摺動面実面圧P(接面圧力のうち流体圧によるもの)は次式で計算される。
P=P1×(K−k)+Ps
このような処理用部材101,102の素材として、特に、SIC(シリコンカーバイト/ビッカース硬さ2000〜2500)、表面にDLC(ダイヤモンドライクカーボン/ビッカース硬さ3000〜4000)コーティングが施されたSIC、WC(タングステンカーバイト/ビッカース硬さ1800)、表面にDLCコーティングが施されたWC、ZrB2やBTC,B4Cに代表されるボロン系セラミック(ビッカース硬さ4000〜5000)などを採用するのが好ましい。
【0086】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deaerator with a miniaturization device and a deaeration method by miniaturization.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a deaeration device that performs a deaeration process on an object to be processed, for example, there is a deaerator that removes bubbles from the liquid.
This defoamer is rotated by a motor with a cylindrical outer rotor disposed inside a vacuum tank (vessel) inside, a cylindrical inner rotor disposed concentrically with the outer rotor inside the outer rotor. The inner rotor is connected to the shaft and rotates relative to the outer rotor.
The peripheral surface portion of the cylindrical inner rotor is formed by a punching plate. Further, the peripheral surface portion of the cylindrical outer rotor is formed by a finer screen than the punching plate.
[0003]
The operation of this defoamer will be described next.
The inside of the shaft serves as a passage for a liquid to be defoamed, and the liquid is introduced into the inner rotor through the shaft. Thus, when the liquid passes through the shaft rotating at high speed, the liquid phase is centrifuged toward the inner wall surface of the shaft and the bubbles are centrifuged toward the center of the shaft. At this time, the bubbles are drawn into the vessel under vacuum prior to the liquid phase, and are expanded and degassed.
Subsequently, in the liquid phase introduced into the inner rotor, a thin film effect is generated and defoaming proceeds due to centrifugal force caused by rotation. Then, it passes through the punching plate of the inner rotor and is subdivided. By subdividing in this way, defoaming is promoted. Further, the liquid passing through the punching plate contacts the outer rotor and passes through the screen. The liquid that has passed through the screen is atomized in a vacuum, collides with the inner wall of the vessel, flows down the inner wall of the vessel, and defoaming is completed.
[0004]
As described above, this defoamer mainly refines the processing target by passing the processing target through the eyes of the punching plate or the screen. Such miniaturization promotes the divergence of bubbles contained in the object, and the deaerator facilitates the deaeration process using such an action.
The size of the bubbles that can be removed by the above-mentioned miniaturization greatly depends on the fineness of the punching plate and the screen.
[0005]
However, there is a physical limit to making the punching plate and screen finer, and it is not suitable for removing bubbles that are much finer than the punching plate and screen. That is, in the defoamer having such a structure, refinement (atomization) of 10 to 20 μm is the limit, and ultraminiaturization of 1 to 2 μm is impossible.
Further, when the object to be treated is an emulsion or a suspension, for example, an emulsion or a suspension that has been made into a suspension with a high-speed stirrer or disperser in advance needs to be deaerated with the deaerator.
Also, the punching plate and screen will become dirty and clogged by the previous treatment, so these punching plates and screens must be thoroughly washed before using the defoamer for the next defoaming treatment. There is.
Such punching plates and screens have poor cleaning properties, and the cleaning (removal of dirt) is a very troublesome operation.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made on the basis of the above circumstances, and by providing a deaerator having a miniaturization mechanism that is completely different from the conventional miniaturization mechanism, by further miniaturization of a processing target. The above-described problems can be solved by making it possible to remove fine bubbles, which has been impossible in the past, and eliminating the need for troublesome punching plate and screen cleaning.
[0007]

At least one of the first and second processing members is disposed so as to be close to and away from the other. An urging mechanism is provided that acts in a direction in which the two processing members are at least brought close together. The first and second processing members include a dynamic pressure generating mechanism that causes a force of fluid to pass between the processing members in a direction in which the processing members are separated from each other. By maintaining a balance between the dynamic pressure generated by the mechanism and the urging force by the urging mechanism, the interval between the first and second polishing members is maintained at a minute interval of 0.1 to 15 μm..
The refinement treatment is not only intended to increase the surface area of the object to be treated, but also to reduce the atomization particle diameter and droplet diameter, for example, emulsion, suspension (dispersion), liposome In such a case, the particle size is to be reduced.
A deaerator can evaporate and extract a part of the component of the object to be processed by miniaturization, and includes a defoamer, a degasser, a demonomer, a desolvator, and the like.

That is, both the first and second processing members include a flat portion that has been mirror-polished, and one of the polishing members includes a groove in the flat portion. The groove extends from the center side of the processing member toward the outside of the processing member, and passes through the groove to flow from the center of the processing member to the outside of the processing member. The flow path limiting portion is configured to gradually reduce the cross-sectional area of the groove from the center of rotation toward the outside of the processing member. Configure the dynamic pressure generation mechanism.
[0009]
A third invention of the present application is the above-described first or second invention of the present application, and provides a deaerator with a miniaturization device that adopts the following configuration.

[0026]
According to the twentieth invention of the present application, there is provided a deaeration method by miniaturization in which an object to be processed is miniaturized and a deaeration process such as defoaming is performed by taking the following means.
That is, two first and second processing members that are disposed so as to face each other and at least one of which rotates with respect to the other, a holder that holds one of the processing portions, and a contact pressure applying mechanism Is used. Both processing members use the surfaces facing each other as processing surfaces, and the rotation of the processing members makes the workpiece fine between the first and second processing surfaces. The holder includes a receiving portion that receives the processing member to be held. The processing surface of the processing unit is exposed from the storage unit. The housing portion loosely fits the processing member so that the position of the processing member in the housing portion can be displaced deeply or shallowly, and fixes the processing essential member so as not to rotate with respect to the holder. The contact surface pressure applying mechanism presses the processing member accommodated in the accommodating portion, and brings the processing surface of the processing member close to the processing surface of the other processing member. The processing member accommodated in the accommodating portion receives the pressure to feed the fluid to be processed from the fluid pressure applying mechanism via the fluid to be processed, and the processing surface is separated from the processing surface of the other processing member. [0028]
The inventions according to the first to 21st aspects of the present invention adopting the above-described configuration are two processing surfaces in a deaerator with a micronization device that performs a deaeration process such as defoaming by refining a workpiece.(Processing material)Rotate at least one of the other processing surface(Processing material)In order to reduce the size of the object to be processed, a new means of miniaturization is provided. Thus, for miniaturization, the configuration of conventional punching plates and meshes is eliminated. The troublesome work of cleaning these members is unnecessary.
Then, it was possible to extract (exclude) fine bubbles, which was impossible with a punching plate or mesh. This deaerator has two advantages. One of them is the droplet diameter when sprayed in a mist, which means that the surface area exposed to the vacuum atmosphere, that is, the area of the interface can be increased (enlarged) and the deaeration ability can be increased. Is a point. The other point is that what is usually processed by an emulsifier is often introduced into the deaerator. In this respect, the deaerator according to the present invention includes the emulsifier and the deaerator. It can be done.
As described above, this deaerator can easily emit the gas contained in the liquid by making the liquid finer when the object to be processed is made into a liquid containing bubbles by the finer device. It is what. The object to be treated is not limited to the liquid containing bubbles as described above, but from a liquid having two or more kinds of liquid components, a part of the liquid components is finely vaporized and separated from other liquid components. Can also be used. In addition, if the object to be treated is a solid mixture or compound and the solid content can be removed by the promotion of vaporization by miniaturization, this is included. For example, when the object to be treated is a polymer, unnecessary monomers (volatile substances) in the polymer can be refined and evaporated to be removed. Even when the object to be processed is a mixture of a solid and a liquid, this deaerator can be used to remove one of the gas part and the liquid part by miniaturization.
In addition, the deaerator includes one that can also remove water in the workpiece as water vapor (by refining).
[0029]
In particular, the deaerator according to the present invention is capable of high-precision miniaturization and high productivity due to the original idea of utilizing the shaft seal mechanism in the mechanical seal as a means for miniaturization. It is possible to provide a deaerator with a simple structure and to solve the above problem, and at least the interval between two processing surfaces that rotate relatively is set to a predetermined minute interval. It is possible to provide a deaerator equipped with a micronizer that can apply a large shearing force to a fluid to be treated, and to provide a deaerator with a wide adaptive viscosity region of the fluid to be treated.
In other words, the deaerator according to the present application adopts the above-described configuration, so that the dynamic pressure generating mechanism uses both forces to pass between the two processing members for fluid in response to the biasing mechanism biasing. The separation force between the processing members is generated, and at least due to the balance between the urging force of the urging mechanism and the separation force, between the processing members, a minute amount necessary for processing, which was impossible with a mechanical method, was impossible. It was possible to ensure a proper interval.
In the present invention, a predetermined distance between the first processing surface and the second processing surface is determined by a completely different concept from the method of keeping the distance between the processing surfaces mechanically constant as is conventionally done in other fields. Provided is a deaerator equipped with a miniaturization device which is set to a minute interval. That is, as described above, the present invention is used for a mechanical seal and utilizes the principle.
[0030]
In the deaerator according to the second invention of the present application, both processing members are provided with a flat portion by mirror polishing, and a fluid is passed from one central portion of the processing member to the outside of the processing member. A groove is provided to provide a path for the movement, and the groove is defined as a space surrounded by the mirror-polished flat portions and the flow path restricting portion. For this reason, the fluid that tries to pass through the groove loses its place by the flow path restricting portion, enters at least between both flat portions pressed by the urging mechanism, and between both flat portions (between both processing members), A minute interval suitable for the miniaturization process, which was impossible with a mechanical method, is secured.
Further, in the deaerator according to the second invention of the present application, the flow path restricting portion attempts to pass through the fluid by gradually reducing the cross-sectional area of the groove from the center of rotation toward the outside of the processing member. The force is gradually received, and the above-mentioned fine interval can be secured more smoothly.
In the deaerator according to the third invention of the present application, due to the balance of forces generated in the urging mechanism and the dynamic pressure generating mechanism, the distance between the processing members is set to a minute distance of 0.1 to 10 μm, which is impossible in the past. Realized the miniaturization process that was.
[0031]
In the fifth invention of the present application, a fluid to be processed to which a predetermined pressure is applied is passed between the first processing surface and the second processing surface connected to the sealed fluid flow path, Thereby, the force which separates the 1st processing surface and the 2nd processing surface acts. On the other hand, a contact surface pressure is applied between the processing surfaces by the contact surface pressure applying mechanism, and the first processing surface and the second processing surface rotate at the same time they are relatively close to and away from each other. In between, the fluid to be treated is passed. As a result, the force applied in the direction separating the two processing surfaces by the processing fluid is balanced with the contact pressure applied between the two processing surfaces by the contact pressure applying mechanism, and the two processing surfaces are balanced. The fluid to be processed passes between both processing surfaces while forming a fluid film.
On the other hand, as the separation force that separates both processing surfaces against the pressing force (contacting surface pressure) of such a contact surface pressure applying mechanism, it is applied to the fluid to be processed such as the first or second processing surface. Fluid pressure (negative pressure) such as centrifugal force, air pressure or hydraulic pressure generated by rotating the first processing surface and the second processing surface relative to each other, the pressure received on the pressure receiving surface that exerts a predetermined pressure in the separating direction The suction force by the suction device using the pressure), the viscosity of the fluid to be processed, and the like can be listed.
The fluid to be treated forms a fluid having a predetermined minute thickness (that is, a fluid film) on the balance between the contact surface pressure and the separation force, and between the surfaces for treatment. By adjusting the above conditions so as to show a predetermined film thickness, the interval between both processing surfaces is maintained at a predetermined minute interval.
[0032]
In the sixth invention of the present application, the contact surface pressure applying mechanism applies a force in a direction in which the first processing surface and the second processing surface are brought close to each other, and a fluid pressure such as a spring, air pressure, or hydraulic pressure is applied. It is constituted by at least one of a (positive pressure) pressurizing device and an approaching pressure receiving surface that acts in a direction in which both processing surfaces are approached by receiving a predetermined pressure applied to the fluid to be processed.
In particular, in the sixth invention of the present application, in the above-described deaerator with a miniaturization apparatus, a micro mechanism between both processing surfaces required for miniaturization is provided by providing a floating mechanism. The interval can be reliably maintained without being disturbed by the distortion caused by the rotation due to the rotation or the difference in the expansion coefficient of each part, thereby enabling highly accurate processing.
Furthermore, in the deaerator according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the processing member is not only caused by the above-mentioned proximity / separation between the processing members but also the eccentricity generated in at least one of the processing members by rotation by the floating mechanism. The behavior is absorbed by at least the other of the two processing members. For this reason, the deformation of the processing member due to rotation or generated heat corrects the imbalance in the distance between the two flat portions (between the processing members) and between the flat portions (between the processing members). The gaps at the respective positions were made constant so that more reliable and uniform processing was possible.
That is, the floating mechanism can absorb the center deflection of the rotation shaft, the shaft expansion, the surface deflection of the first processing member, and the vibration in the above rotation, and the above-described operation can be achieved.
[0033]
Further, in the seventh invention of the present application, it is assumed that the movement can be reliably performed by reducing the pressure of the miniaturized object to be processed with a vacuum pump. Further, by using the pressure reduction by such a pressure reduction pump, the vaporization of the gas to be removed of the object to be processed after the miniaturization is promoted, and the separation from the liquid part is made more reliable.
Specifically, taking the case of defoaming as an example, by reducing the pressure to a vacuum or a state close to vacuum with a decompression pump, the object to be refined has an increased interfacial area and a fine bubble. The gas, solvent, and monomer (volatile substances) contained in the object to be treated can be vaporized and extracted into vapor, etc. (the same effect is obtained when these gases are used as the extraction target) The extraction can be performed at
The degree of vacuum (degree of decompression) may be set so as to be suitable for separation of what is vaporized and what remains.
[0034]
Further, the eighth invention of the present application is the same as the second processing surface, in addition to the second processing surface, the pressure receiving surface (adjacent adjustment surface) facing the opposite side of the second processing surface. The pressure receiving surface (adjustment surface for separation) formed on the side is set.
In this case, the second processing surface and the separation adjusting surface receive a predetermined pressure applied to the fluid to be processed and move the second processing member in a direction in which the second processing member is separated from the first processing member. Generate power. Here, both the second processing surface and the separation adjusting surface are collectively referred to as a separation surface.
The adjustment surface for proximity receives a predetermined pressure applied to the fluid to be processed, and generates a force that moves the second processing member in a direction to approach the first processing member (proximity for proximity). When there are a plurality of adjustment surfaces, all the adjustment surfaces for proximity are collectively referred to as a proximity surface (if there is one proximity adjustment surface, only the proximity adjustment surface is the proximity surface).
In this case, a proximity device that applies the predetermined pressure in a direction in which both the processing parts are brought close to each other. The ratio (area ratio) between the area of the surface and the area of the separation surface is called the balance ratio, and by making the area of the proximity surface larger than the area of the separation surface, it is for both treatments of the above-mentioned predetermined pressure The force acting on the side approaching the part can be greater than the force acting on the side separating the part.
On the contrary, by making the area of the separation surface larger than the area of the proximity surface, it is greater than the force that works to approach the force that works to separate the processing parts of the predetermined pressure. can do.
And the shearing force of a required magnitude | size can be provided to a to-be-processed fluid by adjusting between the surfaces for both processing to a micro space | interval. As a result, ultra-miniaturization that could not be obtained in the past has been realized. That is, when the fluid to be processed passes between both processing surfaces, a large shearing force is given with a certain minute gap, and it is sprayed in a mist form from a certain minute gap, It was possible to reduce the size to the order of 10 microns or less, and extraction (removal) of such fine bubbles was possible. In other words, the distance between the processing members can be made minute, which is physically impossible with the conventional method (using a punching plate or mesh), thereby realizing further finer miniaturization. This makes it possible to degas finer bubbles.
[0035]
In the ninth invention of the present application, by providing the buffer mechanism, it is possible to absorb alignment such as runout and eliminate the risk of an accident caused by wear due to contact.
In the tenth invention of the present application, with the above displacement adjustment mechanism, the distance between the first processing surface and the second processing surface is maintained, and the film thickness of the fluid film is maintained at a predetermined thickness. In this way, it is possible to perform a reliable miniaturization process and perform a deaeration process with higher accuracy.
In the eleventh invention of the present application, the gap between the first processing surface and the second processing surface can be adjusted by the pressure adjusting mechanism applied to the fluid to be processed. The thickness of the film can be adjusted. Therefore, a desired refinement process can be selected by the adjustment, and it is possible to improve the deaeration performance in accordance with the properties such as the viscosity of the fluid to be processed, and the size (fineness) of the bubbles to be removed. It is possible to deal with meticulously.
[0036]
In the twelfth invention of the present application, a separation preventing portion is provided that defines the maximum distance between the first processing surface and the second processing surface and prevents further separation of both processing surfaces. Therefore, the gap between the first processing surface and the second processing surface is prevented from being unnecessarily widened, and uniform miniaturization processing can be performed reliably and smoothly.
[0037]
In the thirteenth invention of the present application, the apparatus includes a proximity deterrence part that regulates the minimum distance between the first processing surface and the second processing surface and deters further proximity of both processing surfaces. As a result, the gap between the first processing surface and the second processing surface is prevented from becoming unnecessarily narrow, and the miniaturization processing can be performed reliably and smoothly.
In the fourteenth invention of the present application, both the first processing surface and the second processing surface rotate in opposite directions, and as such, the first processing surface and the second processing surface are rotated. By rotating both surfaces in directions opposite to each other, it becomes possible to generate a larger shearing force, enable processing on a smaller order, and efficiently perform deaeration.
In the fifteenth invention of the present application, one or both of the first processing surface and the second processing surface is heated or cooled to a temperature suitable for the miniaturization processing by the temperature adjusting jacket. This makes it possible to perform more efficient and reliable miniaturization processing.
[0038]
In the sixteenth invention of the present application, it is possible to perform the above-described miniaturization processing between the first processing surface and the second processing surface with higher accuracy by mirror finishing, and to perform finer processing. Could be realized.
In the seventeenth invention of the present application, by forming a recess in the first processing surface or the second processing surface or both, the stirring ability is increased, enabling more efficient miniaturization processing, In addition, when a dynamic pressure is generated in the recess during rotation, the fluid film is reliably formed by rotating without contact.
In the eighteenth invention of the present application, a desired separate object for the fluid to be processed to be processed The quality and the fluid to be treated can be appropriately mixed, and the range of use of the apparatus is widened.

As described above, in the description of the present application, the force that separates the first and second processing surfaces 1 and 2 from each other is described as a separation force, and the above-described force is not excluded from the separation force.

In other words, the film thickness of the fluid film between the processing surfaces 1 and 2 can be adjusted to a desired thickness by adjusting the above-described separation force and contact surface pressure, and the necessary fine processing can be performed. Therefore, when trying to reduce the thickness of the fluid film, the contact surface pressure or the separation force may be adjusted so that the contact surface pressure is relatively increased with respect to the separation force, and conversely, the thickness of the fluid film is increased. If it does so, what is necessary is just to adjust a separation force or a contact surface pressure so that a separation force may become large relatively with respect to a contact surface pressure.

The opening force can be adjusted by the fluid pressure (fluid pressure) to be processed by changing the balance line, that is, the area A1 of the
The actual sliding surface pressure P (the contact pressure due to fluid pressure) is calculated by the following equation.
P = P1 × (K−k) + Ps
Here, P1 represents the pressure (fluid pressure) of the fluid to be treated, K represents the balance ratio, k represents the opening force coefficient, and Ps represents the spring and back pressure.
By adjusting the sliding surface actual surface pressure P (by adjusting the balance line), a desired minute gap (gap width) is formed between the processing surfaces 1 and 2 to form a fluid film by the fluid to be processed. The micronization process is performed.
[0062]
Usually, if the thickness of the fluid film between the processing surfaces 1 and 2 is reduced, the object to be processed (processed fluid) can be made finer. Conversely, if the thickness of the fluid film is increased, the processing becomes rough and the processing amount per unit time increases. Therefore, by adjusting the sliding surface actual surface pressure P (hereinafter referred to as surface pressure P), it is possible to adjust the distance (gap) between the processing surfaces 1 and 2 and perform desired miniaturization.
To summarize this relationship, when the above-described refinement process is roughened, the balance ratio is reduced, the surface pressure P is reduced, the gap is increased, and the film thickness is increased. On the contrary, when the above-mentioned miniaturization process is made finer, the balance ratio is increased, the surface pressure P is increased, the gap is reduced, and the film thickness is reduced.

Here, the embodiments shown in FIGS. 10 to 17 will be summarized.
In this deaerator, a rotating member having a flat processing surface and a fixing member having a flat processing surface are concentrically opposed to each other by the flat processing surface, and the opening of the fixing member is rotated under the rotation of the rotating member. Instead of mechanically adjusting the clearance in the deaerator that processes the raw material to be pulverized from between the opposing flat surface processing surfaces of both members while supplying the raw material to be crushed, the pressure increasing mechanism is applied to the rotating member. The clearance can be maintained by generating the pressure and the mechanical clearance adjustment can be performed with a minute clearance of 1 to 6 μm, which is impossible, and the miniaturization ability can be remarkably improved.
That is, in this deaerator, the rotating member and the fixed member have a flat processing surface on the outer peripheral portion thereof, and the flat processing surface has a sealing function on the surface, thereby making it possible to achieve hydrostatic characteristics. It is an object of the present invention to provide a high-speed rotation type deaerator that generates hydrodynamic force or aerostatic-aerodynamic force. The above force generates a slight gap between the sealing surfaces, and can provide a deaerator that is non-contact, mechanically safe, and has a high level of micronization function. One of the factors that can form this slight gap is due to the rotational speed of the rotating member, and the other is due to the pressure difference between the input side and the discharge side of the workpiece (fluid). When a pressure application mechanism is attached to the input side, there is no pressure difference when a pressure application mechanism is not attached to the input side, that is, when a workpiece (fluid) is input under atmospheric pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to cause separation between the sealing surfaces only by the rotational speed of the rotating member. This is known as hydrodynamic or aerodynamic force.
[0100]
Although the pressure-reducing pump Q (FIG. 10) is connected to the discharge part of the miniaturization apparatus G, as described above, the housing 106 (case 3) is not provided, and the pressure-reducing pump Q is not provided. As shown in (A), the deaerator can be used as a tank T for decompression, and the miniaturization device G can be arranged in the tank T.
In this case, by depressurizing the inside of the tank T to a vacuum or a state close to a vacuum, the processing object refined by the miniaturizing apparatus G is sprayed into the tank T in a mist, and hits the inner wall of the tank T. The target object after processing is obtained by recovering the processing object that flows down or recovering the material to be processed that flows down and filling the upper part of the tank T as a gas (vapor). be able to.
Also, when using the decompression pump Q, as shown in FIG. 18B, by connecting an airtight tank T to the miniaturization device G via the decompression pump Q, The processed object after processing can be made into a mist to separate (extract) the target object.
Further, as shown in FIG. 18 (C), the pressure reducing pump Q is directly connected to the miniaturization apparatus G, and the pressure reducing pump Q and a discharge part of the fluid R different from the pressure reducing pump Q are connected to the tank T. Thus, the target product can be separated. In this case, the vaporizing part is sucked by the decompression pump Q, and the liquid R (liquid part) is discharged from the discharging part separately from the vaporizing part.

【The invention's effect】
By implementing the
In particular, by implementing the invention of the present application, when the material to be pulverized is a fluid or the material to be pulverized is put into the fluid, the clearance between the upper and lower two members (processing members) can be reduced to 15 μm or less. .
Also,By implementing the present invention,Provided are a deaerator and a deaeration method that are free of impurities, have a wide adaptive viscosity range of a fluid to be treated, and can apply a large shearing force to the fluid to be treated, and can be miniaturized with high accuracy. It was possible to provide a deaerator and a deaeration method with a simple structure that can be miniaturized with high accuracy and that have high productivity.
That is, by using a shaft seal mechanism in a mechanical seal as a means for miniaturization, a deaerator and deaeration method with a simple structure that can be miniaturized with high precision and high productivity are provided. Obtained. In particular, according to the present invention, the flow to be treated is caused by the feeding pressure (fluid pressure) of the fluid to be treated, the back pressure of the compression ring (second processing part), or the rotation of the mating ring (first processing part). Without being restricted by the viscosity range of the body, the thickness of the fluid film to be processed can be adjusted from a minute amount, and it is possible to make a fineness of several nanometers (nanometers) impossible with conventional devices, Since a shock absorber such as fine vibration, alignment, and axial displacement is provided, it is possible to obtain a highly miniaturized state without generating impurities. In addition, since it is a simple mechanism, it does not require skill to control the device, and it is easy to unmanned and automated, and the device can operate stably, with high productivity and low cost.

In the deaeration method by miniaturization, which refines the workpiece and performs deaeration treatment such as defoaming,
Two first and second processing members that are arranged so as to face each other and at least one rotates with respect to the other, a holder that holds one of the processing members, and a pressure fed into the fluid to be processed Using a micronizing device including a fluid pressure applying device and a contact surface pressure applying mechanism,
Both the processing members are used as processing surfaces, respectively, and in the above rotation, between the first and second processing surfaces, the object to be processed is refined.
The holder includes a storage portion that receives the processing member to be held,
The processing surface of the processing member is exposed from the housing portion,
The accommodating portion loosely fits the processing member so that the position of the processing member in the accommodating portion can be displaced deeply or shallowly, and fixes the processing essential member so as not to rotate with respect to the holder.
The contact surface pressure applying mechanism presses the processing member housed in the housing portion, and brings the processing surface of the processing member into proximity to the processing surface of the other processing member,
The processing member accommodated in the accommodating portion receives the pressure to feed the fluid to be processed from the fluid pressure applying mechanism via the fluid to be processed, and the processing surface is separated from the processing surface of the other processing member. Is what
Due to the rotation of the processing member, centrifugal force acts on the fluid, and the processing surface of the processing member accommodated in the accommodating portion is separated from the processing surface of the other processing member,
Forming a fluid film of the fluid to be processed between the two processing surfaces, a force for bringing the processing surface of the processing member accommodated in the accommodating portion close to the processing surface of the other processing member, and a force for separating the processing surface The deaeration method by miniaturization that balances the two and sets a minute interval between both processing surfaces .
