel that forms the corner of the building frame, a wall panel in the center, and a wall panel with a window opening (in this case, a lintel is provided above the window opening). Currently, there are wall panels, and there are almost no identical panels in one floor. In other words, each wall panel is slightly different. The difference is the width of each panel, the position of the stud, the position of the anchor bolt hole for fixing the hole down hardware, and the like.
[0007]
In addition, to make the wall panel written in the construction drawing, it is necessary to install it correctly at the stud position as shown in the drawing. In this case, the position where the stud should be joined is marked on the runner in advance. Can be done smoothly and accurately. However, the runner which is a wall panel constituent material needs to decide whether to mark from the outer surface of the wall or from the inner surface.
[0008]
In addition, the window opening position of the panel frame, hole down anchor bolt core, centering window lower runner cutting position, orientation, wall panel number, distinction between upper and lower frames, display of inner and outer walls, street core number, etc. .
[0009]
A conventional assembling method in the case of assembling a stud column, upper and lower runners, lintels (frame material on the upper part of a window frame), and wall panels, which are elements of a steel wall panel frame targeted by the present invention, will be described with reference to FIGS. To do.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The steel house is still born and its days are short, so there are few construction workers and it can be troublesome. In addition, there are various hurdles to overcome and disseminate the existing construction methods such as wooden houses, but there is a cost calculated by the unit price as one of the dissemination conditions. The problem is largely related.
[0020]
However, the steel house was born as described above, and it is a fact that there are still few implementation contractors who actually experienced construction because it is shallow, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 16. In addition, the conventional wall panel frame and the assembly work methods such as double studs and lintels, and the marking work method for runner materials, have the disadvantages of low work efficiency and low assembly accuracy. .
[0021]
An object of the present invention is to provide an assembly jig such as a double stud for a steel house and a method for assembling a wall panel frame, which have solved the above-mentioned problems.
[0022]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as follows.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a pair of double stud positioning frames are disposed in parallel on the upper surface of the jig base at a predetermined interval, and the back surface of the sheet steel channel steel is positioned between the positioning frames. A stud storage space where a plurality of double studs before screwing can be arranged in parallel with each other and a wedge installation space for pressing one side of the double stud arranged in parallel to the stud storage space is formed. The side surfaces of the plurality of double studs arranged in the stud storage space are pressed by the placement of the wedges installed in the wedge installation space, and the double studs are temporarily fixed for screwing.
In the second aspect of the present invention, a pair of lintel positioning frames are installed in parallel on the upper surface of the jig base, and two grooved steel openings made of a thin steel plate are horizontally disposed between the pair of lintel positioning frames. Forming a storage space that can store a lintel formed by applying a web of a lintel horizontal frame made of grooved steel to one flange of the lintel main body frame, A lintel installation height position adjusting member is detachably provided at the bottom of the lintel storage space, and a diameter expansion storage space is formed on the inner surface upper portion of the lintel positioning frame via a stepped portion.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided first and second runner storages capable of storing upper runners and lower runners made of thin steel sheet-shaped steel on the upper surface of the jig base so that the openings of the runners face each other and the openings run sideways. The first, second, and third runner positioning frames that form a space are arranged in parallel, and the upper surface of the center and the second and first runner positioning frames that are located on one side of the center are placed on the fingers. The scale is slidably disposed in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of at least one positioning frame, and the upper surface of the third runner positioning frame located on the other side is aligned with the center of the web rear surface of the opening lateral runner. And a scale is slidably disposed on the upper surface in the longitudinal direction.
The fourth invention is a holding fixture for the hole-down hardware when the base plate of the hole-down hardware is placed on the inner surface of the web of the thin steel sheet-shaped channel steel constituting the runner material, and fixed with screws. The holding fixture is composed of a flat plate having a lower end recess and a shoulder, the width and depth of the lower end recess are configured to fit the base plate of the hole down hardware, and the height from the lower end to the shoulder is The holding fixture is configured to have a height dimension that is elastically pressed against the inner surface of the flange of the grooved steel by causing the holding fixture to be perpendicular to the web surface.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a first right-angle positioning frame and a second right-angle positioning frame extending from a right-angle corner are installed on the upper surface of the jig base, and a screw is provided on the inner side surrounded by the first and second right-angle positioning frames. The one runner placed on two right-angled sides of the wall panel frame and the one runner before the stop, the other runner placed parallel to the one runner, and the wedge stopper provided on the upper surface of the jig base The movable frame for adjusting the gap and the wedge are arranged in the space between them, and by driving the wedge, a reaction force is applied to the wedge fixing bracket, and the right-angled portion is connected to this through the movable frame for adjusting the gap. A wall panel frame including two runners is fixed between one positioning frame and screwed, and each panel frame is coupled.
[0023]
