【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bullet culvert forming apparatus and method, and more particularly, it is possible to easily form a bullet culvert for drainage in a wetland, particularly a bullet culvert for improving drainage in the vicinity of an inclined land including a slope. The present invention relates to a bullet culvert forming apparatus and method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a so-called bullet culvert forming apparatus is known as an apparatus for forming drainage culverts in a field. This bullet culvert forming device is, for example, a bulldozer or the like in a state where a chisel (soil incision portion) provided with a bullet at the lower end is made to enter the ground, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-156310. By pulling with, it will form a bullet culvert in the ground.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional apparatus, since the work is started with the bullet placed on the ground surface, a distance of several meters is required for the bullet to reach a desired depth. Therefore, a bullet culvert can be easily formed at the center of the field, but it is difficult to form a bullet culvert at the end of the field.
[0004]
In addition, in the land adjacent to the slope, water may accumulate near the slope due to the water flowing down from the slope, so conventionally, drainage grooves and underdrainage facilities were provided along the bottom of the slope, In the case of a drainage ditch, it is necessary to frequently remove earth and sand falling into the ditch. On the other hand, the conventional underground drainage facility has a problem that the underground drainage pipe has to be buried by excavating the vicinity of the sloped land, and the construction becomes large. Furthermore, the water flowing down from the sloped land toward the flat ground is soiled. Since it led to the underdrainage facility only by the osmotic action, sufficient drainage performance could not be obtained. In addition, if a large number of drainage grooves and underdrain drainage facilities are provided along the bottom of the sloped land, the drainage grooves and underdrainage facilities may be crushed by earth pressure from above the sloped land, and the sloped land may collapse.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention can easily form bullet culverts at the end of the field, which is difficult to work with the conventional bullet culvert forming apparatus, and can easily form bullet culverts on sloping ground. An object is to provide a bullet culvert forming apparatus and method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the bullet culvert forming apparatus of the present invention mounts a base end portion of a blade having a bullet for forming a culvert at a distal end portion on the arm end of a backhoe via a horizontal rotating shaft. The blade is rotated with respect to the working position in a state in which the bullet is inserted into the ground, around the rotation axis to both the backhoe side and the counter- backhoe side standby positions where the bullet is located on the ground. It is characterized in that a drive means that can be used is provided, and the drive means uses a hydraulic cylinder for excavator drive provided in a work arm of the backhoe .
[0007]
Further, the bullet culvert forming method of the present invention is a method of forming a bullet culvert for drainage in the ground using the bullet culvert forming apparatus formed as described above, wherein the bullet The blade is rotated so as to be in a state where it can enter into the ground, and then the blade is rotated by the driving means so that the bullet enters the ground and moves to the working position. In this state, after the bullet is advanced by the backhoe to form a bullet culvert in the ground, the blade is rotated so that the bullet is positioned at the other standby position.
[0008]
Further, in the bullet culvert forming method of the present invention, when the bullet culvert for drainage is formed in the ground from the inclined land to the flat ground, the bullet is set at the standby position on the anti-backhoe side by the driving means, and the inclined ground. The blade is rotated so as to be in a state where it can enter into the ground, and then the blade is rotated by the driving means to cause the bullet to enter the ground of the sloping ground. The blade is rotated to the working position that reaches the inside, and the bullet is advanced by the backhoe so that a bullet culvert is formed in a flat ground, and then the bullet is positioned at the standby position on the backhoe side. The blade is rotated.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily form a bullet culvert at the end of the field, which was difficult to work with the conventional bullet culvert forming apparatus, and to improve the drainage of the entire field. Can do. Furthermore, since the formation of bullet culverts from slopes to flat grounds can be easily performed, drainage near slopes can be greatly improved.
