Currently, there are two methods of constructing partition walls: constructing a wooden base or lightweight steel base on site and fixing wall boards to it, and using factory-produced wall panels (with wall boards fixed on both sides of the core material). The method used is to transport the panels to the site and install them across the ceiling and floor.

In the method of using a wooden shaft base, it is difficult to make the quality of the base wood uniform, and the strength of the base wood may locally decrease due to knots, etc., and the base wood may warp as it dries, resulting in poor accuracy and There are concerns about the strength in the future. In addition, the material cost is high, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

In other words, conventional partition walls using lightweight steel frames:
After attaching the upper and lower runners made of channel-shaped lightweight steel frames to predetermined positions on the ceiling and floor using concrete nails, etc., install similar lightweight steel columns between the upper and lower runners at both the top and bottom ends of each column. By inserting the connecting fittings attached to the upper and lower runners into the grooves and engaging them with the groove edges, it is installed, and then the wall boards are attached to both sides of the column and the upper and lower runners in the wall thickness direction with tapping screws. It is constructed using a method called fastening.

Therefore, until the wall board is installed, the support and the upper and lower runners are not rigidly connected, and the wall board is installed in a vertical plane, making the work of installing the wall board cumbersome. Additionally, since the back side of the wall board only touches the pillars and the upper and lower runners, the wall board tends to bend between the pillars, which can be inconvenient when attaching lintels, etc. to the surface of the wall board. .

The method of using factory-produced wall panels in advance is highly reliable in terms of accuracy and strength, and has good workability, but the wall panels are bulky and transportation costs are high, as well as being difficult to transport to the site. The end of the wall board may be chipped midway, and since the panel dimensions are constant, it is difficult to adjust the dimensions to account for construction errors in the building frame. Further, there are vertical core members (pillars) at both left and right ends of each wall panel, and two pillars are located adjacent to each other in the wall panel, so there is waste in the pillar material.

1 Connecting holes are opened at a predetermined interval in a pair of left and right lightweight steel columns whose lengths can be freely changed on the upper side, and a constricted portion having approximately the same length as the width in the wall direction of the columns is arranged in the left and right columns. By positioning a plurality of horizontal frames made of lightweight steel frames formed by pitch as the left and right supports, and rotating the constricted portions within the connecting holes, both side surfaces in the wall thickness direction are made flush with each other. The lower ends of the left and right columns are connected to a lower runner made of lightweight steel frame with both side surfaces in the wall thickness direction flush with each other. A wall unit consisting of a wall board fixed to at least one side in the wall thickness direction of the area surrounded by the runner is fabricated on site, and a plurality of the wall units are attached to the light steel upper runner attached to the ceiling and the floor. Attach them at appropriate intervals across the walls, and connect the lateral edges and lower runners of adjacent wall units to each other using lightweight steel frames and additional runners so that both side surfaces in the wall thickness direction are flush with each other. , furthermore, the support other than the wall board attachment surface portion, the horizontal rim, the upper and lower runners,
A method of constructing a partition wall, characterized by fixing wall boards to both side surfaces in the wall thickness direction of a supplementary rim and a supplementary runner.
