Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage structure for an automobile seat that can be easily stored in a storage recess formed in a vehicle body when the seat is not used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of seat storage structure, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-48840 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-40029, a seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is provided on the vehicle body floor behind the seat cushion. There is known one that can be stored in the formed storage recess.
[0003]
However, in the conventional case, when the link member that connects the rear part of the seat cushion and the vehicle body floor is folded, the overlapping sheet stored in the storage recess is lifted to return to the use state, so that it exceeds the weight of the seat. There was a problem that it was difficult to operate because it was necessary to lift with a large force. In addition, when storing the overlap sheet with the seat back lying down toward the seat surface of the seat cushion in the storage recess, if the overlap sheet approaches the storage recess, it is dangerous because it accelerates due to its own weight and falls suddenly. There was also a problem.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the conventional problems as described above, and can easily pull out the stacked sheets stored in the storage recesses with a small force, and lay the seat back on the seat cushion seat surface. The present invention has been completed for the purpose of providing a storage structure for an automobile seat that can be safely operated without a sudden drop even when the stacked sheet is stored in a storage recess formed on the vehicle body floor. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Storage structure for an automobile seat of the present invention has been made to solve the aforementioned problem, a sheet consisting of a seat cushion and a seat back and a superimposed state by inverting wipe seat back towards the seating surface of the seat cushion, An automotive seat that can be stored by lowering the overlapping sheet obliquely downward through a link member that connects the rear portion of the seat cushion and the vehicle body floor to a storage recess formed on the vehicle body floor behind the seat. in the storage configuration Rutotomoni provided springs emanating bullet in the direction that is constantly expanding the opening angle between the link member to the floor-side connecting portion of the link member and the bottom of the housing recess, this is the sheet side connecting portion of the link member There is provided a spring that repels the opening angle between the link member and the seat cushion in a direction in which the link member is always expanded. A resilient member is provided between the end of the link member on the side of the seat and the seat cushion together with the above-described springs so as to balance the load of the seat and hold the overlapping sheets in a substantially horizontal state. on top of the elastic member and has been superimposed sheets accommodated in more housing recess in the combination of the two springs described above can be drawn easily with small force, eliminating the sharp decline when enclosed overlay sheet storage recess It is characterized by doing so.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The drawings show the case where the present invention is applied to an automobile seat provided in the third row, in which the seat 1 comprising the seat cushion 1a and the seat back 1b is directed to the seating surface of the seat cushion 1a. The stacking sheet 1 is placed in an overlaid state, and the stacking sheet 1 is slanted into a storage recess 2 formed in the vehicle body floor 20 behind the seat via a link member 10 that connects the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a and the vehicle body floor 20. The floor-side connecting portion of the link member 10 described above is stored in the downward direction so that the opening angle α between the link member 10 and the bottom of the storage recess 2 is always expanded. An elastic spring 4 is provided, and the opening angle between the link member 10 and the lateral surface of the seat cushion 1a is provided at the seat side connecting portion of the link member 10. A spring 3 is provided to repel β in a direction in which it is always expanded. With this structure, the overlapping sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2 is used from the stored state to the used state as will be described later. In the case of pulling up, the stacking sheet 1 that has been pulled upward by the action of the elastic force of the springs 3 and 4 can be pulled up very easily. Even when the laminated sheet 1 is stored in the storage recess 2, the springs 3 and 4 can be operated safely by preventing the sudden drop due to the elastic force.
[0007]
Incidentally, the spring 3 and 4 for the angle expanding open noted previously, by way of illustration, the spring 3 is a spiral spring, the spring 4 has a one using a coil spring, each imparting elastic force of the direction of the arrow However, although an upward force is always applied to the seat 1, any type of spring can be used as long as it has the same effect.
[0008]
The link member 10 is an L-shaped member as viewed from the side, and has one end rotatably connected to the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a via a hinge 10a and the other end hinged to the front of the bottom of the storage recess 2. The link member 10 rotates about the hinge 10b and the seat 1 forms a seat, and the seat 2 is stored in the storage recess 2. It is configured to adopt.
[0009]
The link member 10 is formed integrally with a U-shaped frame when viewed in plan, and thus the link member is a rod-like body as in the prior art, and is simply a seat cushion 1a. Since the rear surface of the lower surface and the front portion of the bottom surface of the storage recess 2 are not connected to each other, the sheet can be lifted in a stable state without causing rotation or unevenness when the overlapping sheet 1 is moved. .
[0010]
Further, a resilient member 5 is held between the link member 10 and the seat cushion 1a to hold the overlapping sheet 1 stored in the storage recess 2 in a substantially horizontal state. The above-described springs 3 and 4 act so as to balance the load on the sheet, so that the superposed sheet 1 is always easily held in a horizontal state. As the elastic member 5, a damper or a coil spring using fluid pressure can be used.
[0011]
In the figure, reference numeral 6 denotes a front leg provided at the front portion of the lower surface of the seat cushion 1a. When used as a seat, the front leg is engaged with and fixed to a hook 6a provided on the vehicle body floor 20, and does not get in the way when the seat is stored. The seat cushion 1a is configured to be folded.
[0012]
In this structure, the link member 10 not only has one end rotatably connected to the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a and the other end rotatably connected to the storage recess 2, but the link member 10 since the bi-direction of the sheet-side connecting portion and the floor-side connecting portion, it is assumed to have arranged the spring 3 and 4 for the angle expanding opening each, as shown in FIG. 3, the resilient spring 3,4 Accordingly, an upward force is always applied to the sheet 1 due to the force. Therefore, when the stacked sheet 1 is pulled up to move obliquely from the stored state to the used state, the sheet 1 can be easily and easily moved with a small force. Can be lifted, and the lifting operation can be performed very easily. In addition, when the seat 1 is moved to the storage recess 2, a sudden drop is prevented by the action of the elastic force of the springs 3 and 4, so that it can be operated extremely safely.
[0013]
Further, Ri stretched the elastic member 5 for holding the sheet 1 in a horizontal state between the link member 10 and the seat cushion 1a tare, the load of the spring 3, 4 and the elastic member 5 is sheet to act to balance against the sheet 1 is that Do and to always be exhibited handling properties superior will be held in a horizontal state.
[0014]
The seat 1 is retracted by folding the seat back 1b to the seat cushion 1a side and releasing the front leg 6 and rotating the link member 10 rearward in this state to move into the housing recess 2. On the other hand, the operation of taking out the sheet 1 can be performed by a simple operation only by performing an operation reverse to the above.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention can easily pull out the overlapping sheets stored in the storage recesses with a small force, and also overlaps the seat back on the seat cushion seat surface. There is an advantage that it can be safely operated without a sudden drop when the laminated sheet is stored in the storage recess formed in the vehicle body floor.
Therefore, the present invention contributes greatly to the development of the industry as an automotive seat storage structure that eliminates the conventional problems.
