BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicular air conditioner capable of automatically controlling the air conditioning capacity such as the air volume and temperature of air conditioned air blown into a vehicle interior, and more particularly to an antifogging control for antifogging a vehicle window.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, vehicle air conditioners control the volume and temperature of air-conditioning air to be blown to make the passenger compartment a comfortable environment, prevent window fogging, or remove window fogging. The purpose is to secure the field of view and enable safe and comfortable driving.
[0003]
Here, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-20460 filed earlier by the present applicant, when the cooling water temperature is very low, the air is blown from the defroster outlet, and when the cooling water temperature starts to rise, the air is blown from the foot outlet. A hot water heater for automobiles is described.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in warm-up from a situation where the outside air temperature is very low, window fogging occurs due to breathing of the occupant, and in order to eliminate this window fogging, it is necessary to blow high-temperature conditioned air from the defroster outlet However, in the prior art, since warm air is not blown out from the defroster outlet, there is a problem that it is difficult to eliminate window fogging.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and its object is to secure a minimum field of view from the start of air conditioning and to provide a passenger with a feeling of heating from an early stage. It is to provide an air conditioner.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
[0007]
In the first aspect of the invention, the air conditioning control means (10) is a control relating to the antifogging control for antifogging the vehicle window. When the outside air temperature (TAM) at the time of the previous air conditioning stop is higher than the predetermined temperature (TAM1) andIf it is set to heat the blown air at the start of air conditioning,The temperature (TW) of the air heating means (42) isFirst predetermined conditionTemperature (TW1)After reaching the second predetermined conditionTemperature (TW2)Until it reaches the first predetermined ventilation level (B1) from the defroster outlet (20, 30) until the second predetermined condition is reached.Temperature (TW2)After reaching the above, the blowing rate from the defroster outlet (20, 30) is made smaller than the first predetermined air blowing level (B1).
In the second aspect of the present invention, the air conditioning control means (10) controls when the outside air temperature (TAM) at the time of the previous air conditioning stop is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature (TAM1) as the control related to the antifogging control for antifogging the vehicle window. When air conditioning is set to start at the start of air conditioning, the air is blown from the defroster outlet (20, 30) until the temperature (TW) of the air heating means (42) reaches the first predetermined temperature (TW1). The ratio is set to approximately 0, and from the first predetermined condition temperature (TW1) until the second predetermined condition temperature (TW2) is reached, the air is blown from the defroster outlet (20, 30) at the first predetermined airflow level (B1). In addition, after reaching the second predetermined condition temperature (TW2), the blowing ratio from the defroster outlet (20, 30) is made smaller than the first predetermined air blowing level (B1).
[0008]
thisEtAs a result, air flow is gradually blown out to the occupant while removing the minimum amount of fog from the start of air conditioning (initial stage of air conditioning), ensuring visibility and ensuring safety of the occupant. Can give a feeling of heating. In addition, when the outside air temperature (TAM) is very low, it is estimated that the refrigerant compressor is not in operation, and the humidity in the air conditioning unit (1) is expected to be very low, so the comfort is reduced. Anti-fogging control is not performed.
[0009]
Claim3In the described invention, the air-conditioning control means (10) is configured to heat the blown air at the start of air-conditioning as control relating to the anti-fogging control for anti-fogging the vehicle window. The temperature (TW) of the air heating means (42) is set lower than the blowing start temperature (TW0) for starting the blowing means (4) when the anti-fogging control is not performed.First predetermined conditionTemperature (TW1)After reaching the second predetermined conditionTemperature (TW2)Until it reaches the first predetermined ventilation level (B1) from the defroster outlet (20, 30) until the second predetermined condition is reached.Temperature (TW2)After reaching the above, the blowing rate from the defroster outlet (20, 30) is made smaller than the first predetermined air blowing level (B1).
Further, in the invention according to
[0010]
thisEtAs a result, it is possible to ensure the safety of traveling and ensure the safety of traveling by gradually blowing out to the occupant while performing the minimum defogging from the start of the air conditioning (initial stage of air conditioning). A feeling of heating can be given from an early stage. In addition, by this, when performing the anti-fogging control, the air blowing means (4) is started at a cooling water temperature lower than that of the normal warm-up, thereby ensuring the minimum visibility from the early stage and ensuring the safety of traveling. be able to.
[0011]
Claim5In the described invention,When the air conditioning control means (10) is set to heat the blown air at the start of air conditioning as the control related to the antifogging control for preventing the vehicle window from being fogged, the temperature (TW) of the air heating means (42) is the first predetermined condition. The air is blown from the defroster outlet (20, 30) until the temperature reaches the second predetermined temperature (TW2) after reaching the temperature (TW1), and the outside air temperature (TAM) is higher than the predetermined value and the vehicle window is less likely to be cloudy. The second predetermined condition temperature (TW2) was lowered to shorten the time to blow from the defroster outlet (20, 30).It is characterized by that.
Further, in the invention according to
Even with these, while performing the minimum defogging from the start of air conditioning (initial air conditioning), by gradually blowing out to the occupant, to ensure visibility and ensure safety of travel, Can give a feeling of heating from an early stage. Also, this is because the air blown from the defroster outlet (20, 30) with almost no blowout to the occupant reduces the passenger comfort by shortening the time under conditions where the outside air temperature (TAM) is high and the window is difficult to cloud. The decrease can be minimized.
[0012]
Claim7In the described invention, the air conditioning control means (10) includes the first predetermined condition.Temperature (TW1)After reaching the second predetermined conditionTemperature (TW2)The blower level from the defroster outlet (20, 30) until the pressure reaches the second blower level at the second predetermined blower level (B2) with a larger air volume than the first predetermined blower level (B1)Temperature (TW2)The ratio of the blowout from the defroster outlet (20, 30) after reaching the value is less than the second predetermined air blowing level (B2). Thereby, sufficient antifogging ability can be secured.
[0016]
Claim8In the described invention, the vehicle air conditioner includes the refrigerant compressor or the window heating means (43) for clearing the fogging of the vehicle window in the refrigeration cycle of the air cooling means (41) for cooling the blown air, and the air conditioning control. The means (10) is a first predetermined condition.Temperature (TW1)After reaching the second predetermined conditionTemperature (TW2)Until the air pressure is reached, the air is blown from the defroster outlet (20, 30), and the operating rate of the refrigerant compressor or the window heating means (43) is increased as the antifogging increasing means.
[0017]
This is because the anti-fogging ability can be improved by increasing the operating rate of the refrigerant compressor or the window heating means (43), and the time for blowing air from the defroster outlet (20, 30) can be shortened. A decrease in comfort can be minimized. Incidentally, the reference numerals in parentheses of each means described above are an example showing the correspondence with the specific means described in the embodiments described later.
[0018]
