Claims (10)
- アンテナ端子と送信端子との間に接続された送信フィルタと、前記アンテナ端子と受信端子との間に直列に接続された分波回路及び受信フィルタとを備えるデュプレクサであって、前記分波回路は、前記アンテナ端子と前記受信フィルタとの間に接続された少なくとも一つの位相線路と、前記位相線路に対して並列に接続され、共振及び***振可能な少なくとも一つの共振器とを備えていることを特徴とするデュプレクサ。
- 前記位相線路の一端と前記共振器の一端との間に接続された第1のインダクタンス素子と、前記位相線路の他端と前記共振器の他端との間に接続された第2のインダクタンス素子とをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記共振器の共振周波数及び***振周波数は前記送信フィルタ及び前記受信フィルタの通過帯域よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記共振器の共振周波数及び***振周波数は前記送信フィルタ及び前記受信フィルタの通過帯域よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記少なくとも一つの位相線路は、一端が前記アンテナ端子に接続された第1の位相線路と、一端が前記受信フィルタに接続された第2の位相線路とを含み、前記少なくとも一つの共振器は、前記第1の位相線路に対して並列に接続された第1の共振器と、前記第2の位相線路に対して並列に接続された第2の共振器とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記第1の位相線路の前記一端と前記第1の共振器の一端との間に接続された第1のインダクタンス素子と、前記第1の位相線路の他端と前記第1の共振器の他端との間に接続された第2のインダクタンス素子と、前記第2の位相線路の前記一端と前記第2の共振器の一端との間に接続された第3のインダクタンス素子と、前記第2の位相線路の他端と前記第2の共振器の他端との間に接続された第4のインダクタンス素子とさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記少なくとも一つの共振器は、前記第2のインダクタンス素子及び前記第4のインダクタンス素子の接続点とグランドとの間に接続された第3の共振器をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記第1及び第2の共振器の共振周波数は、前記第3の共振器の***振周波数よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記第3の共振器の実効的結合係数は、前記第1及び第2の共振器の実効的結合係数よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のデュプレクサ。
- 前記共振器が薄膜バルク波共振器によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のデュプレクサ。
