この装飾片（Ａ′）は、袋状に縫製したトリムカバーの開口部に設けてあり、このトリムカバー（１）（２）はその開口部を下向きにしてシートバックを構成するフレーム（６）及びこのフレーム（６）に支持される発泡体製のクッション体（７）を被覆し、且つ背裏部（１）側の開口部の一端部（１０Ａ）に内側に折り返す折返部（１０Ｂ）を延設し、この折返部（１０Ｂ）と前記一端部との間に樹脂プレート（１１）を上下方向に向けて介在させると共に、前記折返部（１０Ｂ）側に吊り部材（１２）を一体に縫着し、この吊り部材（１２）を前面部（２）側の開口部の他端部（２０）に結着することにより、開口部を閉口している。

以上の吊り部材（１２）は、布地を折り返して袋状に形成し、その内部に芯材（１２Ａ）を挿通したものであり、この吊り部材（１２）は前記他端部（２０）にホッグリング（５）によって一体に結着している。

以上の目的を達成するための本発明は、 前記装飾片を構成する樹脂プレートの上部を、縫糸Ａにより前記一端部、折返部、吊り部材の基端部と共に一体に縫着し、この縫糸Ａでの縫着個所に対する下方位置において、樹脂プレートを、前記一端部を除く折返部、吊り部材に対し縫糸Ｂにより一体に縫着してなることを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、従来と同様に二ヶ所をミシン縫いすることにより、シートバックの背裏側における下端部に設けた装飾片の跳ね上がりを完全に防止できる。
