Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling water treatment system including two or more cooling towers, and more particularly to a clarification or purification treatment of cooling water in a cooling tower.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the cooling tower for storing the cooling water, a filter for purifying the circulating cooling water has been installed for each cooling tower. For this reason, if the number of cooling towers is increased, the number of filters is also increased accordingly, and the installation area is required.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the installation form of such a filter has the following problems.
[0004]
First, if a filter is installed corresponding to the cooling tower, a necessary installation area corresponding to the cooling tower is secured and the cost is increased, and there is a possibility that it cannot be installed depending on the roof area of the building.
[0005]
Secondly, the cooling water on the cooling tower side is used for washing the filter medium and the like of the filter. However, there is a fear that the cooling water shortage is caused in a small capacity cooling tower with a small amount of retained water.
[0006]
Third, if the processing capacity of the filter is excessive for a small cooling tower, there is no problem with the filtration process, but it is useless. Designing and constructing a filter according to the capacity of the cooling tower is rather expensive.
[0007]
For example, the required amount of filtration water for a normal filter is 2 to 5% of the circulating water amount of the cooling water, and the circulating water amount of the cooling tower is about 300 m 3 / h. On the other hand, the filtration water flow rate of the filter is 10 m 3 / h. In this case, the necessary processing amount per hour is about 6 m 3 / h, and there is a margin in processing capacity, and this margin is wasted.
[0008]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the cooling water processing system which aimed at the efficiency improvement of the purification process of the cooling water of two or more cooling towers.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The means for solving such a problem will be listed as follows with the reference numerals used in the description of the embodiments added for each claim.
[0010]
The cooling water treatment system of the present invention according to claim 1 is installed for two or more cooling towers (2, 4, 6) and is used for purifying cooling water (8, 10, 12) of the cooling tower. Purification means (filter 14) and circulation means for introducing the cooling water in the cooling tower into the purification means and returning the purified cooling water to the cooling tower (

[0014]
According to such a cooling water treatment system, it becomes possible to purify the cooling water using a common purification means for two or more cooling towers, and an efficient purification can be performed. In addition, when the purification capacity of the purification means is reduced, the cooling water on the cooling tower side having a large amount of cooling water is used as washing water to regenerate or backwash the purification means, so that deficiency of the cooling water on the cooling tower side can be prevented.

Here, assuming a normal filter, for example, the required amount of filtered water is 2 to 5% of the circulating water amount of cooling water, and the circulating water amount of the cooling tower is about 300 m 3 / h. Since the filtration water flow rate is 10 m 3 / h, the required processing amount per hour is about 6 m 3 / h, and there is a margin in processing capacity. This margin was wasted, but cooling of about 4 m 3 / h Even if the number of towers is increased, the cooling water can be filtered using the current filter.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
a Purification or clarification of cooling water used in a cooling tower of 2 or more can be performed efficiently.
b It is possible to configure a system by installing less common purification means than the cooling tower for two or more cooling towers, and it is possible to reduce the equipment cost and the installation area. For example, if a large-capacity purification means is installed, the system can be configured without requiring additional purification means even if additional cooling towers are added.
