BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a load applied to a jack by using a screw jack and a hydraulic jack together in a construction or construction method for supporting a heavy object such as a construction replacement work, a jack-up or a jack-down work in construction and civil engineering work. The present invention relates to a jack control device in a civil engineering work that simultaneously controls the amount of jack displacement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In construction and civil engineering work, various jacks are used for structure replacement work, jack-up work or jack-down work.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, hydraulic jacks are often used due to cost. However, hydraulic jacks have a risk of causing oil leakage, and there is a problem in maintaining load and controlling accuracy over a long period of time. On the other hand, the screw jack has a high load holding force mechanically, and high operability and positioning accuracy can be achieved by electrification. Since there are many cases where the jacks cannot be placed so that the same load is applied to each jack, the ground, pressure board, piles, etc. have a large rigidity. There is a risk that a large uneven load is applied to a specific jack.
[0004]
The present invention was proposed in view of such problems, the purpose of which is to improve the safety of architectural civil works by using a screw jack and a hydraulic jack used in architectural civil works together, The aim is to simplify the operation and control of the jack.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the jack control device in the civil engineering work according to the present invention mounts a hydraulic jack on the top surface of the electric screw jack disposed at each required position, and the hydraulic jacks are configured to generate moments. balance, the balance of the load, grouped in consideration of the rigidity of the structure for supporting the respective hydraulic jacks each other in each group coupled with a high-pressure hose or tube, so as to maintain the pressure uniformly to each other by Pascal's law In addition, a hydraulic pump is connected via a stop valve for initial displacement and pressure adjustment for each group, and the plurality of electric screw jacks are provided with jack displacement control devices.

[0012]
6 to 8 show an embodiment in which the present system is applied to jackup of a general apartment house supported by an independent foundation and piles. In this case, as in the previous example, 2 to 4 sets of jacks are arranged for each independent foundation, and hydraulic jacks are grouped and connected to each independent foundation. When jacking up, the target displacement is set for each independent foundation according to the amount of settlement, and the screw jack is controlled synchronously. In this case as well, the load balance is maintained by the action of the hydraulic jack, and the screw jack installed in one foundation may be controlled with equal displacement.
[0013]
FIG. 9 shows an example of the control system of the screw jack. Specify the screw jack A to be operated on the personal computer (A), instruct the local controller (B) that controls each screw jack A to specify the target value (displacement or load), issue an operation command, and Synchronize control at once. At the same time, the displacement and load are measured and monitored by the local controller (b), and the screw jack is stopped when the target value is reached. In addition, the displacement and load measurement results of all screw jacks are sequentially transferred and displayed on the personal computer (A). When the screw jack is controlled by displacement, the load overload is monitored. Monitor limits. (C) in FIG. 9 is a switchboard for supplying electric power to each screw jack A. An inverter is built in, and the speed of the screw jack A can be adjusted by changing the power frequency. One switchboard is arranged in about 1 to 2 groups. The personal computer (b), each local controller (b), and the switchboard (c) are connected by a LAN cable (d), and the LAN controller (e) controls communication between these devices.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the jack control device according to the present invention is provided with an electric screw jack at each predetermined position to support a structure or the like, so that the electric screw jack has a high load holding force and positioning accuracy due to its mechanism. The automatic control is facilitated by electrification.
[0015]
A hydraulic jack is mounted on the top surface of each electric screw jack, and the hydraulic jacks are grouped in consideration of moment balance, load balance, rigidity of the structure to be supported, and the like. Since they are connected by a high-pressure hose or pipe, each hydraulic jack acts to maintain a uniform pressure according to Pascal's principle, causing variations in load due to differences in the installation status of the electric screw jack, etc. When a load is applied, the hydraulic pressure of each of the connected hydraulic jacks is always deformed so as to be maintained uniformly, so that the balance of the load applied to the jack is automatically maintained.
[0016]
Further, according to the present invention, the concentration of the load on the specific jack can be automatically avoided by the action of the electric screw jack, and as a result, the safety is improved and the load fluctuation is not controlled or monitored. Only the displacement of the electric screw jack needs to be controlled to the target position, and the control and monitoring method of the jack can be simplified.
