Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage structure for an automobile seat that can be easily stored in a storage recess formed in a vehicle body when the seat is not used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of seat storage structure, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-48840 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40029, a seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is provided on the vehicle body floor behind the seat cushion. There is known one that can be stored in the formed storage recess.
[0003]
However, when the vehicle is operated with the seat stored in the storage recess, the seat stored by the vehicle moves up and down due to vibration from the vehicle and generates noise such as rattling or is placed on the seat. There was a problem such as being unable to keep the stored luggage quietly.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the conventional problems as described above, and can firmly fix the overlapping sheets stored in the storage recesses in a fixed position, and also can fix and release the stored sheets. The present invention has been completed for the purpose of providing a vehicle seat storage structure that can be easily performed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The storage structure for an automobile seat of the present invention made to solve the above problems is a state in which a seat back and a seat back of a seat cushion are directed to a seating surface of the seat cushion and the seat back is overlaid and overlapped. In the vehicle seat storage structure in which the overlapped sheet can be stored in a storage recess formed on the vehicle body floor behind the seat via a link member connecting the seat cushion and the vehicle body floor, the link member includes: The front and rear end portions are connected to the seat cushion and the vehicle body floor via hinges and hinges, respectively, and the hook member provided on the lower surface of the seat cushion frame and the striker member provided on the bottom surface of the storage recess and by, constitute a lock mechanism for fixing a housed in the accommodating recess sheet, wherein A spring that repels the opening angle between the link member and the bottom of the storage recess in the direction in which the opening angle between the link member and the bottom of the storage recess is always expanded, and the direction in which the opening angle between the link member and the seat cushion is always expanded. And a hook member and a striker member are positioned between the hinges of the seat in the stored state .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The drawings show the case where the present invention is applied to an automobile seat provided in the third row, in which the seat 1 comprising the seat cushion 1a and the seat back 1b is directed to the seating surface of the seat cushion 1a. The stacked seat 1 is placed in a folded state and stored in a storage recess 2 formed on the vehicle body floor 20 behind the seat via a link member 10 that connects the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a and the vehicle floor 20. In the present invention, a lock mechanism 3 for fixing the stored sheet is provided.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1, the locking mechanism 3 engages a hook member 3 a provided on the lower surface of the frame of the seat cushion 1 a and a striker member 3 b provided on the bottom surface of the storage recess 2. When the overlapping sheet 1 is fixed by the lock mechanism 3, the back side of the seat back 1 b is configured to form the same flatness as the vehicle body floor 20.
In addition, as the locking mechanism 3, for example, one end of a connecting member such as a cable or a link extending rearward of the seat is provided on the hook member 3a, and the other end of the connecting member is provided at an intermediate portion of the link pivotally attached to the rear of the seat cushion. It is possible to use a structure in which a belt extending backward is provided at the free end of the link member and the lock is released by pulling the belt backward.
With such a configuration, the stacked sheets stored in the storage recess 2 can be firmly fixed at a fixed position, and the stored sheets can be fixed and released very easily. It is.
[0008]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the floor 5 connecting portion of the link member 10 has a spring 5 that repels the opening angle α between the link member 10 and the bottom portion of the storage recess 2 in a direction that is always expanded. In addition, a spring 6 is provided at the seat side connecting portion of the link member 10 to repel the opening angle β between the link member 10 and the lateral surface of the seat cushion 1a in a direction in which the link member 10 is always expanded. By adopting such a structure, as will be described later, when the superposed sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2 is pulled up to move from the stored state to the used state, the elasticity of the springs 5 and 6 described above is used. The operation of pulling up the overlapping sheet 1 that has been pulled upward by the action of the above can be performed very easily, and the overlapping sheet 1 is stored in the storage recess 2. In this case, the springs 5 and 6 can be operated safely by preventing the sudden drop due to the elastic force. Further, the lock mechanism 3 is reliably released by applying an upward elastic force to the overlapping sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2.
[0009]
2, the spring 5 is provided at the floor side connecting portion of the link member 10 and the spring 6 is provided at both of the seat side connecting portions. However, the spring 5 is provided only at the floor side connecting portion of the link member 10. Alternatively, the spring 6 may be provided only at the seat side connecting portion. In short, the overlapping sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2 can be pulled out easily with a small force using the action of a spring, and the seat back 1b is laid down on the seating surface of the seat cushion 1a. When the combined sheet 1 is stored in the storage recess 2, it may be stored gradually while being supported by a spring so as to eliminate a sudden drop. In addition, the springs 5 and 6 for expanding the opening angle described above are those using a coil spring and a spring 6 using a spiral spring in the illustrated one, and each provides a resilient force in the direction of the arrow. Although an upward force is always applied to the seat 1, any kind of spring can be used as long as it has the same action.
[0010]
The link member 10 is an L-shaped member, and one end of the link member 10 is rotatably connected to the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a via a hinge 10a, and the other end is connected to the front of the bottom of the storage recess 2 via a hinge 10b. The link member 10 is pivotally connected around the hinge 10b so that the seat 1 forms a seat, and the seat 1 is stored in the storage recess 2. It is configured.
[0011]
The link member 10 is formed integrally with a U-shaped frame when viewed in plan, and thus the link member is a rod-like body as in the prior art, and is simply a seat cushion 1a. Since the rear surface of the lower surface and the front portion of the bottom surface of the storage recess 2 are not connected to each other, the sheet can be lifted in a stable state without causing rotation or unevenness when the overlapping sheet 1 is moved. .
[0012]
Further, a resilient member 7 is held between the link member 10 and the seat cushion 1a to hold the overlapping sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2 in a substantially horizontal state. The above-described springs 5 and 6 act so as to balance the load of the sheet, so that the superposed sheet 1 is always easily held in a horizontal state. Further, the elastic member 7 is stretched by the link member 10 being rotated rearward of the seat cushion 1a as the seat 1 returns to the use state, and has an effect of increasing the urging force in the use state direction. When shifting from the storage state to the use state, it is possible to receive stable operation force assistance, and the operability is improved. As the elastic member 7, a damper or a coil spring using fluid pressure can be used.
[0013]
In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a front leg provided at the front part of the lower surface of the seat cushion 1a. When used as a seat, the front leg is engaged with and fixed to a striker 8a provided on the vehicle body floor 20, and does not get in the way when the seat is stored. It is comprised so that it may fold into the seat cushion 1a.
[0014]
In this configuration, the lock mechanism 3 for fixing the stored sheet is provided, and the lock mechanism 3 can be released by remote operation. Therefore, the lock mechanism 3 is stored in the storage recess 2. The stacked sheets can be firmly fixed in place, and the operation of fixing and releasing the stored sheets can be performed very easily. The link member 10 not only has one end rotatably connected to the rear part of the seat cushion 1a and the other end rotatably connected to the storage recess 2, but also the link side 10 of the link member 10 and the floor When one or both of the side connecting portions are provided with springs for widening the opening angle, as shown in FIG. 2, the elastic force of the springs 5 and 6 causes the seat 1 to Is always in a state where an upward force is applied. Therefore, when pulling up the superimposed sheet 1 to move it from the stored state to the use state, the sheet 1 can be easily lifted with a small force. The lifting operation can be easily performed. On the other hand, even when the seat 1 is moved to the storage recess 2, since the sudden drop is prevented by the action of the elastic force of the springs 5, 6, it can be operated extremely safely. Even when the springs 5 and 6 for widening the opening angle are disposed, the overlap sheet can be firmly fixed to a fixed position of the storage recess 2 by the lock mechanism 3. 1, the sheet can be stored in the storage recess 2 in a completely folded state (that is, at a minimum height), and therefore, it is necessary to make the storage recess 2 have a special depth. A compact design is possible.
Further, when the seat is stored, the seat provided with the hook member 3a of the lock mechanism 3 (the frame of the seat cushion 1a) is always urged upward, so the hook member 3a and the striker 3b The occurrence of backlash can also be suppressed.
[0015]
Further, when a resilient member 7 is provided between the link member 10 and the seat cushion 1a so as to increase the urging force in the direction of use as the seat 1 returns to the use state, the seat 1 When the seat 1 is pulled up to move from the stored state to the use state, the urging force in the use state direction acts and the seat 1 can be lifted easily with a small force, and the pulling operation is performed very easily. Will be able to. In other words, the urging force of the elastic member 7 decreases the urging force of lifting the springs 5 and 6 as the sheet 1 returns to the use state, and exerts the action of lifting the sheet 1 to compensate for this decrease. Thus, when the sheet 1 is pulled up to move from the housed state to the used state, a constant lifting force is always applied, so that excellent handleability can be exhibited.
[0016]
The seat 1 is stored by folding the seat back 1b to the seat cushion 1a side and releasing the fixing of the front leg 8, and rotating the link member 10 rearward in this state to move into the storage recess 2. On the other hand, the operation of taking out the sheet 1 can be performed by a simple operation only by performing an operation reverse to the above.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention can firmly fix the overlapping sheet stored in the storage recess in a fixed position, and can prevent the occurrence of abnormal noise during traveling, The operation of fixing and releasing the stored sheet can be performed very easily, and excellent operability can be exhibited. Furthermore, in the case where a spring is provided at the connecting portion of the link member, a sudden change occurs when the overlapping seat with the seat back lying down toward the seat surface of the seat cushion is stored in the storage recess formed on the vehicle body floor. There is an advantage that it can be operated safely without depression.
Therefore, the present invention contributes greatly to the development of the industry as an automotive seat storage structure that eliminates the conventional problems.
