下方に延長するとともに先側が側方へ突出する係止片よ
りなり、上記係止片が可撓帯体の長手方向と直交する方
向に拡縮可能に形成され、係止片の拡縮変位により上記
孔に係脱可能に係止するものであり、また、上記第２係
止部を形成した可撓帯体端部に摘み部を付設したことを
