Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an axial-flow tunnel fan that is provided on the ceiling of a tunnel and ventilates the tunnel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since accumulation of carbon monoxide and sulphite gas in a railway or automobile tunnel is harmful, it is exhausted by a tunnel fan. As a tunnel fan, an axial fan is used that is small in shape, light in weight, convenient for assembly and installation, and has high efficiency and low price. When the pressure is high with an axial fan, the number of stages is increased.
[0003]
The tunnel fan used in the automobile tunnel automatically adjusts the air volume according to the number of passing automobiles by the haze transmittance measuring device in the tunnel. Due to the relationship with the natural wind direction, the tunnel fan can be rotated forward and backward, and the wind direction can also be reversed.
[0004]
FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing an example of such a tunnel fan.
In the figure, 1 is a tunnel fan, 2 is an impeller, and has two stages in this figure. 3 is a motor, 4 is a casing, 5 is a suction port, and 6 is a shaft center of a tunnel fan. 7 is a streamline of the air flow. The flow velocity in the tunnel fan is about 30m / sec.

The
[0006]
The present invention has been devised in view of such problems of the prior art, and it is possible to improve the efficiency of the
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a rectifier for a tunnel fan inlet of the present invention is a rectifier provided at an inlet of an axial tunnel fan that is provided in a tunnel ceiling and ventilates the inside of the tunnel. A rectifier that rectifies the air flow is provided on the outer periphery of the casing in the vicinity of the suction port so that the inflow angle of the air flow in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the suction port becomes a right angle or an acute angle. Here, the inflow angle refers to an angle formed by the streamline and the upstream side of the tunnel fan axis.
[0008]
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rectifying device is divided into a plurality in the circumferential direction of the casing, and is preferably partially attached to the outer circumference of the casing.
[0009]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described.
Since a rectifier having an annular part having a bus bar perpendicular to the tunnel fan shaft center or a frustoconical part having an acute bus line upstream of the shaft center is attached to the outer periphery of the casing in the vicinity of the suction port, Of the inflowing airflows, the inflow angle of the airflow near the outer periphery of the suction port is a right angle or an acute angle. Therefore, since the air flow in that portion does not separate near the tip of the suction port, pressure loss and flow turbulence due to vortex flow do not occur, and the efficiency of the tunnel fan is improved.

【The invention's effect】
Since the tunnel fan inlet rectifier of the present invention is provided on the outer periphery of the casing in the vicinity of the inlet, the inflow angle of the air flow in the vicinity of the inlet becomes a right angle or an acute angle. The flow does not cause separation and has an excellent effect of preventing the efficiency of the tunnel fan from being reduced.
