Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a damper mechanism for transmitting torque and absorbing / damping torsional vibration.
[0002]
A clutch disk assembly used in a vehicle has a clutch function that is connected to and disconnected from the flywheel, and a damper function that absorbs and attenuates torsional vibration from the flywheel. In general, vehicle vibrations include abnormal noise during idle (rattle), abnormal noise during driving (acceleration / deceleration rattle, booming noise) and tip-in / tip-out (low frequency vibration). The removal of these abnormal noises and vibrations is a function as a damper of the clutch disk assembly.
[0003]
The idle noise is a sound that sounds like a “rattle” generated from the transmission when a shift is made to neutral when waiting for a signal and the clutch pedal is released. The cause of this abnormal noise is that the engine torque is low near the engine idling rotation and the torque fluctuation during engine explosion is large. At this time, the transmission input gear and the counter gear cause a rattling phenomenon.
[0004]
Tip-in / tip-out (low frequency vibration) is a large shake in the front and back of the vehicle body that occurs when the accelerator pedal is suddenly depressed or released. If the rigidity of the drive transmission system is low, the torque transmitted to the tire is conversely transmitted to the torque from the tire side, and as a result, excessive torque is generated in the tire. This is a longitudinal vibration that is greatly swung back and forth transiently.
[0005]
For idling abnormal noise, the vicinity of zero torque becomes a problem in the torsional characteristics of the clutch disk assembly, and the torsional rigidity there should be low. On the other hand, with respect to tip-in and tip-out longitudinal vibration, it is necessary to make the torsional characteristics of the clutch disk assembly as solid as possible.
[0006]
In order to solve the above problems, a clutch disk assembly has been provided that achieves two-stage characteristics by using two types of spring members. In this case, since the torsional rigidity and hysteresis torque in the first stage (low torsional angle region) in the torsional characteristics are kept low, there is an effect of preventing noise during idling. In addition, since the torsional rigidity and hysteresis torque are set high in the second stage (high torsional angle region) in the torsional characteristics, tip-in and tip-out longitudinal vibrations can be sufficiently damped.
[0007]
Furthermore, in the second stage of torsional characteristics, for example, when a minute torsional vibration caused by engine combustion fluctuations is input, the second stage large friction mechanism is not operated, so that the minute torsional vibration is effective. Also known is a damper mechanism that absorbs mechanically.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For example, in order to prevent the large friction mechanism from being operated when a minute vibration resulting from engine combustion fluctuation is input, the high rigidity spring member is compressed between the high rigidity spring member and the large friction mechanism. A clearance in the rotational direction at a predetermined angle must be secured.
The angle of the rotation direction gap is a minute angle of, for example, about 0.2 ° to 1.0 °, and the second step on the positive side where the input plate is twisted to the rotation direction drive side (positive side) with respect to the spline hub. , Both on the negative side second stage twisted on the opposite side (negative side).
[0009]
In particular, since the structure constituting the rotation direction clearance is conventionally realized by the same mechanism in the second step on the positive side and the second step on the negative side, this rotation direction clearance has both torsional characteristics on the positive side and the negative side. It is a structure that must occur in
[0010]
However, there are cases where it is preferable to vary the size of the rotational direction gap between the positive and negative sides of the torsional characteristic according to the characteristics of the vehicle, and it is desirable not to provide the rotational direction gap on one of the positive and negative sides. Is also possible.
[0011]
Specifically, on the negative side of the torsional characteristic, the rotational direction gap is necessary to reduce the vibration peak at the resonance rotational speed during deceleration. However, in FF cars and the like, resonance peaks often remain in the practical rotation range, and if the clearance in the rotational direction is secured on the positive side of the torsional characteristics, the sound / vibration performance deteriorates near the resonance rotational speed. .
[0012]
On the other hand, if the structure does not generate high hiss on the negative side of the torsional characteristics, the tip-in / tip-out attenuation performance is degraded.
[0013]
An object of the present invention is to realize a preferable vibration damping performance by appropriately varying the characteristics on the positive side and the negative side of the torsional characteristics.
[0014]
Another object of the present invention is to make the characteristics different between the positive side and the negative side of the torsional characteristic with a simple structure.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Claim 1The damper mechanism described in (1) includes a first rotating member, a second rotating member, a torsion characteristic realizing mechanism, a friction generating mechanism, and an intermediate rotating member. The second rotating member is disposed so as to be rotatable relative to the first rotating member. The torsion characteristic realizing mechanism connects the input and the second rotating member so as to be relatively rotatable.pluralIncluding an elastic member, and the first rotating member is twisted toward the rotating direction of the first rotating member with respect to the second rotating member.A plurality of elastic members are compressedThe positive side region and the first rotating member are twisted to the opposite side to the rotating direction of the first rotating member with respect to the second rotating member,While some of the elastic members are compressed,A torsion characteristic having a negative side region having lower rigidity than the positive side region at the same torsion angle as that of the positive side region is realized. The friction generating mechanism generates friction when the first rotating member and the second rotating member relatively rotate in the positive and negative regions. The second rotating member has a contact portion. The abutting portion contacts the elastic member in the rotational direction in a state where the first rotating member is twisted in the positive region with respect to the second rotating member, and the first rotating member is in the negative region with respect to the second rotating member. In the state of being twisted, the elastic member that does not operate in the negative region among the plurality of elastic members is separated in the rotation direction. The friction generating mechanism has an intermediate rotating member that frictionally engages with the first rotating member. The intermediate rotation member has a friction engagement portion that frictionally engages with the first rotation member, and a first gap engagement portion that can rotate integrally with the friction engagement portion. The first gap engaging portion is sandwiched between the contact portion and the end of the elastic member corresponding to the contact portion in the positive region, and corresponds to the contact portion and the contact portion in the negative region. It can move in the rotational direction between the ends of the elastic member.
[0016]
With this damper mechanism, a characteristic having a certain rigidity is obtained on the positive side (acceleration side) of the torsional characteristics, and a characteristic having a lower rigidity than the positive side is obtained on the negative side (deceleration side) of the torsional characteristics. As a result, the rotational speed fluctuation at the time of passing through the resonance point can be suppressed on the positive side of the torsional characteristic, and a good attenuation factor can be obtained over the entire negative side of the torsional characteristic.
[0017]
Also,In this damper mechanism, torque is transmitted between the first rotating member and the second rotating member via the elastic member. When the torsional vibration is input, the elastic member is compressed and the friction engagement portion of the intermediate rotating member slides on the first rotating member, and the torsional vibration is attenuated and absorbed by a predetermined torsional characteristic. .
[0018]
Of torsional characteristicsPositive areaThenThe first clearance engaging portion of the intermediate rotation member is sandwiched between the rotation directions of the contact portion and the end portion of the elastic member corresponding to the contact portion. For this reason, the intermediate rotating memberRotates integrally with the second rotating member, and the friction portion engaging portionFirst rotating memberAnd slide.
[0019]
On the other hand, in the negative side region of the torsional characteristic, the first gap engaging portion of the intermediate rotating member is movable in the rotational direction between the contact portion and the end portion of the elastic member corresponding to the contact portion. . For this reason,When a minute torsional vibration is input and the first rotating member and the second rotating member are relatively rotating within a predetermined angle range,The intermediate rotating member rotates integrally with the first rotating member, and the friction engagement portion is connected to the first rotating member.Does not slide.
[0020]
in this way,In this damper mechanism,With a simple structure, it is possible to realize a friction suppression mechanism that does not generate friction in a predetermined torsion angle range on only one side of the torsional characteristics. For this reason, for example, if this damper mechanism is used in an FF vehicle where a resonance peak remains in the practical rotation range, the positive resonance point peak of the torsional characteristic can be reduced while maintaining the tip-in / tip-out damping function, Furthermore, the negative noise level can be kept low.
[0021]
Claim 2In the damper mechanism described inClaim 1InThe intermediate rotating member is configured such that the first gap engaging portion is movable in the rotational direction between the contact portion and the end portion of the elastic member, and the friction engaging portion and the first rotating member are opposite to each other in the rotational direction. It further has a second gap engaging portion that restricts rotation to a predetermined angle.
[0022]
Claim 3In the damper mechanism described
[0023]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the damper mechanism according to any one of the first to third aspects, the contact portion includes a contact portion main body that contacts the end portion of the elastic member in the rotational direction, a contact portion main body, and the elastic member. And a notch that houses the first gap engaging portion between the end of the elastic member and the end in contact with the end.

[0065]
As described above, in the damper mechanism according to the present invention, not only the torsional rigidity is made different between the positive side and the negative side of the torsional characteristic, but also high hysteresis torque is applied to minute torsional vibration. By providing a structure that does not occur in only one of the torsional characteristics, a favorable torsional characteristic as a whole is realized.

In particular, the damper mechanism according to the present invention realizes a friction suppressing mechanism that does not generate high hysteresis torque against minute torsional vibration on only one side of torsional characteristics by a simple structure using the intermediate rotating

【The invention's effect】
In the damper mechanism according to the present invention, the negative side of the torsional characteristic has a lower rigidity than the positive side and does not generate a high hysteresis torque with respect to minute torsional vibrations, and thus has a rotational direction gap. Therefore, suitable sound vibration performance can be obtained over both the positive and negative sides of the torsional characteristics.
