BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to, for example, a trolley conveyor used in a production line of a factory, in particular, an overhead type trolley conveyor that can effectively use a space near the ceiling of a building, and rail wear for inspecting a wear state of a rail on which the trolley runs. Regarding inspection vehicles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of trolley conveyor includes an I-shaped power rail having an endless path and having a central web and upper and lower flanges, a number of trolleys driven along the power rail, and an endless drive for driving these trolleys. Those with chains are well known.
[0003]
The trolley has left and right traveling wheels. The left and right traveling wheels roll on both the left and right sides of the flange on the upper surface of the lower flange of the power rail. Therefore, wear tends to occur on the upper surface of the lower flange of the power rail. However, when the power rail undulates up and down, when the trolley travels in the valley, the trolley is lifted from the upper surface of the lower flange of the power rail by the tension of the chain and contacts the lower surface of the upper flange. become. Therefore, wear also occurs on the lower surface of the upper flange. In addition, the trolley may sway. A trolley that causes a side shake causes one of the left and right traveling wheels to rise when the posture is inclined. The upper corner of the raised roller comes into contact with either of the left and right side surfaces of the web. Therefore, wear also occurs on the left and right sides of the web.
[0004]
Of course, it is dangerous if the rails wear too much. Therefore, it is necessary to keep track of the degree of wear. If severe wear is found, it must be cut off and replaced with a new one. In addition, only the wear on the lower surface of the upper flange and the left and right side surfaces of the web may be treated by attaching a reinforcing plate instead of replacing it with a new one.
[0005]
Conventionally, vehicles that automatically check for wear have not been put into practical use, and the inspection has to rely on human hands. Since there are many parts at high places in the conveyor path and parts that are difficult to access due to being obstructed by other processing machines, the work requires a lot of time and effort.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a rail wear inspection vehicle in a trolley conveyor that can automatically and accurately know the wear part and the degree of wear. It is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention is a trolley conveyor having an I-shaped power rail having a central web and upper and lower flanges, and a trolley that runs along the power rail. Corresponding to left and right moving body, which has left and right running wheels rolling on both right and left sides of the flange, left and right vertical moving bodies respectively located on the left and right sides of the web, and each vertical moving body The left and right reference rollers mounted so as to be positioned below the lower flange lower surface and the respective vertical rollers are attached upward so that the respective reference rollers abut the lower flange lower surface on the corresponding left and right sides. Each vertical moving body is made to be opposed to the upper surface of the lower flange in a state where the elastic body and the reference rollers are in contact with the lower surface of the lower flange. In which and a downward noncontact displacement sensors left and right are respectively attached.
[0008]
In the first rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention, the distance from the sensor to the upper surface of the lower flange of the power rail is measured by the sensor. As the trolley travels, wear occurs on the upper surface of the lower flange, but wear does not occur on the lower surface of the lower flange. Therefore, the distance from the lower surface of the lower flange to the sensor is always kept constant. Therefore, since the change in the distance measured by the sensor is caused by wear, the wear on the upper surface of the lower flange can be automatically inspected.
[0009]
A second rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention is a trolley conveyor having an I-shaped power rail having a central web and upper and lower flanges, and a trolley that runs along the power rail. With the elastic body and the reference rollers in contact with the bottom surface of the lower flange, they can be opposed to the bottom surface of the upper flange corresponding to the left and right sides. The respective vertical movement body is one that has an upward non-contact displacement sensor of the right and left are attached.
[0010]
In the second rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention, the distance from the sensor to the lower surface of the upper flange of the power rail is measured by the sensor. While the trolley travels, wear occurs on the lower surface of the upper flange, but wear does not occur on the lower surface of the lower flange of the power rail. Therefore, the distance from the lower surface of the lower flange to the sensor is always kept constant. Therefore, since the change in the distance measured by the sensor is caused by wear, the wear on the lower surface of the flange can be automatically inspected.
[0011]
Furthermore, front and rear protective rollers are attached to each vertical moving body so as to be positioned in front of and behind each sensor, and when the sensor is retracted below the level connecting the upper ends of the front and rear protective rollers, If foreign matter or the like adheres to the lower surface of the upper flange of the power rail, it will get over the protective roller. At that time, the sensor is lowered together with the vertical moving body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sensor from colliding with a foreign object or the like.
[0012]
A third rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention is a trolley conveyor having an I-shaped power rail having a central web and upper and lower flanges, and a trolley that runs along the power rail. A vehicle body having left and right running wheels that roll on both left and right sides of the flange, a left and right moving body provided in the vehicle body, and a reference roller attached to the left and right moving body so as to be located on the left side of the left side surface of the web; An elastic body that urges the left and right moving body to the right so that the reference roller is in contact with the left side of the web, and a reference roller that is in contact with the left side of the web so that the reference roller can be opposed to the right side of the web. A left-facing contact displacement sensor attached to the left-right moving body.
[0013]
In the third rail wear inspection vehicle according to the present invention, the distance from the sensor to the web right side surface of the power rail is measured by the sensor. The trolley may cause wear on both the left and right sides of the web. Regardless of whether the left side of the web is worn or not, the reference roller is always in contact with the left side of the web. Since the wear is caused by the combined wear on both sides, the wear on both sides of the web can be automatically inspected.
[0014]
Furthermore, the left and right moving body is composed of a left half with a reference roller and a right half with a sensor, and an elastic body urges the left half to the right so that the left and right halves contact each other. The first elastic body and the second elastic body urging the right half to the left, and the elastic force of the first elastic body is greater than the elastic force of the second elastic body, Front and rear protective rollers are attached to the right half so that each sensor is located between the front and rear.If the sensor is moved to the right from the straight line connecting the left ends of the front and rear protective rollers, If foreign matter or the like adheres to the right side surface of the rail web, it will get over the protective roller. At this time, the sensor is moved to the right together with the right half. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sensor from colliding with a foreign object or the like. If foreign matter or the like adheres to the left side of the power rail web, the reference roller gets over it.
[0015]
In addition, since the reference roller and the sensor can move toward and away from each other together with the left and right halves, when setting the inspection vehicle on the power rail for measurement, the reference roller and the sensor can be separated from each other for easy setting. be able to.
[0016]
In the rail wear inspection apparatus according to the present invention, the first to third rail wear inspection vehicles are connected so as to move in a line along the power rail, and the leading rail wear inspection vehicle is pulled by a trolley. It is something that has been made.
[0017]
In the rail wear inspection apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously inspect the wear of the lower flange upper surface, the upper flange lower surface, and the both side surfaces of the power rail. In addition, since each surface is inspected by a dedicated inspection vehicle, an accurate inspection with high accuracy is guaranteed.
