BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor control device, and more particularly to a motor control device for an electric reel in which rotation of a motor rotating in one direction is transmitted to a spool for winding a fishing line via a planetary speed reduction mechanism and a clutch mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An electric reel that rotates a spool at the time of winding with a motor is often used, for example, when fishing from the top of a ship that fishes at a depth of 50 m or more. This type of electric reel includes a reel body, a spool rotatably supported by the reel body, a handle for rotating the spool, and a motor for driving the spool in the winding direction. The handle is prevented from being reversed in the feeding direction by a reverse rotation prevention mechanism. The motor is provided inside the spool together with a compact planetary speed reduction mechanism that reduces the rotation of the motor, and rotates only in one direction so as to drive the spool in the winding direction. Further, a drive mechanism that transmits the rotation of the handle to the planetary speed reduction mechanism and a clutch mechanism that engages and disengages the power are provided between the handle and the planetary speed reduction mechanism. The drive mechanism has a main gear coupled to the handle shaft via a drag mechanism, and a pinion gear meshing with the main gear. The clutch mechanism is composed of an end face of the pinion gear and a part of the planetary reduction mechanism engaged with the end face. The pinion gear is movable in the axial direction between an engagement position and a disengagement position, and its position can be switched between the engagement position and the disengagement position by a clutch operation lever.
[0003]
In this type of electric reel, when the fishing line is fed out, the clutch mechanism is disengaged and the spool is freed by the clutch operating lever. As a result, the device falls underwater by its own weight, and the spool rotates in the line unwinding direction to unwind the fishing line. When winding the fishing line, if the clutch mechanism is engaged by the clutch operating lever and the motor on / off switch is operated, the motor rotates in one direction, which is transmitted to the spool via the planetary reduction mechanism. The spool rotates in the yarn winding direction. When the handle is turned, the rotation is transmitted to the spool via the drive mechanism and the planetary speed reduction mechanism, and the spool rotates in the yarn winding direction.
[0004]
When the spool is rotated, the planetary gear of the planetary reduction mechanism also rotates when the spool is rotated. Acts, and the falling speed of the device may be slower than that of a manually wound reel.
[0005]
In order to prevent this, an electric reel that operates in the yarn feeding mode is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-46150. The electric reel disclosed in the above publication has detection means for detecting on / off of the clutch, and control means for controlling the rotation of the motor based on the detection result of the detection means. In this electric reel, when the clutch is turned off and the spool is in a free state, the yarn feeding mode is set. In the yarn feeding mode, this clutch-off is detected and the motor is rotated at a predetermined current value in the yarn winding direction. When the motor is rotated in the yarn winding direction in the clutch-off state, the driving torque and frictional resistance of the planetary reduction mechanism are offset, and the spool rotates in the yarn unwinding direction with a slight driving force due to the viscosity of the grease. As a result, when the yarn feeding mode is set, the mechanism descends faster than the descending speed in the free state. For example, when the device reaches the shelf position and the clutch is turned on, the detection means detects that the clutch is turned on and turns off the motor.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional configuration, when operating in the yarn feed mode, such as when a device is turned on, the motor rotates at a predetermined current value, so that the sound emitted from the motor is relatively small. However, if the clutch mechanism is turned off when the motor is rotated at a high speed by high-speed jigging or slashing during normal winding operation instead of the thread feeding mode, the motor remains driven at a current corresponding to the rotational speed. The fishing line is fed out in the state. At this time, since it is close to a no-load state, the motor rotates at a high speed, and the rotational sound becomes loud and annoying.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to prevent generation of annoying sound due to excessive rotation of a motor when a spool rotates in a line-feeding direction during motor driving in a motor control device for an electric reel.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An electric reel motor control apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention is an apparatus for controlling an electric reel motor in which the rotation of a motor rotating in one direction is transmitted to a fishing line winding spool via a planetary speed reduction mechanism and a clutch mechanism. A rotation direction detecting means, a drive command receiving means, a motor state setting means, a first motor driving means, and a second motor driving means;, Third motor control meansIt has. The rotation direction detection means is means for detecting the rotation direction of the spool. The drive command receiving unit is a unit that receives a drive command to the motor. The motor state setting means is a means for setting the motor to a plurality of stages of rotation. The first motor driving means is means for driving the motor in the rotational state set by the motor state setting means when a drive command is received. When the motor is driven by the first motor driving means, the second motor driving means is configured such that when the spool rotates in the yarn feeding direction, the motor is driven from the maximum rated current regardless of the rotation state set by the motor state setting means. It is means for driving with a low first current. The third motor control means is configured such that when the motor is driven by the first motor drive means, the spool rotates in the yarn feeding direction and the current value corresponding to the rotation state set by the motor state setting means is greater than the first current. When it is low, it is means for driving the motor with a current value corresponding to the rotational state.
[0009]
In this motor control device, when the drive command receiving unit receives the drive command, the first motor driving unit rotates the motor in the rotation state set by the motor state setting unit. When the clutch mechanism is turned off or the drag is actuated during the driving, and the spool rotates in the yarn feeding direction, the motor is driven by the first current lower than the maximum rated current by the second motor driving means. Here, when the spool rotates in the line feeding direction during winding, the motor is driven with the first current lower than the maximum rated current, so that the fishing line is fed out while the motor rotates at a speed lower than the maximum rotational speed. For this reason, even when the clutch mechanism is turned off or the drag is actuated during winding by high-speed jigging or scorpion, it is possible to prevent the generation of annoying noise due to excessive rotation of the motor and to feed the fishing line at a high speed.
[0010]
In addition, when the spool rotates in the yarn unwinding direction while the current value corresponding to the set rotational state is lower than the first current, the current value corresponding to the set rotational state is used instead of the first current. Since the motor is driven, the rotation speed of the motor is further reduced, and it is possible to further prevent the generation of annoying sound due to excessive rotation of the motor.
[0011]
invention2An electric reel motor control device according to the present invention1In the apparatus described above, the first motor driving means is the rotation state set by the motor state setting means when the spool is not rotated in the yarn unwinding direction when the motor is driven by the second or third motor driving means. To drive the motor. In this case, when the fishing line is not fed out, the motor is immediately driven in the rotation state set again, so that the winding efficiency is improved when performing high-speed jigging.
[0012]
invention3A motor control device for an electric reel according to the first aspect of the present invention.Or 2The motor state setting means can set a plurality of rotation speeds so as to keep the rotation speed of the spool constant, and the second motor driving means can set the intermediate motor speed among the plurality of rotation speeds. The motor is driven with a first current corresponding to the rotational speed. In this case, the motor is driven with a current value corresponding to the intermediate rotation speed in the constant speed control mode for controlling the motor so that the rotation speed of the motor becomes the set speed. Can be silenced.
[0013]
invention4A motor control device for an electric reel according to the first aspect of the present invention.Or 2The motor state setting means can set a plurality of stages of tension so as to keep the tension of the fishing line fed out from the spool constant, and the second motor driving means can set the middle of the plurality of stages of tension. The motor is driven with a first current corresponding to the tension of the motor. In this case, in the constant tension control mode for controlling the motor so that the tension of the fishing line becomes the set tension, the motor is driven with a current value corresponding to the intermediate rotational speed, so that power consumption can be suppressed. Silence can be achieved.
[0014]
invention5The electric reel motor control device according to the present invention is the invention from the first aspect.4The device according to any one of the above, further comprising a water depth measuring means for measuring the water depth of the tip of the fishing line, the spool rotates in the line feeding direction when the motor is not driven, and the tip of the fishing line is below a predetermined level. Fourth drive means for driving the motor with a second current lower than the maximum rated current when the drive command is not accepted until the water depth reaches a predetermined depth from the water depth is further provided. In this case, the fishing line can be fed out at a high speed in the line feed mode when a device attached to the tip of the fishing line is inserted from the ship edge.

[0016]
invention7An electric reel motor control device according to the present invention5Or6In the device described in (1), the second current has the same current value as the first current. In the key input process of step S8, it is determined whether or not the motor on / off button PB is pressed in step S21 of FIG. In step S22, it is determined whether or not the upper switch SK1 of the setting switch SK has been pressed. In step S23, it is determined whether or not the lower switch SK2 of the setting switch SK is pressed. In step S24, it is determined whether or not the switching button TS has been pressed. In step S25, it is determined whether or not another key such as the memo button TB or the mode button MD has been pressed.
[0053]
When the motor on / off button PB is pressed, the process proceeds from step S21 to step S26. In step S26, the process of pressing the motor on / off button PB (PBON) shown in FIG. 9 is performed.
[0054]
If the upper switch SK1 of the setting SK is pressed, the process proceeds from step S22 to step S27. In step S27, the upper switch process shown in FIG. 10 is performed. When the lower switch SK2 of the setting switch SK is pressed, the process proceeds from step S23 to step S28. In step S33, the lower switch process shown in FIG. 11 is performed.
[0055]
When the switch button TS is pressed, the process proceeds from step S24 to step S29. Since the switch button TS is a switch for switching between the constant speed mode and the constant tension mode, in step S29, it is determined whether or not the current mode is the constant speed mode. When in the constant speed mode, the process proceeds to step S30 to switch to the constant tension mode. When in the constant tension mode, the process proceeds to step S31, and the mode is switched to the constant speed mode. If another key is input, the process proceeds from step S25 to step S32, another key input process corresponding to the pressed key is performed, and the process returns to the main routine.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the spool rotates in the line feeding direction during winding, the motor is driven at the first current lower than the maximum rated current, so that the fishing line is fed out while the motor rotates at a speed lower than the maximum rotational speed. For this reason, even when the clutch mechanism is turned off or the drag is actuated during winding by high-speed jigging or scorpion, it is possible to prevent the generation of annoying noise due to excessive rotation of the motor and to feed the fishing line at a high speed.
