WERR=WW−WOUT (1)
WADD=WOUT+WERR (2)
【0023】
WW=WS+WADD (3)
WERRD2=WERROUT−WERR (4)
WERRD3=WERRD2×T (5)
WERROUT=WERRD3+WERR (6)
【0044】
TAB(かご位置;走行カウンタ)←WERR
TAB(かご位置;走行カウンタ+1)
WERRAD=TAB(かご位置;走行カウンタ(#1))+・・・TAB (かご位置;走行カウンタ(#N)) (11)
WERRAVE=WERRAD/N (12)
【0046】

【The invention's effect】
As explained above, in the first invention of the present inventionIsBased on the balance detection signal corresponding to the load of the car, the deviation at the time of unbalanced load is corrected and a balance command signal is output, it is judged whether the car has stopped, and the torque when it is determined that the car has stopped Weighing signal position compensation signal corresponding to car position based on current command signal and balance command signalDepending on the car position signalMemoryThen, calculate the average value for each floor of this scale signal position compensation signal,At the next start-up, a new scale command signal and the stored scale signal position compensation signal are stored.Average value for each floorBased on the torque current command signal when the car stops, the deviation of the load on the sheave is corrected according to the position of the car, so that the scale compensation circuit can be simplified, Installation adjustment can be facilitated, and furthermore, a start-up shock due to an adjustment error of the compensation circuit can be prevented.In addition, it is possible to control with higher accuracy by averaging the balance signal position compensation signal.
[0056]
The second2The invention further includes noise removing means for removing noise included in the scale signal position compensation signal output from the compensation signal output means, and outputs the scale signal position compensation signal from which noise has been removed from the noise removing means to the storage means. Therefore, a more accurate unbalance amount can be obtained, and a shock at the time of activation can be prevented better.
[0057]
The second3In the invention, since it is configured to determine whether the car has stopped based on a brake control signal for controlling the brake of the hoisting machine, the scale compensation circuit can be simplified, and installation adjustment can be easily performed. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent a starting shock due to an adjustment error of the compensation circuit.
[0058]
The second4In the invention, it is determined whether the car has stopped based on the actual speed signal of the car calculated based on the pulse signal from the pulse generating means connected to the driving means of the hoist and the traveling mode signal indicating the traveling state. Thus, the scale compensation circuit can be simplified, installation adjustment can be facilitated, and startup shock due to the adjustment error of the compensation circuit can be prevented.
[0059]
The second5In the invention, the remaining distance value from the starting floor to the target floor of the car is calculated based on the pulse signal from the pulse generating means connected to the driving means of the hoisting machine, and the car is calculated based on the remaining distance value. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the scale compensation circuit, to facilitate installation adjustment, and to prevent a start-up shock due to an adjustment error of the compensation circuit.
[0060]
The second6In the invention, it is determined whether the car has stopped based on the actual speed signal of the car calculated based on the car position detection signal and the pulse signal from the pulse generating means connected to the driving means of the hoisting machine. As a result, more accurate compensation can be performed, and a start-up shock due to an adjustment error of the compensation circuit can be better prevented.
