Description
前記第1ワークにおけるプラズマが照射された前記油分が存在する部位に接着剤又はシール材として機能する高分子材を塗布する工程と、
前記第1ワークにおける前記高分子材が塗布された部位に金属からなる第2ワークを重畳して、前記第1ワークと前記第2ワークとの重畳部に前記高分子材を介在させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 金属からなる第1ワークにおける油分の付着した部位にプラズマを照射する工程と、
前記第1ワークにおけるプラズマが照射された前記油分が存在する部位に接着剤又はシール材として機能する高分子材を塗布する工程と、
前記第1ワークにおける前記高分子材が塗布された部位に金属からなる第2ワークを重畳して、前記第1ワークと前記第2ワークとの重畳部に前記高分子材を介在させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする重畳部の形成方法。 - 請求項1記載の形成方法において、プラズマを照射する前に圧縮気体によって油分を拡散させる工程を有することを特徴とする重畳部の形成方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の形成方法において、前記高分子材としてシリコーンを使用することを特徴とする重畳部の形成方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の形成方法において、前記第1ワーク又はプラズマ照射機構のいずれか一方を位置決めするとともに残余の一方を移動させながらプラズマの照射を行うことを特徴とする重畳部の形成方法。
