Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lifting device for lifting a wheelchair mounted on a vehicle from within the vehicle, and more particularly to a lifting device for a wheelchair of a vehicle that moves linearly and horizontally with respect to the interior of the vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, various lifting devices for getting on and off with a person sitting in a wheelchair have been provided, but various improvements have been made in light of demands for lighter devices and simplified structures as well as device safety. One of them is described in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-279244 filed earlier by the present applicant.
[0003]
Briefly speaking, this conventional wheelchair lifting device includes, for example, a pair of left and right extending arms provided substantially parallel to the rear opening in the rear chamber of a one-box type vehicle, and the respective extending arms. A pair of first and second link arms supported rotatably on the outer end of each of the first and second link arms, a pair of left and right support link arms pivotally supported on the end of the first link arm, and the support link arms And a lifting plate supported by the first and second link arms, and a drive mechanism for operating each of the link arms.
[0004]
The lift plate has a surface area on which a wheelchair can be placed, and both side portions are provided with rising side walls, and when landing on the front end, the lift plate is positioned between the lift plate and the ground. An inclined flap that absorbs the difference in level is rotatably provided.
[0005]
The drive mechanism rotates each link arm via a reduction gear by a rotational drive from an electric motor that is an actuator, so that the wheelchair placed on the lifting plate is moved from the rear chamber to the outside ground via the rear opening. It moves smoothly from the ground or from the ground to the rear chamber.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional wheelchair lifting device, as described above, each link arm is rotated by the drive mechanism to move the lifting plate smoothly from the rear chamber to the ground or from the ground to the rear chamber. However, the movement trajectory of the elevating plate becomes an arc through each link arm. That is, since the first and second link arms are configured to move the lifting plate while rotating in the vertical direction with the distal ends of the extending arms as pivot points, the first and second links The lifting plate on the tip side of the arm, that is, the wheelchair on which the person rides moves while drawing an arc trajectory.
[0007]
For this reason, a large rotational moment acts on the first and second link arms, and a large concentrated load is generated at the pivot point of the distal end portion of each extending arm, and a large load is also applied to each link arm. As a result, the support shaft at the pivot point and the link arms must be made to have a highly rigid structure, which inevitably increases the weight and size.
[0008]
In addition, the drive capacity of the drive mechanism must be increased accordingly, leading to an increase in the size of the drive mechanism itself and an increase in power consumption.
[0009]
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described conventional technical problem, the present invention is configured so that the movement trajectory of the support member that supports the lifting plate is a horizontal and vertical trajectory, thereby avoiding the generation of concentrated loads on the support member. Thus, a lifting device for a wheelchair for a vehicle that does not require a highly rigid structure is provided.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of slide rails arranged in parallel on the floor of the vehicle body toward the rear opening of the vehicle, and sliders provided on both sides are slidable on the slide rails. A carriage supported on the carriage, a drive mechanism that slides the carriage along the slide rail, a pair of support members that are supported by the carriage and are movable up and down with respect to the carriage, and both supports An elevating mechanism for elevating the member with respect to the carriage, and an elevating plate supported on the support members and on which a wheelchair is placed , and the carriage is moved along the slide rails by the drive mechanism. The lifting mechanism is moved by the lifting mechanism in a state in which the lifting plate supported by the carriage via the both strut members protrudes to the outside of the rear opening. While constituting the elevating plate said supported on both strut members by lifting the two strut members relative serial carriage vertically movable, said lift plate, one portion is rotatably supported by the strut member It is divided into a base end part and a front end part supported by a hinge on the base end part so that it can be folded at a substantially central position, and between the both side parts of the front end part and the respective strut members, both the provision of the first link member in which the front end and the proximal end portion is generally horizontally holding the elevator plate deployment state of being expanded in a plane, between the respective strut member and said proximal portion, It is characterized in that the lifting plate of the expanded state the second digits set a link member for substantially horizontally holding the first link and co.
[0011]
Therefore, according to the present invention, for example, in order to lower the lifting plate on which the wheelchair is placed from the rear compartment of the vehicle to the ground, first, the carriage slides horizontally on the slide rail toward the rear opening by the drive mechanism. When the strut member and the lifting plate are moved out of the rear opening, and the strut member is vertically lowered by the lifting mechanism, the lifting plate is also vertically lowered with the downward movement of the strut member. This eliminates the need for the conventional link arm for rotation, simplifies the structure, and avoids the generation of concentrated loads due to the rotation support as in the conventional case between the column member and the carriage. As a result, the rigidity of the link between the carriage and the column member is not required, and the entire apparatus can be reduced in size and weight.
[0012]
Further, since the elevating plate is vertically moved by the support member in the vertical direction, the movement can be stabilized.
[0013]
In addition, as described above, when the wheelchair is placed on the lifting plate, and when getting on and off from the inside of the vehicle, or from the outside of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle, the lifting plate is provided by the first link member and the second link member. Since the horizontal posture can be reliably maintained while being supported by the wheelchair, it is possible to get on and off the wheelchair in a stable state at all times.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the first link member and the first link member are arranged between the front end portion of the elevating plate and the support members in the middle of a turning locus in the folding direction or the unfolding direction of the elevating plate. when the second link member are overlapped in a straight line, it is characterized in that the third link member for supporting the posture of the front end and the base end portion of the elevating plate digits set.
[0015]
According to this invention, for example, when the wheelchair is lowered from the lifting plate and the lifting plate that is not in use is to be stored in the vehicle, the lifting plate is interposed via the first link member and the second link member. For example, when the first and second link members overlap in a straight line and a so-called dead point occurs in the middle of folding to each column member side, the posture of the divided base end portion and the divided front end portion can be maintained. Although the four link links are formed by the third link member and the third link member acts to maintain the current posture of the lift plate while passing through this dead point, Prepared fall can be prevented.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the lifting device for a wheelchair according to the first aspect, the lifting plate is moved by a linear movement trajectory as a whole by horizontal movement of the carriage and vertical movement of the column member. Since the wheelchair is moved on and off the vehicle, a conventional link arm for rotation is not required, the structure is simplified, and the conventional rotation support is provided between the column member and the carriage. Therefore, the high rigidity of the link portion between the carriage and the support member becomes unnecessary, and the entire apparatus can be reduced in size and weight.
[0051]
Further, since the drive capacity of the drive mechanism and the lifting mechanism can be reduced by downsizing the device, the device can be further reduced in size and the power consumption can be reduced.
[0052]
Furthermore, since the elevating plate is vertically moved by the support member in the vertical direction, the movement can be stabilized.
[0053]
In addition, since the elevating plate is freely foldable, it is possible to save space in the vehicle.
[0054]
Moreover, when getting on and off the vehicle from the inside of the vehicle with the wheelchair placed on the lifting plate, or while getting on and off from the outside of the vehicle, the lifting plate is supported by each column member by the first link member and the second link member, Since the horizontal posture can be reliably maintained, it is possible to get on and off the wheelchair in a stable state at all times.
[0055]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, for example, the first and second links are in the middle of folding the elevating plate when not in use to the support member side via the first link member and the second link member. When the members overlap in a straight line, it becomes a so-called dead point, and there is a possibility that the posture of the base end part and the front end part can not be maintained, but the third link member forms a four-bar link, and this Since the third link member acts so as to maintain the current posture of the lifting plate while passing through the dead point, inadvertent dropping of the lifting plate can be prevented.
