本発明は、被膜組成物、被膜製造方法及び建材に関し、特に、抗菌・防汚・防臭・防錆機能を有する被膜組成物、被膜製造方法及び建材に関する。

【背景技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年、例えば建築材料の分野で、抗菌・防汚・防臭等の機能を持たせることが行われている。

このような機能を持たせたものとして、表面に酸化チタン系触媒を用いた薄膜を形成した抗菌・防汚染性建材が知られている。

このような抗菌・防汚染性建材は、紫外線が照射されることにより、酸化チタン系触媒によって表面に強い酸化分解力と親水性が生じ、これによって抗菌・防汚性能及び防臭効果を発揮するものである。

しかし、このような抗菌・防汚染性建材は、紫外線が照射される明るいところでは十分な効果を発揮するものの、紫外線が照射されない暗いところでは十分な効果を発揮することができないという問題がある。

本発明の目的は、紫外線の照射時及び紫外線が照射されない場合でも、抗菌・防汚性能及び消臭・防錆効果を十分に発揮できる被膜組成物、被膜製造方法及び建材を提供することにある。

(1)前記目的を達成するため、本発明の被膜組成物は、組成物の組成の重量比が、

であることを特徴とする。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。

この建材10は、例えば外装材として用いられるもので、基材として金属、例えば鉄板12の表面に抗菌・防汚・防臭・防錆性能を有する被膜14が形成されている。
