本発明は、背裏側にテーブルとポケットを有する自動車用シートのシートバック構造に関するものである。

自動車用シートには、そのシートバックの背裏側における上部中央に、テーブルを格納する凹窪状の格納部を設け、この格納部の下方にポケットを設けたものがある。

以上の格納部はテーブルの外形に対してやや大きい長方形状に、シートバックの背裏を構成するトリムカバーの一部を吊り込んで形成している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上のポケットは前述の如く、シートバックの背裏上部を構成するトリムカバーの上に、ポケット形成用のポケット素材を重ねて、その左右の端末を前記トリムカバーの端末と共にシートバックの側面を形成するトリムカバーのまち部に縫着している。

そのため、前記シートバックの背裏を構成するトリムカバーとポケット素材は同一の幅でまち部に両端末が縫着されているため、トリムカバーとポケット素材間に有するポケット口はトリムカバーとポケット素材との張力によって広く開口し難いため、ポケットへの物品の出し入れが行い難い欠陥があった。

斯る欠陥はポケット素材を綱、又は伸縮性を有する部材で、前記トリムカバーと別部材を使用することにより解消できるが、シートバックの背裏を構成するトリムカバーと別部材をポケット素材とすると、シートバックの背裏側の外観品質が損なわれる。

そこで、本発明は背裏上部中央にテーブル格納用格納部を有するポケット付シートバックにおいて、その外観品質を向上させると共に物品の出し入れし易いポケットを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するための本発明に係るポケット付シートバックは、シートバックの背裏上部中央に設けてテーブルを格納する凹窪状の格納部の下方に、ポケットを有するポケット付シートバックにおいて、前記格納部はシートバックの背面上部中央に、凹窪状に形成すると共に該格納部と前記ポケットの上部との間に前記格納部に連続すると共にポケット方向に徐々に浅く形成したテーパ状の凹部を設け、前記格納部を形成するトリムカバーは下辺を除く周囲をシートバックの内方に吊り込み、前記ポケットを形成すると共に前記格納部を形成するトリムカバーと一体の裏地及び表地の左右両端末はシートバックの側面を構成するトリムカバーのまち部に一体に縫着してなる構成である。

この構成により、ポケット口は格納部に連続する凹部に設けてあるため、ポケットに対する物品の出し入れが容易になる。

また、前記ポケットはそのポケット口を前記格納部の横幅に対して広く形成することにより、凹部以外の部分のポケット用素材の横方向の張力により、ポケット口に皺、タルミが生じない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明に係る構造を有する自動車用シートを示し、図中ＳＣはシートクッション、ＳＢはシートバックを各々示す。

以上のシートバックＳＢの背裏Ｂ上部中央には凹窪状に形成した格納部Ａが設けてあり、この格納部Ａに不使用状態のテーブルＴが格納されるように構成されている。

格納部ＡはテーブルＴよりやや大きな長方形に形成され、その下部には凹部Ｃが連続して設けてあり、この凹部Ｃの下端はポケット１の上部に位置するように形成されている。

依って、図２に示すように、格納部Ａを構成する左右の側壁２０、２０が下方に延長され、その延長された側壁が前記凹部Ｃの側壁２０Ａ、２０Ａとなり、図３に示すように凹部Ｃはポケット方向である下方に徐々に浅く形成したテーパ状となる。

そして、シートバックＳＢの背裏Ｂを構成するトリムカバー３２と、前記格納部Ａのトリムカバー３０及び凹部Ｃのトリムカバー３１は同一素材で形成されている。

また、前記ポケット１を形成する裏地１２は凹部Ｃのトリムカバー３１の下部を下方に延設して形成し、また、ポケット１を形成する表地１１は前記トリムカバー３２、３１、３０と同一の素材で形成されている。

以上の裏地１２と表地１１は共に左右の両端末１１Ａ、１１Ａが、前記トリムカバー３２の両端末３２Ａ、３２Ａと同様に、シートバックＳＢの側面を構成するトリムカバーのまち部３４、３４に、また、裏地１２の下端縁は表地１１に縫糸１１Ｂによって、各々一体に縫着されている。

従って、ポケット１のポケット口イはシートバックＳＢの横幅と同一幅になり、その中央に前記凹部Ｃが位置する。図中１０はポケット口イを形成する表地１１の上端縁を示す。

以上の格納部Ａ、凹部Ｃ、ポケット１は図３、図４に示すように形成されている。

即ち、格納部ＡはシートバックＳＢの背面に凹窪を形成し、格納部Ａ内のトリムカバー３０の上端縁及び左右の側端縁の各々の内側に吊布２２を縫着し、この各吊布２２をシートバックＳＢ内のトリムワイヤ２３を結着することにより、トリムカバー３０を吊込んで、格納部Ａを形成している。

従って、格納部Ａ内に位置するトリムカバー３０の下端縁は、吊り込まれない。
以上の吊布２２で吊り込んだ部分は、格納部Ａにおける前記左右の側壁２０、２０と、格納部Ａの上側壁２１に対応する部分である。

凹部Ｃは格納部Ａを形成する凹窪の下方に連続して形成した凹窪で、トリムカバー３１によって形成されている。そして、前述の如く、トリムカバー３０の左右の側端縁が吊り込まれて格納部Ａの左右の側壁２０、２０が形成されているため、凹部Ｃの左右には前記側壁２０、２０の吊り込みによって生じる段差状の側壁２０Ａ、２０Ａが形成される。

この側壁２０Ａ、２０Ａは下方に徐々に前記吊り込み力が小になるし、また、トリムカバー３１のまち３４に対する縫着力による横方向の張力により、ポケット口イよりやや下の位置でなくなり、シートバックＳＢの背裏を構成するトリムカバー３２と同一平面状となる。

従って、この凹部Ｃを構成するトリムカバー３１でポケット口イ下方のトリムカバーがポケット１の前記裏地１２の一部となる。そして、この裏地１２の内方には図３に示すように空間部２４が形成されている。

斯して、ポケット１はそのポケット口イを部分の裏地１２が、前記吊り込みによる張力と、裏地１２の左右両端末１１Ａ、１１Ａのまち３４に対する縫着による張力とによって常に引張られた状態であるが、前記空間部２４が内方に存在しているため、ポケット口イから物品をポケット１内に入れると、裏地１２が前記二つの張力に抗して内方に凹む。

そして、前記二つの張力によってポケット口イを閉じるため、ポケット１内に収納した物品はポケット口イから外部に脱出することがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、格納部に連続する凹部のトリムカバーにおけるポケット内の上部に延設した部分が、格納部の吊り込みによる張力を受けて凹むし、また、ポケット口の上方に凹部が形成されているため、ポケットを伸縮性のない素材で形成してもポケット口からの物品の出し入れが行い易くなる。

また、ポケットはポケットを形成する表地及び裏地の左右両端末の縫着によって表地及び裏地は横方向に張力が付与されるため、その張力によってポケット口は閉口状態を保持する。従って、シートバックの背裏側の外観品質が良好となる。

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the pockets are overlapped with the pocket material for forming the pockets on the trim cover that forms the upper back of the seat back, and the left and right ends together with the trim cover ends form the side of the seat back. It is sewn to the town part of the trim cover.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a pocket with a pocket for storing a table in the center of the upper back of the back and to improve the quality of the appearance and provide a pocket in which articles can be easily taken in and out.

In order to achieve the above object, a seat back with a pocket according to the present invention is a seat back with a pocket having a pocket below a recessed storage portion that is provided in the center of the upper back of the seat back and stores a table. The storage portion is formed in a concave shape at the center of the upper back of the seat back, and is formed in a tapered shape that is continuous with the storage portion between the storage portion and the upper portion of the pocket and is gradually shallow in the pocket direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an automobile seat having a structure according to the present invention, in which SC denotes a seat cushion and SB denotes a seat back.

A storage portion A formed in a recessed shape is provided at the center of the upper back of the seat back SB. The storage portion A is configured to store a table T that is not in use.

The storage portion A is formed in a rectangular shape slightly larger than the table T, and a concave portion C is continuously provided in the lower portion thereof, and the lower end of the concave portion C is formed so as to be located in the upper portion of the pocket 1.
