【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ネクタイ等の衣類、パイやクッキーなどの食品類、或いはユーホーゲーム等の景品入れ用などのケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
デパートやスーパーなどの店で販売されているネクタイ、ハンカチなどの小物衣類は、一般的には厚紙製の封筒状ケースに入れて客に手渡している。この封筒状ケース５１は、図２３、図２４に例示しているように、１枚の厚紙を裁断してこれに折目線を入れて屈曲し、一側部の接合片５２にのりをつけて接着し、前記前・後部５３，５４の下端部に底部片５５Ａ，５５Ｂを夫々設けてあり、組立時に底部片５５Ａ，５５Ｂを夫々対向内方に折曲げて重ね、底部片５５Ａ，５５Ｂを接着テープ又はラベル５６により接着して底部を形成するようになっている。

そして、前記ケース５１の組立前は、底部片５５Ａ，５５Ｂを図２３に２点鎖線で示すように延ばして扁平状にし、折畳んだ状態で保管される。
また、パイやクッキーなどの小さい菓子類を少量ずつ入れるケースは、合成樹脂製の透明なフイルム又はシート（形を保持できる硬さをもつ材料）からなる方形箱形で、図示していないが、１枚の材料を裁断してこれに折目線をいれて屈曲し、対向側端部を接着剤により接着し、対向前・後部の下端部に底部片を夫々設けてあり、組立時に底部片を夫々対向内方に折曲げて重ね合わせ、底部片相互を接着テープ又はラベルにより接着して底部を形成するようになっている。

そして、ユーホーゲーム機等の景品入れ用ケースは、図示していないが、１枚の透明なプラスチックシートを裁断してこれに折目線をいれて屈曲し、底部・蓋部及び両側部を有する箱形とされ、底部及び両側部は接着剤により前もって接着されており、景品をケース内に入れた後、蓋部を接着剤又は接着テープにより接着している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の上記各ケースは、組立時に接着テープ或いは接着剤により接着しなけれはならないという煩わしさがあり、組立作業性に問題がある。また、前記ゲーム機等の景品入れケースの場合、グラブフックの爪がケースに掛り難いという問題がある。
本発明は、上述のような実状に鑑みてなされたもので、その第１の目的とするところは、少なくとも最終の組立て作業が接着テープ等を使用することなく、簡単にかつ能率的に行なえると共に分解して扁平状に折畳みやすいケースを提供することであり、第２の目的とするところは、グラブフックの爪等が掛り易いケースを提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するために、次の技術的手段を講じた。
即ち、本発明の特徴とするところは、１枚の厚紙又は合成樹脂製のフイルム或いはシートを裁断してこれに折目線を入れて屈曲形成し、底・蓋及び側部を有する略箱形とした展開可能なケースであって、
前記折目線が対向前・後部の中央部側に凹む円弧状とされ、底部を除く各蓋部片及び側部片の外端縁が外に向って凸形の円弧状とされかつ前後部の上下左右端で前記折目線と交差しており、この折目線により区画された各蓋部片の外端縁の幅方向中央部に相互係止切欠き部が夫々設けられ、側部片の外端縁の前後方向中央部に相互係止切欠き部が略Ｖ形状に夫々設けられ、前記切欠き部の係合中心に対して両側の夫々対向する蓋部片の外端縁が内外逆になって開動を規制するように交差状に係合され、左右側部片の切欠き部を外側から棒状押動体により押動することにより前後側部片の係止切欠き部間が四角形状に開くように、前後部の側部片が切欠き部を境に交差状に係合されており、前記蓋部片の外端縁が、係止切欠き部の幅方向両側で夫々反対側の一方が他方よりも長く突出されている点である（請求項１）。

本発明によれば、対向前・後部を折目線に沿って対向内側に折曲して底部を形作り、次いで、対向する両側部片及び蓋部片を夫々対向内側に折目線に沿って折曲し、ケース内に収容物を入れてから、側部片の対向する係止切欠き部を交差状に係合させると同時に蓋部片の対向する係止切欠き部を交差状に係止することにより、前記各切欠き部中央相が突っ張り合うと同時に、各係止切欠き部の係合中心に対して両側の側部片・蓋部片が、内外方向の動きを互いに拘束し合って、保形及び閉塞状態が保持される。

したがって、側部片及び蓋部片を外方から内側に強制的に強く押さない限り、内容物の重さ程度は勿論のこと対向前・後部を押しても、側部及び蓋部が開くことはなく、接着テープ又は接着剤等の固着手段が不要となる。
そして、ケースを分解して扁平状に展開する場合は、ケースの蓋部と底部を指先で対向内方に押して、前記前・後部を撓ませることにより対向する両側部片の係合切欠き部中心間が広がって係止が解かれるので、続いて前記前・後部を幅方向に互いに反対方向に押すことにより、蓋部片の相互係止が解かれるので、前記前・後部を前後互いに反対方向に広げることで、容易に分解し展開できる。また、再びケースを組立てる場合は、上述の順序で行なうことができる。

この場合、両側部片のＶ形切欠き部を、グラブフックの爪等の棒状押動体でケース両側部から掴むことにより、両側部片を介して対向前・後部が撓み、四角又は菱形に開いた切欠き部間に、棒状押動体が入り引掛る。したがって、ゲーム機等の景品入れケースの場合、グラブフックの爪がケースに掛り易くなる。
なお、前記蓋部片の端縁が、係止切欠き部の幅方向両側で夫々反対側の一方が他方よりも長く突出されているので、蓋部片の組立・分解時における係合・離脱が容易になる。

また、前記底部及び蓋部の係止切欠き部は、係合中心又はこれの近傍部分を、対向前・後部の幅方向と平行又は斜め切込みとすることができ、これにより、対向前・後部相互が外方に広がるのを阻止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明する。
図１〜図６は、本発明の第一の実施形態を示し、ネクタイ、ハンカチなどの小物類を入れるケース１に採用したものである。
このケース１は、１枚の厚紙又は合成樹脂製のフイルム或いはシートで保形可能な素材１Ａにより縦長の封筒状に成形されており、上端開口２が開放されたままである。

このケース素材１Ａは、図３に展開状態で示しているように略長方形に裁断されて、対向する前部３、後部４及び接続部５を区画する折目線６，７が屈曲可能な程度に縦方向に入れられ、前部３及び後部４の下端に底部８を形作る幅（横）方向に延びる折目線９，９が、上向き凸形の円弧状に入れられ、該折目線９により区画された前後の底部片８Ａ，８Ａの各端縁１３，１４が折目線９に対応して下方凸形の円弧状とされている。
そして、前記底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの幅方向中央部には、相互係止切欠き部１０Ａ，１０Ｂが設けられており、該切欠き部１０Ａ，１０Ｂの係合中心Ｃ０で両底部片８Ａ，８Ｂが交差状に係合される。なお、両底部片８Ａ，８Ｂは、その係合中心Ｃ０から幅方向両側で、夫々反対側（底部片８Ａ，８Ｂを重ねるように対向させた状態において）、即ち図３に示す展開状態では係合中心Ｃ０の同じ右側端縁１４Ａ，１４Ｂが左側端縁１３Ａ，１３Ｂよりも若干長く突出されており、両底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの係合を容易に行なえるようにしてある。

なお、底部８Ａ，８Ｂの各端縁は、図６に示すように一方の端縁１３Ａ，１３Ｂは直線状とし、他方の端縁１４Ａ，１４は略山形状とすることができる。
また、ケース素材１Ａの前後部３，４の上端部には、取手部１１を形成するための円弧状長孔１２が夫々設けられている。
そして、ケース素材１Ａの前部３、後部４は、折目線６から折返して対向させると共に、接続部５を対向内方に折返し、接続部５を接着剤により前部３の端部裏面に接着して偏平状として保管し、又は搬送する。

ケース１の最終組立即ち底部８を形成する場合は、底部片８Ａ，８Ｂを夫々折目線９，９に沿って対向内方に折り曲げ、ケース１の幅方向両端を親指と人差指又は中指で対向内方に押圧して、前部３及び後部４を撓ませることにより、両底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの端縁間が開くので、外側に位置している底部片の一方例えば８Ａの突出長さの短い端縁１３Ｂ側を、他方の底部片８Ｂの突出長さの長い端縁１４Ｂの内側（上方）に押さえた状態で、ケース１の幅方向の押圧を開放して、素材１Ａの弾性により対向内方に戻すことにより、両底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの係止切欠き部１０Ａ，１０Ｂが交差状に係合し、その係合中心Ｃ０相互が突張り合って、上向き凸状の底部８の形状が保持される。

このように、底部片８Ａ，８Ｂは、その係合状態においては、夫々の係合中心Ｃ０の両側端縁１３Ａ，１３Ｂ、１４Ａ，１４Ｂが内外（上・下）互いに逆になって交差係合しているため、内容物の重さによっては係合解除されることはない。したがって、接着テープや接着剤により、底部片８Ａ，８Ｂ相互を固着する必要はない。
そこで、底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの係合を解除してケース１を偏平状態に折畳む場合は、ケース１の幅方向両端を親指と人差指又は中指で対向内方に押圧して、前部３，及び後部４を互いに外方に撓ませることにより、底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの係止切欠き部１０Ａ，１０Ｂ間が開くので、底部片８Ｂの内側に入っている底部片８Ａの端縁１３Ｂ側を外側に引き出すことで、容易に係合が解除され、偏平状に折畳むことができる（図１に２点鎖線で示す）。

図７〜図１１は、本発明をパイやクッキー等の小さい菓子類のケース２１に採用した第二実施形態を示している。このケース２１は、素材として透明なプラスチックフイルムを使用しており、底部８を形作る折目線９の円弧曲率半径を小さくして底部面積を大きくし、内容積の大きい略円筒状にした点及び底部片８Ａ，８Ｂの形状を、突出長さの長い端縁１４Ａ，１４Ｂの形状を略山形とし、突出長さの短い側の端縁１３Ａ，１３Ｂの形状を直線状として点で、第一実施形態と異なっている。なお、第二実施形態では、取手１１は設けていない。

また、第二実施形態の基本構成は、第一実施形態と同じであり、同等の作用効果を奏する。
したがって、第一実施形態と共通する構成については、図１〜図６と同符号を付し、詳細説明は省略する。
図１２〜図１５は、本発明の第三実施形態を示し、第二実施形態と異なるところは、ケース２２の上端に底部８と同構造の蓋部１５が設けられている点である。このケース２２の蓋部１５は、底部８と対称的に凹状（下向き凸形）に形成されており、図５に示す展開図のとおり、蓋部１５を形作る折目線１６が下向き凸形の円弧状に入れられ、該折目線１６により区画された前後の蓋部片１５Ａ，１５Ｂの各端縁が、ケース幅方向中心線上の係合中心Ｃ１の一方（左側）を略山形に突出する端縁１７Ａ，１７Ｂとされ、他方（右側）を直線状の端縁１８Ａ，１８Ｂとされている。

そして、該蓋部片１５Ａ，１５Ｂの両端線１７Ａ，１７Ｂ，１８Ａ，１８Ｂの交差する部分が係止切欠き部１９Ａ，１９Ｂとされている。
なお、蓋部１５を組立形成し、或いは分解する要領は、底部８と全く同様であり、至極簡単に行なうことができる。
第三実施形態では、蓋部１５を備えている点で他の実施形態と異なるが、蓋部１５の組立・分解要領は上述のように底部８と全く同じであり、同等の作用効果を期待することができる。

したがって、第二実施形態と共通する構成部分については、図７〜図１１と同符号を付し詳細説明は省略する。
図１６〜図２２は、請求項４〜６に記載の本発明をユーホーゲーム機の景品入れケース３１に採用した実施形態（第四実施形態という）を示している。
このケース３１は、１枚の合成樹脂製の透明なフイルムで保形可能な素材３１Ａにより正面視四辺形の蓋付箱形に成形されている。
このケース素材３１Ａは、図２０に展開状態で示されているように、略俵形に裁断されて、対向する前部３２、底部３３、後部３４、蓋部３５及び側部３６，３７を区画形成する円弧状の折目線３８，３９，４０，４１，４２，４３が入れられている。そして、底部３３を形作る前記折目線３８，３９は、互いに隣接する前部３２，後部３３側に凸形となる円弧状で、底部３３が凸レンズの断面形状と同じ形となるように入れられている。

また、蓋部３５を形作る蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂの区画折目線４０，４１は、夫々これに隣接する前・後部３２，３４側が凸形となる円弧状とされており、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂ，の端縁４３Ａ，４３Ｂが、折目線４０，４１と対称形の円弧状とされ、前記前・後部３２，３４の幅（左右）方向中心でかつ蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂの端縁長手方向即ち、幅方向（前・後部３２，３４の幅方向と直交する高さ方向）中心に係合中心Ｃ１が形成されるように、該係合中心Ｃ１の互いに反対側に位置して係止切欠部４４Ａ，４４Ｂが形成されている。

そして、各係止切欠部４４Ａ，４４Ｂは、前記係合中心Ｃ１までの間が夫々幅方向に延びるスリット状の切込み４５Ａ，４５Ｂとされ，舌片状の係止部４６Ａ，４６Ｂが形成されている。
前記側部３６，３７を形作る側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂの区画折目線４２，４３は、夫々前部３２又は後部３４の中心側が凸形となる円弧状とされており、各側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂの端縁が、折目線４２，４３と対称形の円弧状とされ、前後部３２，３４の高さ方向中心に係合中心Ｃ２，Ｃ３をもつＶ形の係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂが端縁長手方向中央部に形成されている。

該係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂの係合中心Ｃ２，Ｃ３は、側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂの幅方向中心よりも外側に位置しており、最終組立完了時において底部３３及び蓋部３５の幅よりも左右両側部３６，３７の前後幅が広くかつ、対向前後部３２，３４が、その幅方向の軸線をもつ略円筒状の凸面となるようにせられている。
このように、対向前後部３２，３４を円筒状の凸面とすることにより、左右両側部３６，３７の中央部を対向内方に押動すると、前後部３２，３４が夫々外方に撓み、対向する係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂ間が開いて、図２１に示すように四角形又は菱形の孔４９が形成されるようにすることができる。

第四実施形態において、図２０に示す展開状態から図１６〜図１９に示す組立完了状態とする場合、まず、折目線３８，３９に沿って前後部３２，３４が対向するように互いに内方に折曲し、次いで、側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂを折目線４２，４３に沿って対向内方に折曲し、対向する係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂを、対向する側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３８Ｂが互いに交差するように係合させる。
この状態で、ケース３１内に蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂ間の開口から景品等の小物を挿入した後、蓋部片３５Ａ，３６Ｂを折目線４０，４１に沿って対向内方に折曲し、次いで、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂが重なった状態において外側に位置している蓋部片３５Ａ又は３５Ｂの係止部４６Ａ又は４６Ｂが、対向する蓋部片３５Ｂ又は３５Ａの内側に入るように、前部３２と後部３４を幅方向（図１７に矢印で示す方向）にずらし、前記係止部４６Ａ及び４６Ｂの両方が内側に入ったら、前部３２及び後部３４を元に戻すことにより、側部片及び蓋部片が共に交差状に係合し、ケース３１の組立が完了する。

ケース３１の組立完了状態において、蓋部３５及び側部３６，３７は、ケース３１中心方向に凹んでおり、蓋部片３５Ａ及び３５Ｂの両係止部４６Ａ及び４６Ｂが互いに係合しているので、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂは共にその幅方向（ケース３１の前後方向）には動かず、蓋部３５が自然に開くことはないし、また側部３６，３７も自然に開くことがなく、ケース３１の組立状態が保持される。
そして、ケース３１の両側部３６，３７の中央部を、棒状等の押動体例えばグラブフック５０（図１６に２点鎖線で示す）により掴むと、各側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂが対向内方に撓むと同時に前・後部３２，３４が外方に膨らむように撓み、Ｖ形の係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂ間が開いて、図２１に示すような四角状の孔４９があき、該孔４９に前記グラブフック５０の先端が挿入されて引掛る。したがって、該ケース３１は、前記グラブフック５０により比較的容易に掴み上げることが可能であり、本発明の第２目的を達成できる。

そこで、ケース３１を分解して内容物を取り出すときは、前部３２、後部３４を図１７に矢印で示す幅方向にねじってずらすことにより、対向する両係止部４６Ａ，４６Ｂの係合が解かれると共に、蓋部片３５Ａ，３６Ｂが分離しかつ側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂも互いに離れて、ケース開状態になり、内容物を取り出すことができる。そして、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂ及び側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂを夫々外方に延ばして偏平な展開状態とすることができ、積み重ねて保管できる。また、再度上述の要領でケース３１を組み立て、利用できる。

第四実施形態において、各側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂに設ける係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂの係合中心Ｃ２，Ｃ３の位置を、図２２に示すように、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂの係合中心Ｃ１と同じ幅方向中心に設けることができる。
さらに、ケース３１の蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂの係止切欠き部４４Ａ，４４Ｂは、図２０に２点鎖線で示すように、スリット状の切込み４５Ａ，４５Ｂを前・後部３２，３４の幅方向に対して斜めに設け、舌片状の係止部４６Ａ，４６Ｂを小さくすることができる。このようにすることにより、ケース３１の組立・分解がし易くなる。

また、ケース３１は、その分解に際して、蓋部３５と底部３３を指で対向内方に押すことにより、前後部３２，３４が撓んで、図２１に示すように側部３６，３７の係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂ間が開くので、ここから側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂの内側に入っているものを引き出して係合を解除してから、蓋部片３５Ａ，３５Ｂを図１７に矢印で示す方向に互いにずらすことで、簡単に分解できる。
なお、上記第四実施形態において、ユーホーゲーム機用景品以外の物を入れるケースとする場合、ケース３１の正面形状を縦長又は横長の略長方形とすることができ、側部片３６Ａ，３６Ｂ、３７Ａ，３７Ｂの係止切欠き部４７Ａ，４７Ｂ、４８Ａ，４８Ｂの形状を、蓋部３５の係止切欠き部４４Ａ，４４Ｂと同じ形状とすることもできる。

本発明は、上記各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば、蓋部、底部或いは両側部に形成される係止切欠き部の両側の突出長さの長い端縁を、対向する各蓋部片、底部片、側部片のうちの一方を他方より突出長さを若干短かくすることにより、係止切欠き部を交差状に係合し、或いは解除し易くすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上述のように、ケースの対向する底部片、蓋部片、側部片に、夫々係止切欠き部を設けて、対向する切欠き部を夫々対向する各片が内外逆になるように交差状に係合させるものであるから、組立作業を接着テープ等を使用することなく、簡単にかつ能率的に行なうことができ、分解して偏平状に折畳むことも容易である。
また、ケースの側部片の各係止切欠き部の形状を略Ｖ形とすることにより、側部中央を棒状押動体等により押動すると、対向する係止切欠き部間に空間が生じ、棒状押動体等例えばグラブフックの爪の先端部を側部片の切欠き部に容易に引掛けることができ、ユーホーゲーム機の景品入れケースとして好適である。
