BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a sheet cutter for cutting sheets such as paper and plastic films in apparatuses such as printers and ticket issuing machines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of conventional sheet cutter that cuts a sheet using a fixed blade and a movable blade, either the fixed blade or the movable blade has a convex shape, and either the fixed blade or the movable blade has a thin plate shape. The tip of the tip of the movable blade is always brought into contact with the fixed blade while the movable blade is moving due to the bending deformation of the movable blade and the restoring force generated by this deformation. There was a structure of cutting a certain sheet. For example, they are “special fair 8-22517”, “real fair 7-1907”, and “special fair 8-5030”.
[0003]
Next, an example disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-22517 will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14 as a conventional example. FIG. 13 is a perspective view. 14 is a detailed view showing the state of the movable blade cut at the position of the upper surface of the fixed blade and the upper surface of the fixed blade in FIG.
[0004]
The movable blade is made of carbon tool steel that has been hardened and heat treated with a thickness of 0, 5 mm, has a movable blade edge that is recessed in a V shape with a blade width of 80 mm, and slides in the vertical direction (shear direction) on the frame. It is attached movably. The fixed blade is rotatably supported by support shafts at both ends, and the fixed blade edge is pressed against the movable blade by a spring, and the fixed blade edge is about 0 in the center in the pressure contact direction with respect to the movable blade. , Has a convex warpage of 25 mm. When the movable blade moves downward, the paper (not shown) sent through the passage window provided in the frame is cut from both ends toward the center, and the cutting ends at the center. Since the fixed blade edge has a slightly convex central portion and is in pressure contact with the movable blade, both blade edges cut from both ends with exactly the same structure as the scissors.
[0005]
The above-mentioned “Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-22517” also discloses that the tip of the movable blade has a convex warp with respect to the fixed blade, and the fixed blade has a straight shape, contrary to the above disclosed example. .
[0006]
In the above-mentioned other conventional examples, “Actual 7-1907” and “Examined No. 8-5030”, a structure in which the movable blade is warped is disclosed in the same manner as the above-described conventional example.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventionally, by forming one of the fixed blade and the movable blade in a convex shape, the fixed blade of the portion for cutting the sheet and the cutting edge of the movable blade are reliably in contact with each other. The sheet is to be cut. That is, when both the fixed blade and the movable blade are flat plates, the surface of the flat plate material is generally slightly warped and undulated, and when the two flat plate surfaces are combined, the entire surface is in close contact. As a result, there is no reliable contact between the cutting edges of the part that cuts the sheet, and if there is a gap between the cutting edges, the sheet cannot be cut cleanly, resulting in inconveniences such as leftovers or tearing. So this is what I avoided.
[0008]
However, in the above-described conventional technology, either the fixed blade or the movable blade is formed in a convex shape, so if it is attempted to accurately form the optimum shape, the processing cost will be high, and it will be formed at a low cost. Then, it cannot form accurately in the optimal shape. If the shape of the cutting edge is not accurately formed and there is a gap between the two blades, the sheet will be peeled when cut and a clean cut surface will not be obtained, causing interference or too high pressure contact As a result, the driving load on the motor of the movable blade increases, and the wear of the blade increases. Furthermore, when one of the fixed blade and the movable blade is convex and the other is straight, in order to follow one blade with the other blade, one blade needs to be a thin plate member that can be bent, A thin blade may be deformed if a thick sheet is cut. Also, one of the blades that bends has a small amount of bending when the contact point between the blades is close to both ends, and increases when it is close to the center. The force is too small to cause cutting failure, the load near the center increases the bending deformation load, the power consumption increases due to the need to use a motor with a large output, and the blade wear increases. was there.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet cutter that can be cut at a low cost and can be cut cleanly without being left uncut or broken when the sheet is cut.
[0010]
In order to achieve the above object, in the sheet cutter of the present invention, a fixed blade having a straight blade portion formed in a straight shape in the longitudinal direction, and an obliquely formed so as to be engaged with the straight blade portion of the fixed blade. A movable blade configured to be movable forward and backward with respect to the fixed blade, a movable blade pressing member that presses the movable blade against the fixed blade, and a movable blade drive that drives the movable blade forward and backward The movable blade is configured such that the cutting edge portion of the movable blade is bent in the direction of the fixed blade, and the movable blade is in contact with the fixed blade and determines the position where the cutting edge portion meshes with the straight blade portion. It has a guide part, and the side of the movable blade guide part is bent in the direction of the fixed blade to form the blade edge part .
[0011]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the bending amount of the cutting edge portion of the movable blade is between 0, 01 mm and 0, 8 mm.
[0012]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a part of the movable blade is always in contact with the fixed blade regardless of the moving position of the movable blade to determine a position where the blade edge portion meshes with the straight blade portion. .
[0013]
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the cutting edge portion of the movable blade is always in contact with the fixed blade regardless of the moving position of the movable blade to determine a position where the cutting edge portion meshes with the straight blade portion. .
[0014]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the movable blade has a movable blade guide portion that abuts the fixed blade and determines a position where the blade edge portion meshes with the straight blade portion.
[0015]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the bending amount of the blade edge portion decreases from 0, 01 mm to 0, 8 mm in the center and decreases toward both ends and becomes zero at both ends.
[0016]

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, both the fixed blade and the movable blade do not need to be processed into a convex shape or bent, so a plate material may be used, and can be formed by press punching. . Further, since the movable blade is formed by bending the blade tip portion and, in some cases, the movable blade guide portion, only a small dimension is easily processed, and the accuracy is easily obtained. Therefore, mass production is possible and manufacturing costs can be kept low. In addition, the portions that are in contact with each other are both blades and, in some cases, only the movable blade guide portion, and since both are flat, there is no load fluctuation, the movable blade smoothly performs reciprocating back and forth, and the seat In the forward movement process of cutting, the cutting edges of the movable blades always abut against the straight blades of the fixed blade without any galling or gaps between them, so the sheet has a clean cutting surface with no flaking or cutting defects In addition, it is possible to use a motor with a small load on the cutting operation of the movable blade and a small output, and both blades are less worn and excellent in durability. Moreover, since it is not necessary to bend both a fixed blade and a movable blade, a thick board | plate material can be used and, thereby, a thick sheet | seat can be cut | disconnected. It should be noted that the present invention can obtain the same effect even when it is applied not only to a sheet cutter dedicated to sheet cutting but also to a sheet cutter having a function of perforating a sheet.
